Welcome to your relaxation and fun at this Two Bedroom condo with over 1100 sq ft located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach & next to Splash Harbour Water Park (4 daily passes included with condo rental, a $100 per day value).
This family-friendly condo features a spacious balcony with relaxing views of the Intracoastal waterway. Each day, enjoy water slides, a lazy river, & Piña Coladas down at the water park. At day's end, enjoy gorgeous gulf sunsets across the street at the beach.
This condo is both comfortable and kid-friendly, accommodating up to eight people. The Master Bedroom features a King sized bed and a view overlooking the Intracoastal. The second bedroom includes an in-room bathroom, and 2 queen beds. There is a queen memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. The large outdoor patio includes a corner sofa, table, and chairs that encourage lounging or dining while overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Indian Rocks Beach marina. There are Amazon Echos and Smart TVs throughout, and a well-equipped kitchen for the vacationing chef.
Unit 3314 includes 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. Additional passes, if needed, can be purchased at a discount. For the active adventurer, take the elevator down to the Water Park to experience the 42 foot water slides and zero-entry swimming pool with full bar and dining service from Jimmy Guana's. For guests of the condo, the swimming pool stays open even after the Water Park closes and illuminates at dark. For beachgoers, this condo is a short walk to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach is known for its sandy shores and mild Gulf waves. In addition, the building is within walking distance of a dozen fantastic restaurants featuring seafood, steaks, pizza, Mexican and Italian cuisine. Enjoy ice cream shops, candy stores, and live music as well as a game room and 18 hole miniature golf course nearby.
Free covered garage parking is included for guests (one car, unassigned spot, monitored by parking pass that you will put on your dashboard). Nearby beach attractions can be reached by foot or using the Suncoast Beach Trolley that extends from St. Pete Beach to Downtown Clearwater. Beach chairs and umbrella is included for guests' use.
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter.
