This is the nicest unit we’ve stayed in this building. The added bedroom and living room space was great compared to the standard 2 bed. We had a great stay and would do it again!

Property was in a perfect location for our family. The only thing I disliked was the fact that you had to buy a pass to get into the pool area. We had 6 people and only 4 passes and you couldn't attend just the pool without the pass.

Nice large, clean condo with a fantastic view. The bedrooms are very large and the bunkbeds were just what the kids needed! The kitchen was well funished and enough comfortable seating for everyone. Loved everything about this place!

Great location. Very clean. Lacking supplies for the beach no beach towels and only one chair. But overall nice stay comfortable beds plenty of room and a nice view from the balcony.

The unit is very nice and clean. The check in process was difficult as they are generic but they quickly resolved it for us. Parking was also confusing. The blankets are too thin and a little stained. The back door wouldn’t shut unless locked and some of the blinds were broken. It was a very nice condo though and very clean.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Great view of the dock on one side and water park on the other. The beach was a short walk away.

Beautiful view and lots of space! Updated for a lovely space. Very slow and warm elevators, but not in property owners control. Fun bartenders at pool bar. Great time!

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and clean. The cleanliness was very appreciated. The owner was quick to respond when issue arose with air-conditioning.

I loved there was a small water park with a bar and lazy river downstairs. Fun for the kids and the adults. Walk across the street and your at the beach. In between you have a handful of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. Plenty to do without driving if you didn't want to that day

Absolutely beautiful condo! Very clean, well stocked kitchen as well as other amenities!

This was our first stay in Indian Rocks Beach and it was absolutely beautiful- we have always had gulf front so wasn’t so sure I would enjoy it as much but the waterway view was beautiful and the large outdoor deck allowed you to view the gulf and the glorious sunsets. The condo was amazing as well, updated and very spacious. Owner was always available and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Definitely will be back!

Great vacation

We stayed for a week early March. Beautiful place Water park was great Wonderful restaurant and bar connected Clean Fully equipped kitchen Comfortable beds We areived at 0330 and Room key was not in lock box so we could not get into room until sunrise. We finally called the emergency number amd were in the condo in 15 minutes Will return next year 😀
