This sunny & bright well-equipped modern Bach is nestled down a quiet cul-de-sac with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & its very own private access to the estuary. Perfect for making the most of Pauanui’s beautiful waters.

The relaxed open plan living/kitchen/dining area offers very generous spaces & modern conveniences, including a Smart TV, Wifi, & a Heat Pump.

The first bedroom is a generously sized ‘bunk room’ consisting of 3 sets of bunks (6 beds) with its own ensuite. There are two other good sized bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with a King bed. There is also a separate toilet, bathroom with a bath and shower, & a laundry with external access.

Both the northern and southern ranch sliders open right out onto sunny, spacious deck areas, for entertaining or just soaking in the Pauanui atmosphere & enjoying the sun.

There is a kayak, 2 paddle boards, & 2 body boards for you to use & enjoy.

There is also an outdoor hot shower to wash away the sand after your beach activities.

The local shops, restaurants, skate park, playgrounds, & Golf course are all within walking distance of the Bach.
