Situé au 10e étage de la belle Capri by the Sea à Pacific Beach, ce condo d'une chambre à coucher fraîchement rénové a une vue incroyable à travers ses baies vitrées. Toutes les commodités de cuisine, Keurig, jouets de plage, planche de surf, boogie boards, chaises de plage, parasol, wagon, TV grand écran, câble, WiFi, une place de parking réservée, dans un lot fermé avec option pour plus. Nous avons deux lits queen dans la chambre et un très grand canapé-lit dans le salon. Le bâtiment est à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants et bars. Complexe de style complexe offrant une vue sur le toit à 360 degrés, barbecues à gaz, piscine privée sécurisée et spa, douche d'eau chaude à la plage et sécurité 24h / 24. Profitez de la brise de l'océan dans le salon, se détendre sur la plage, et avoir un barbecue et des cocktails sur le toit lorsque le soleil se couche dans l'ouest. Ce condo est vraiment l'endroit heureux de ma famille et nous sommes ravis de le partager avec vous! * Ce condo est seulement offert pour la location de vacances sur des sites de location réputés. Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had so much fun staying here. The location is perfect. Great Restraunts and shopping close by. I think my favorite part was in the mornings opening the door, and listeing/watching the waves crash. Lines of Pelicans often would fly by. The condo is clean, stocked with everything needed.

Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely PERFECT! Came for a 5 day stay with our 3 & 5 year old babies. Everything was perfect. Glorious sun rises and sunsets. Steps to the beach. Short walk to shops and food. Everything was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Fun beach toys and a wagon for hauling. Plenty of towels. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Chris, the owner, was so friendly and showed us around when we checked in, even filled the fruit bowl with fruit which saved our starving children the following morning. We found out last minute that the building was having plumbing maintenance done which meant the water would be shut off during the day. Chris was very accommodating with this as well and it turned out to be a non-issue as we were gone at the beach and pool all day every day. We cannot wait to visit again!

We had a great mini vacation! Flat was clean and host was excellent, though not needed! We really didn’t experience any issues with the unit. View is spectacular!

Amazing

Chris’s place is amazing! We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home for our family of 4. The views are incredible. Walking distance from many stores and restaurants. Great beach and pool access! My kids loved using the boogie boards and sand toys that Chris provided. We also used the wagon to carry all our stuff which was a HUGE plus! Overall, well worth it!

2nd Stay Here: Million Dollar View & Perfect Location

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit San Diego. Many other options but none with a view like this! We fell asleep each night to the sound of crashing waves. Best food and drinks around are just a walk away. Ice Cream, Tacos, Pizza, Thai Food, Burgers… all here. Clean, comfy, amazing host!

Great beachside location

Chris was an outstanding host. Super responsive and helpful. Apartment is well appointed and very clean and well kept. Building is also very clean and well kept even though it’s an older building.

Perfect Oceanfront Condo

This condo is a great location in San Diego. Steps from the beach/boardwalk, and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Short drive to La Jolla, Coronado and San Diego zoo. The condo was very clean, comfortable had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely oceanfront condo

This is a fantastic location (right on the beach with an incredible view) with a nice decor, and a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. The owners provide a lot of little extras to make the stay really special and convenient, such as coffee, cream, fresh fruit, wine, and literally everything you will need for the beach, which is just feet away. Also, Chris was very helpful and accommodating. When back in San Diego we will stay here again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful

We had stayed at this building before and this condo was simply gorgeous. Well done inside. Very comfy mattresses and bedding. Little details like a full fruit bowl and rose wine in fridge were appreciated. Loved having beach stuff available like boogie board and chairs. Very nice owner.

Fantastic condo and holiday.

Beautiful condo for the two of us who spent a fantastic week with gorgeous views and sunsets. Great beaches, location and surrounding restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Chris, the host, was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay!

Great condo with a fabulous ocean view

My daughter and I loved our stay! The view is amazing and the location was perfect for us! Lots within walking distance. We rented a car, but would not have needed it. One night we took Uber to downtown San Diego, but other than that, we walked everywhere. The morning beach walks were beautiful. The unit is nice, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing vacation

This location is fantastic, and the apartment has everything you could need for a long stay. The wagon helped bring down the beach toys, chairs, umbrella and boogie board that were provided. The kitchen was tight, but it was well equipped. I loved watching the sun go down from the living room and feeling the breeze. I was worried about the possibility of noise in a building like this, but this was not an issue. I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing View

Stayed for 6 nights after spending time at Disneyland with our kids. Chris was awesome to work with and communication was great. The room was clean and had everything you would need (beach gear, bath items, coffee/tea, etc.). It really felt like a hotel stay. The view is unmatched. 10th floor looking out over the ocean. I slept on the pullout in the front room just to listen to the waves all night. We would definitely stay again.

The condo is very well appointed with games, Beach toys, nicely stocked kitchen and is tastefully decorated. We LOVED receiving a bottle of chilled rose and organic fruits. Great way to start the trip! The only thing we wished had been better is that the Netflix did not stream so that was a bit of a bummer.

It doesn't get much better than this!

The property is extremely well maintained. The condo itself has a million dollar view. I would have absolutely no problem coming and staying here again. Chris the owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Nothing beats this view!

Very nice apartment with all the amenities you need. The location is great, just steps from the beach. The hosts are very nice and easy to communicate with. We stayed for our daughter‘s graduation, and I’m sure we’ll be back sometime soon!

I grew up in San Diego and love this city. I am married with three children. My wife is a Real Estate Agent and I am a Diving Supervisor and boat operator at a local shipyard. My kids keep me pretty busy, but in my free time I enjoy surfing, running, coaching Tee Ball, and SCUBA diving.

From the second that I walked into the condo, I fell in love with it. The view is amazing and I love being able to walk out onto the beach. When we go on vacation, we always look for a place that is on the beach AND has a pool, laundry and kitchen. Capri By The Sea fit that bill, so we know it will be as comfortable for your family as it is for ours.
