THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval.
-Assigned off-street parking in shared underground garage.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Like most beach homes in the area, no AC. Home has large patio doors for a cool sea breeze and portable fans
-Shared laundry facilities located in the garage
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over Ocean Beach. Some airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-There is 1 security camera next to the front door facing out.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING:
There is one parking spot available in the parking garage. For any extra parking, this would be first come first serve street parking, along with first come first service in the lot right across the street!
