Welcome! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. Your 5th floor unit has spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway both day and night. You'll enjoy watching the dolphins and boats as they pass by as well as BOTH the SUNRISE and the SUNSET!

Unit 5512 comes with 4 free daily Splash Harbour Water Park passes. That's a $100 a day value. Additional passes are offered at a discounted rate.

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with rich-looking wood flooring and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The living/dining room area has wood flooring also, a Flat Screen TV, and a beautiful view of the intracoastal. The master bedroom has a Flat Screen TV, two queen beds, and a spacious bath with walk-in shower to enjoy. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a full bath, and a smart TV. There is a Queen sized Sleeper Sofa in the living room for the 9th and 10th guests. You can enjoy watching a movie or take advantage of access to free internet WI-FI.

For your added convenience you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, and a cooler

Think it can't get any better...There are sundecks facing Indian Rocks Beach located at the end of the 6th and 7th floor halls for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see!

The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike.

Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's, and a gift shop are located poolside.

Beautiful Indian Rocks Beach is just a 3 minute walk from your room.

Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues.

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 5512 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave!

We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee.

PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

Fantastic option for our visit!

My family loved our stay here! I have 2 kids that are 9 and 11. The location is awesome and so close to everything. The beach was about a 4 minute walk from the apartment. The closet outside the door has beach chairs and an umbrella, there is also lots of beach towels to use. My kids loved the beach! We found shells and sand dollars, the sand is soft and clean. There is a CVS on your walk to the beach that sells boogie boards which my kids loved having. The CVS also came in handy when we realized my child forgot her toothbrush! We walked to dinner each night and they were all good food. There is also an ice cream place with 100 flavors! Crabby bills and jimmy guanas were big hits with the kids. The water park has 2 slides, one uses a tube. The lazy river was very relaxing. The pool is only 3 ft deep so that wasn't much of an interest for my kids, maybe little ones would like it more. We went to mini golf down the road and fed alligators after hole 1! Busch gardens was a great experience, highly recommend the safari tour. A big hit for me was the washing machine! It made life easy to wash clothes or towels if needed. The beds were comfortable and my kids appreciated the soft blankets. The only thing I wish could be improved would be the water pressure in the shower, if that could be improved that would be appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property with channel and ocean view

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was just as described. It was cool because you could sit on the balcony and watch the channel and the boats go through as well as be able to look at the ocean. Great location close to crabby bills. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo on the water

Our stay here was lovely. We had issues with getting in initially and due to our late arrival had to call the emergency line. Astrid was very helpful and made sure we were good to go for the evening. The listing asks that you report any issues within a hour of check-in. Because it was late I took pictures (just wear and tear issues but it was more for cya purposes) and sent an email with any concerns. Debra responded quickly the next morning. She offered to come out and replace a lightbulb however I told her this could be done upon our checkout. Later in the week we did have an issue with accessing the condo. Again I called Astrid (it was Thanksgiving day) on the emergency line and she was able to get a condo manager over to replace batteries so that the door would open. Unfortunately it took 45min to correct. After calling the first day with the door issue I feel they should have sent someone to check it out before that happened. The unit was spacious and very clean. One thing is most of the light switches aren’t connected to actual lights. And lighting in the bedroom during the evening is poor. The front loading washer and dryer were wonderful! We were supplied with 2 laundry pods, soap at all sinks, dishwasher pods, and dish soap as stated in the add. The water park passes were nice to have as well! Location was convenient to the beach and restaurants. It is not walking distance to Clearwater Beach. We would definitely go back!!

Great location!

Property was lovely with views of the ocean and the intercoastal. Close walking distance to many restaurants and a gorgeous beach. The pool next door was fantastic fun even for adults.

Perfect little get away spot!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our spring break. We are locals but wanted to get away with the kids for a few days and this placed was great. Condo was very clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach and the water park was ideal for kids! Parking is kinda chaotic if you arrive on a weekend but not a deal breaker. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. We are looking forward to returning!

Our family took a quick trip to Florida. It was too cold to use the water park but good location, nice views. Place was nice, clean, and near the ocean and lots of restaurants.

A trip away from the tundra!

We stayed here and loved everything about this place. Location was perfect, waterpark was awesome! The condo was exactly what we needed. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of 5 and the balcony was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

Good location, good amenities

We enjoyed staying in the unit, although the living room furniture was not very comfortable. The highlights of our stay were watching the Christmas boat parade from our private balcony and our time at Splash Harbor, which was included with the room.

Great Stay!

Our first trip to IRB and we enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the beach, kids loved the water park, lots of great restaurants nearby!
