The unit was very nice, clean and had every thing we needed. I have used VRBO and stayed in this particular building in other units as well. The only suggestion I have is, the master bedroom bed frame sticks out and I banged my shin pretty hard in the exact same spot twice with in 3 hours of checking in. I slid the bureau over a little.

Shoutout to the cleaning staff because this was the cleanest vrbo rental I’ve ever had. It was very nice having all the beach supplies with flying you don’t have room to pack those things even having beach towels supplied is huge makes flying so much easier when these are supplied. Having a full size washer and dryer was really nice too. Really the only thing that could be better is being beachfront but the walk to the beach was not bad at all.

Property was very clean, well appointed with furniture including comfy beds. Great location - near the beach and restaurants galore nearby. Plenty of things to do and management was helpful. Definitely would do it again!!Ken D

Great location. Unit was very nice and comfortable with a great view of the inter-coastal. Pool was great with a walk up bar. Complex is walkable to great restaurants and the beach. Only thing that could be improved on is beach items; new adult beach chairs (and more of them) and a new cooler would be great.

Terrific place to stay

The condo was in a great location with beaches just blocks away, a water park right there and lots of choices for food. It was very clean and Debi was great to work with. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay another week! Overall a great place to stay.

Nice place, over looked the bay, 2 blocks from the beach, walking distance from multiple restaurants & bars, kids enjoyed the waterpark. IRB seemed smaller and more relaxed the Clearwater beach

Beautiful, quiet, great location.

We loved hanging out on the balcony and watching the boats (and a dolphin!) go by on the intercoastal waterway. Access to the adjoining waterpark every day for up to 4 guests was a great benefit. The location is excellent with a short 15 minute drive to Clearwater beach and Pier 60.

Great stay

Although our stay was cut short because of Hurricane Ian, we really enjoyed it when we were there! It’s a short walk to the beach and wonderful that everything is provided for you to go to the beach. The water park was awesome and easy to get to. We will be back again!
