Hi Royce, thank you for your review. We wanted to pass along the following feedback from the homeowners: "Thank you for your review and for noting the amazing location of this house on the lake and dunes. We’re sorry the house didn’t meet your expectations. We continually strive to improve the Juniper House and offer our guests a great rental experience on the lake, and take your comments very seriously. In the terms of price, we understand that the rate is set by Evolve based on an analysis of the rental market in the surrounding area. We think the rent is reasonable, especially given the beautiful location of the house - and the sunsets. You didn’t specifically note the things that you thought needed cleaning when you arrived, but you may recall that before your stay we offered via text that you should feel free to reach out to the cleaning service directly for any issues. They’re very responsive and would have been glad to help. Also, as you may have noted the listing states that the house is 750 square feet and three bedrooms, which makes the bifold bedroom doors shown in the pictures especially handy. With respect to the water under the shower door, thank you for raising that issue, which we will certainly look into further. Again, thank you for your review and for staying with us, and hope that you’ll consider staying with us again."
