Votre propre maison de plage «Aussie» dispose d'une grande plage sur le lac Michigan. Entièrement rénové en 2014 avec 3 chambres et une nouvelle cuisine avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable.
Cette propriété unique est située sur deux lots sur le lac Michigan et soutient les dunes de sable de Silver Lake. La maison de plage a une terrasse de 1000 pieds carrés avec vue sur le lac Michigan et dispose d'un foyer privé niché dans les dunes. C'est l'endroit parfait pour vos vacances en famille. La propriété est livrée avec une nouvelle voiturette de golf pour vous aider à apporter des chaises de plage et des jouets à la plage.
Vous êtes à 10 minutes de Pentwater et Hart avec un accès facile à l'équitation, au golf, à la location de bateaux et de Jetski et à tous les différents festivals qui se déroulent tout au long de l'année. Michigan Adventure est à seulement 30 minutes pour les enfants !!

Amazing!

Owner and place is amazing! Could not have a better location. We enjoyed everything the area has to offer while being in a well renovated place that kept us very comfortable. The golf cart was awesome as was the beach. Looking to re book already!

Relaxing and Refreshing

We had the most wonderful week at the Aussie Beach House. It was just what we needed before going back to school. It was quiet, clean and well located. We had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for anything more.

Beach get away

The inside of the house was in really nice shape and really enjoyed the deck. Wish the view had not been interrupted by all the trees but did not stop us from enjoying the deck. Very comfortable, really enjoyed the spacious kitchen, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Would have appreciated a welcome "page" to explain the WiFi and miscellaneous house uses.

Great location for anyone doing the dunes on a daily basis. Other than the grass needed to be mowed it was perfect for our get away.

Just what we needed

This was the perfect little getaway spot. It was nestled in a beautiful little neighborhood that was quiet and friendly. The house had every amenity that you could possibly need for a few nights stay. Internet was great. We had no issues the fire pit bonus, especially with the stars. Cannot wait to come back

Nice place!!

We loved this house, exactly what we needed for a family of 4! There are dunes that you could walk to across the street that lead to an area where you can view riders in the dunes. The beach/beach access is down the road which their was a golf cart for us to ride in to and from. No access to the beach from the house but you can view the lake from the back deck and we were able to catch the sunset across the lake there as well. A nice paddle board was available for us to use at the beach. They supplied firewood but unfortunately we never got to use the fire pit (we were tired each night). No washer or dryer - I went to the town of Hart and used the laundromat there - no biggie! Their really isn’t room in the house for a washer and dryer, I get it. Thanks again for a wonderful place!!

Beautiful

Very nice! Wifi and cell service was limited. I wish it had a better waterfront view but not property owner’s fault. Next time we will have the kids brings the winter sleds of more dune sledding. So much fun!

Relaxing and comfortable.

My husband and I took our grandsons ages 15 and 4. The beach was only a short golf cart ride away. We brought our rzr to play on the dunes. There was plenty of room for our trailer. We had such a great time and would love to come back!

Great location for the dunes

This home was beautifully decorated inside and nicely kept up. Keep in mind there is no central AC, but there are window units in the bedrooms. These kept the home sufficiently cool, and thankfully the weather was not terribly hot when we were there. Additional fans in the living areas would have been nice for extra air movement, but we were fine without them. The location to the sand dunes entrance was really convenient and that is primarily why we were there. The beach “location” is deceiving as the lake can be seen from the property, but not accessed without driving or walking to the end of the housing area and walking down a steep hill to the beach area. We chose to drive our machine through the dunes to the beach that way and it worked well for us. Overall, we would stay in this home again!

Family memories at the beach house 2023

My family & dogs had a great time staying in the beach house with all the comforts of home…The beach house view from the back deck has a gorgeous view of lake MI. Also, there is a golf cart to drive around the small quant area as well as to the walkway down to the dunes. We will definitely be back to this lovely place!

Fun Family Time

My husband and I were joined by our adult children to have family time near Lake Michigan. We found the cottage to be very well equipped for grilling, making s'mores, going to the beach, and just staying in to play cards and laugh. The large porch and ample living spaces made our time together wonderful. The owner was easy to contact and made sure we had what we needed. Maybe we'll try for another family reunion next summer!

Loved our stay! Has all the things you need and more! Loved having the golf cart to take to the beach and around the neighborhood. Kevin was great to rent from. We would definitely come back again!

Lovely Stay

Second time here with my family. Last time they are a few more amenities that I didn't notice this time. Like no salt or sugar. Wish they had a laundry machine because its easy to run through towels if you're staying for awhile BUT the location is nice and the neighbors were really kind. Overall a lovely stay.

great spot near the dunes and the beaches

The property was clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was speedy. The house is not located on a beach with access for swimming however it does come with a golf cart to ride to the beach (less than 5 mins) which was super cool for the kids. Would stay again!

Great vacation

The whole family enjoyed staying here. Everyone had a "favorite part", I think. The only "con", in the pro-con tally, was the tree blocking the view of Lake Michigan, but no one seemed to mind that much. We had a great night to observe the shooting meteors.

this place is an online scam

I've stayed at many VRBO's and all were exactly as advertised, except this one. For the price I paid for a 3-day stay at this double wide, I could have flown round trip to Australia itself. There is no beach. There is a broken down cliff to what may have once been a beach. but this cottage is not on the water. It is stuffed in the backyard of a beach house that is actually on the water. If you want to have the experience of staying in the "help's quarters" trailer behind the parking lot of the big house, go nuts, this is your place. and, before "kevin" leaves me a preemptive bad review, I left the trailer in better shape than I found it. I didn't move any furniture or anything.

Cute little cottage getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aussie Beach House! Overall, there were a lot of pros to this rental! Some cons were that we wish there was a better view of the lake, and that the beach was actually a private beach for the neighborhood (it’s actually a private access to the very public beach), but it was still a fun time. Would have liked a hose attached to the spigot at the rear of the house so we could rinse our sand off after time at the beach. Also, would have preferred a bit of a heads up before the septic tank came to clean out the tank or the golf cart was returned from maintenance. Both just showed up out of the blue. Otherwise the owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay again!
