This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. A fully stocked kitchen that includes a stackable washer and dryer.

Welcome! This newer 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 2nd floor unit has a balcony that offers views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. Enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.

Unit 2219 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate. Travelers insurance is recommended. This unit has a strict no refund policy!

Also, free internet WI-FI access is included.

Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach for your use on the 6th and 7th floor!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walking distance from your room.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 2219 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty..

Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

Jimmy Guanna's is right on site, great food, adult beverages and live entertainment every day.

Crabby Bill's is a short walk and the best Crab Legs in TOWN!

There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast line for a daily nominal fee.

The unit will be ready for you upon your arrival.

There are 3 thermostats in the unit, you can adjust them all to different temperatures but they must all be on heat or cool to work. You cannot have one on heat and another on cool.

The owner will supply you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag, laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the duration of your stay.

You will need to take the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wrist band that needs to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes needed, at a discount.
When the water park closes, you can use the pool until it closes (check gift shop for hours). It is then that you do not need passes.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences, and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Great Spring Break

This location is perfect. If you have tweens/smaller kids, they will love the water park. If you have older teens (that's our family), they can explore from St. Pete to Clearwater Beach using the trolley. Walkable to multiple restaurants, ciffee, ice cream, eyc.

We did not take advantage of the water park as the temps were in the 70's and it was late feb/early march. Definitely a good location although a bit pricey. Condo had an abundance of space.

Indian rock beach

Property is as listed we had trouble finding Suite when arrived and entrance. Staff was very helpful and guided us in correct area. Enjoyed having the cart and all beach supplies to walk the 1 1/2 blocks to beach.Wonderful resturants and night life near. Even took trolly to clearwater which was very convenient.Water park passes were great too

Great set up for families

The condo was super comfortable for our family with two younger kids. We hit the water park, the beach across the street and took the trolley up to Clearwater all in one day! There were several great kid friendly restaurants within walking or short car ride too!

We had a wonderful time on this trip! The condo was clean and well stocked. Quick walk to beach with all the beach chairs, wagon, umbrella provided. The kids loved the waterpark! We had a great time!

The condo was very clean, nice view from the balcony, and great location in the complex for a family with kids going to the water park. Right by elevators or the stairs outside the entrance door bring you right to the water park.

Love this condo!

This is our second time staying at one of Debra’s rentals at Harbourside, and we absolutely love it! It’s a great location, very clean, and has everything your family needs for a great stay. The closet with beach supplies was an added bonus, we did not have to bring anything extra with us! The view over the intercostal is amazing and we love the water park and short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back next year.

Overall, we were quite happy with the unit. Parking is a bit tricky but it is what it is. Our younger girls enjoyed the water park. I'd stay there again.

Great fall break get away!

Overall it was a great unit. Second floor location made it quick and easy to get to the water park and to the parking lot. Kitchen was filled with everything we needed. Water park passes made the stay great and a quick walk to the beach. Several places to eat and close to attractions and grocery stores. Enjoyed the view of the intercoastal and the boats at the marina. Enjoyed all the channels on the tv. We will keep this place on the list.

Great Location and property managment

Location Location Location!!! Five min. walk to great restarants and beach access. Having the unit close to elevator and staircase which leads to parking and the attached Water Park was PERFECT. We Did have issue with door lock which we notified managment and maintance was going to take care of the issue. Would highly recommend this unit.

Nice place but electrical outlets are all loose, laundry door needs to be replaced! The bedroom with two beds needs curtains due to bright lights in breezeway makes it impossible to sleep!

Almost a 5 star

Location was great, room was good. The kids loved it and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The only thing preventing it from being a 5-star rating is the lack of curtains in the second bedroom. Being on the hallway there are bright lights on right outside the window all night and the little shades don't come close to blocking out the light. Would also be good to have a clock in that room since you can't tell 2am from 7am given how bright it is.

Could use some upgrades

The condo could use some maintenance and upgrades. Missing/ broken blind on balcony door. Mattresses need replaced as you could see indentations in all of them. Dirty mug in cabinet. Dust balls around door trim and on bedroom walls. Beach accessories need replaced. Did not use them. Very noisy even inside the condo as the water park is right outside the door and lots of s reaming and yelling going on. Can get very crowded because the park is open to the public. Directions on where to park and how to access room could be better.
