Elevators: One elevator by the roundabout, elevator #3, serves all floors, including the 6th, 7th, and 8th levels.

Dining: You are a short walk to many great restaurants (like Crabby Billâs or Jimmy Guanaâs), ice cream shops, and family-friendly activities.
Explore: Boat and bike rentals are nearby. The coastal trolley stops close by and will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.

đ Age: Primary guest must be 25+.
đ Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later.
đĄïž Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands are issued at the gift shop upon scanning your passes.
đŸ Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
âïž AC/Heat: All thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. đâš

Because we have a high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues, such as flight cancellations.
Hurricane Season (June 1 â Nov 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of a Hurricane or hurricane aftermath (closures of roads, pools, utilities, etc.).
