4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! This 2/2 condo is located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park' complex. This 6th floor "end" unit has a balcony that overlooks the Intracoastal and another that overlooks the Water Park! Come stay in this rare unit. There is a fully stocked kitchen that even includes a stackable washer and dryer.

This beautiful two bedroom condo sits on Splash Harbour Water Park in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. This unit is unique in that it has two private balconies, one overlooking the water park and the other overlooking the intercostal waterway. It is close to many great restaurants, family friendly activities and short block and a half walk to the beach.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, WIFI and includes 4 daily water park passes.

The water park, 4 free passes come with every reservation for the duration of your stay.
You are so close to many restaurants, boat and bike rentals, ice cream shops and the beach is a 3 minute walk from the unit.

There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park. They will scan them and put a wrist band on you that will need to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase the additional passes. The pool is part of the water park but does stay open later than the park. It is then that passes are no longer needed at the pool area.

Owner has provided beach towels, beach chairs, and a wagon for you to bring these items to the beach. These items are located in the exterior closet.

You have access to the 6th and 7th floor Sundeck.

There is a Mr. Coffee coffee maker

Trash closet is located next to the elevator.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

This unit is Self check-in; there is nowhere to store your luggage should you arrive before your check-in time. This unit is not affiliated with Hotel Connections.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.

Condo is roomy, well appointed and as pictured and described.Beds are extremely high. A short person may need something to climb up onto it. We are all tall and getting up onto beds that high is a feat, even for us.If renting this condo, be aware that the dishwasher is NOT secured under the counter at all. Meaning if the dishwasher is opened energetically by someone (ev3n a child) who doesn't know, the dishwasher can flip enough to break the beautiful counter.Which means you'd have to replace the counter.SO TAKE THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE if you're renting this place.Not an emergency for me to contact them over the weekend, but it's serious enough that they should know to secure it.If the counter cracks and lifts from the weight of the unsecured dishwasher flipping, the heavy broken counter could seriously injure a guest.I tried to contact the property manager to warn them about this problem and one week later, I've still had no reply to my voicemail/missed calls.Good thing it was not an emergency!How can they be a property manager and not be available to... manage the property. Other than that, everything was alright. Parking is extremely tight for larger vehicles.Lock box on front door was a bit wonky. Sunset viewing decks on 6th and 7th floor are virtually unavailable due to the key & lock being wonky too. Got in once; went to get something from condo and couldn't get back into the deck on 6th or 7th.3 minutes walk to access beach for amazing sunset views was A1!

We really enjoyed our stay! The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, clearly communicated, and easy to follow. Debra, the property manager, was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful in every interaction, which made the experience even better.The only small improvements we'd suggest are adding a broom for quick cleanups, as the vacuum was quite loud, and installing a few towel hooks in the bathroom for added convenience.Overall, a great stay, we’d definitely come back!

This is our third year staying at Harbourside but first year in the condos. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Stocked with all the accessories and the balconies provided beautiful views. Our son enjoyed the water park and we hope to be back next year!

My husband and our 2 kids stayed here for 6 nights. It was in a great location and the Waterpark was fun and convenient. I didnt anticipate that we would go to the Waterpark as much as we did. The condo was clean and had a nice view of the harbour

Overall a great stay

We loved the Indian Rock Shore area and the condo was exactly as it was listed. Views from both balconies were great. Waterpark was fun but short lived. Way too many people. We found ourselves using the beach in Treasure Island due to the amount of algae that was in the water and on the beach in Indian Rock Shores. Our daughter had so much of it in her hair and that made for an unpleasant night of shower cleaning. Overall a great family vacation.

Great time

Thai was our 4th time at the condos but the first time at this unit. Overall had a great time but a few things I would change. The beds are very high and difficult to get on. There is never enough drawers or hangers in the bedrooms. The outdoor furniture looked as if the cleaning crew never cleans it. Otherwise it was great and I would recommend it!

Another Great Stay at Harbourside!

This is our third stay at the Harbourside property but our first time staying at this particular unit. This was an A+! Unit was very clean and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Our kids love the water park and everything it has to offer. We saw dolphins and manatees every morning from the balcony while enjoying breakfast. Having so many restaurants within walking distance is the best too! You will truly enjoy your stay here. No complaints whatsoever.

Great Condo!

Condo was described accurately. Very clean!! Both balconies were spacious. The outdoor chairs were very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Parking spots in the garage is a bit tight for larger vehicles. I drive an F-150, someone trying to park in a tight space at the end of the parking garage hit me our first few hours there and drove off. Once I I seen it, I called the the property managers after hours line and left a message. I received a call back very fast. Explained what happened, the young lady was surprised and walked me through what I needed to do. Unfortunately there are no security cameras in the parking garage. This is my only recommendation for safety purposes. However I did not feel unsafe what so ever in Indian Rock Beach anywhere I went. I did a lot of walking around the area around the condo. It was beautiful. This was the only time I needed to speak with a property manager and by no means was it there fault at all. Very helpful, thank you! After the vehicle incident, I parked our vehicle in the outside parking lot. I only seen one elevator, however there may have been more. The one we used was pretty slow, but it was in high demand. We used the stairs as much as we could. Our condo had a very nice wagon, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas supplied for us, thank you! One umbrella is missing the pin to allow it to stay up, however there was also a brand new one in the closet.

The property was pretty clean. The host was very responsive in addressing anything at all. Great location to resturants and other small businesses. Close walk to beach. Water park was ok. It was open to public which was bummer but kids had fun for a couple hours each day.

Perfect for family fun

We chose this stay to celebrate a 16th birthday with friends and family. The room location is perfect. Lots of activities and places to eat within walking distance. A lot of young kids at the water park and very busy - but it’s Florida. The parking garage is hard to navigate if you have a large vehicle. There is only 1 elevator that goes to the top floors but the stairs are a fast option. Would recommend this as a top destination for families wanting a little bit of everything during their Florida stay

Very nice/modern condo in prime location with waterpark!

Condo was very clean, updated and modern. Check-in was smooth with no issues. We loved having the two balconies with great views of the waterpark and causeway looking over the docks. Just a sort elevator ride/walk downstairs and you have the RumShack, Pool, Waterpark and Jimmy Guana’s. Beach is easily accessible across the street along with Crabby Bill’s and PK’s Oyster House. Overall a great location and we had a perfect spring break getaway. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful vacation spot

We love the water park and the short walk to the beach! We’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy our time in Indian Rocks. One minor issue this visit was the only elevator to the 6th floor was down for a couple days
