Comfort and luxury awaits! Spacious and private 3000 sq. ft resort style home with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths located in the resort-style Estrella community of Goodyear, Arizona.

This custom built and fully furnished executive style home is guaranteed to be your home-away-from-home during your stay in the Phoenix area! Boasts roomy 10' ceilings throughout - except for the large 16' turret entrance. Spacious open concept great room is the heart of the home, with 4 private bedroom spaces to ensure guest comfort. Turret entrance and arched hallway adds interest and character. Great for families or several couples - as everyone will have their own private space to spread out, relax and enjoy.

Our home is located in the quiet, tranquil location of the 'Retreat' area of Estrella Mountain Ranch with wide-open 'green' spaces both in front of, as well as behind, the home on over a 1/2 acre lot. Our professionally landscaped private back yard features a heated pool and an in-ground spa with expansive desert and mountain views. The pool has a pebble tech finish, colored lighting at night, and a waterfall feature. Fire up the BBQ in the newly constructed 'L' shaped island that features a fridge, searing, and side burners, and a large grill while you watch the kids play in the pool, or have a glass of wine while enjoying the amazing sunset over the Estrella Mountains. Outdoor dining table is placed comfortably under a covered deck right outside the kitchen, as well as adjacent to the outdoor kitchen, accessible via a sliding patio door. Barstools around the outdoor kitchen provide additional seating spaces. Relax and enjoy!

We have designed and decorated our home with your comfort in mind. The chef in your family will enjoy utilizing the large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances and large island so everyone can gather around and visit. A large stainless steel french door refrigerator has water and ice in the door for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare healthy, gourmet meals at home.

Contemporary new furnishings, linens, and flat screen TV's in each bedroom ensure optimum guest comfort and relaxation. The family room offers a huge comfortable sectional with power recliners. A 70” flat screen TV offers cable access, blue ray DVD player, as well as Netflix access. Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the house, as well as a desk and printer for guest use. New front-load HE washer and dryer as well as laundry detergents etc are available for your use during your stay. Additional amenities include bicycles in the garage, and tennis rackets/balls for guest use.

Our home features a large grand master suite (20' x 17'), which has a king bed, sitting area, pool and backyard access, as well as a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower, his and hers vanities, large soaker tub, and an adjoining walk-in closet! Second bedroom has a queen bed, and has its own full private bathroom in a separate wing of the house. Two additional jack and jill bedrooms have 1 queen bed, and 1 king bed and access to third unique bathroom with a shared tub/shower/toilet, as well as 2 private bathroom areas with sink/vanity. Each luxurious bedroom has brand new linens and towels, new Euro-top Sealy posturepedic mattresses, as well as a new LED flat screen TV in each. There is also a large queen size blow up air mattress that sleeps 2 comfortably.

For your enjoyment during your stay, plan to try out the Nicklaus designed, Troon-Golf managed, distinctive Estrella Golf Course, just 3 mins away.

A great asset to our location is our proximity to the two man-made lakes in Estrella. The south lake is just at a few blocks from our home, and makes a great walking or biking destination. Palm trees and paths around the lake make for an enjoyable stroll! Tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and outdoor barbeque areas provide additional outdoor enjoyment.

While shopping is always prevalent in the Greater Phoenix area, try the new Tanger Outlets located only 20 mins away, or the Brand New Premium Outlets near Wild Horse Casino, only 40 mins away via I-10

The good, the bad, the ........

We enjoyed a sibling and spouse retreat at this property. 8 adults. Throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, the pool and hot tub were wonderful. The area is very pretty and we enjoyed the walks around the lakes. Pickleball and tennis! Unfortunately none of the bikes were in working order. Did manage to pump up tires on one bike for a short ride to the lake and back before going flat again. Host said they would have someone come look at the bikes but not while we were there. The kitchen is huge! We chose to cook most of our meals during our stay. The appliances are all new and very nice. The fridge icemaker does not keep up with the demand so be sure to bring extra ice for drinks. There are plenty of plates and bowls but the home could use some serving bowls and some better looking pots and pans. I'm sorry, but the mattresses in the bedrooms besides the main bedroom are canoes. Not sure why as the description said they were new mattresses. We improvised the best we could. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the TV is huge. Too bad the bedroom tv's were not properly working. Host said there are new ones on their way. The home fit most of our needs and we did enjoy our stay. It is spacious and the outside pool area was lovely. The putting green is a nice addition. We did not see a large umbrella as in the description. Did not need it as there are two covered patio areas. landscaping lovely and the entryway Cacti are stunning!

Decent stay

Property is in a perfect quiet location at the end of the road. A few things: less than 24 hours before our stay we got a text from the host letting us know that none of the TV's in the 4 bedrooms work. They claimed they had ordered new TV's but the place is also for sale so not sure how truthful that is. Our teenagers were disappointed as that was one reason we chose the place so that in the evenings kids could watch tv. they could watch TV before bed.

Winter Wonderland Getaway

18th year of a golf outing with buddies. first place cancelled and was much happier finding this nice oasis. hot tub and putting greens were great to have. house was spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms for each. Very pleasant stay!

I would never stay here or trust the host or company the host works for. We got there and the hot tub was not heating. One of the reason we rented the house was for the hot tub. We asked the manager multiple times to get the hot tub working for us and she said she would. It never heated at all any of the days we were at the property. Very very unprofessional. People like this should not be allowed to rent their properties!

Picture Perfect Property

The pictures online are ok, but in person this house is perfect. It is a well kept and very clean property in quiet area. Estrella was a bit further away than we thought from Phoenix, but what we needed was available in decent distance. The pool was amazing and hottub was great for our group. Comfy beds and great supplies that are not always found in rentals, such as good shampoo and soaps, coffee on hand and nice clean towels.

Perfect Family Vacation Destination

We met our adult children & their families & this home was perfect. Plenty of space to accommodate all of us & really felt like a home away from home. Loved both the inside open living space as well as the outside pool, bbq, mini golf & sitting area. We will be back!

Spacious rental for 3 couples

We loved the single level layout of this home! All bedrooms had privacy/seclusion. Kitchen is large enough for multiple cooks. The backyard is private and has all the amenities needed for relaxation - pool, attached hot tub, firepit, built-in bbq area and a new multi-level putting green. This is a perfect location for easy access to Phoenix Motor Speedway. We look forward to booking this special home again. Thanks Monique!

Pickleball and pool

Love this house as it was a prefect location to the pickleball courts which we enjoyed most days. We spent most afternoons enjoying the pool and sun. The house it self is wonderful very clean and so much room. As when we stay in a new place took us old people a day to figure out the tv’s. I hope I can visit Estrella and be able to stay in at this wonderful home

Perfect vacation rental!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! We were a party of 7 adults and 3 young children. The space was great for us, the house extremely clean, the pool area was fantastic and we loved the location. We left planning the next time we can stay here again.

Very nice property with all the amenities for the perfect long weekend--except there were plumbing problems which Monique was quick to get it taken care of. We still had a great time, enjoyed the house, pool, pickleball, bike rides and each other's company. We'll be back!

We have been married for 6 years and enjoy traveling. We live in Seattle WA and try to visit the Phoenix area as much as possible. We are thrilled to see our custom built home completed, and are looking forward to more opportunities to enjoy the warmth and activities that Phoenix has to offer!

We are a family that wanted to spend our vacations in a place that had something for everyone. We enjoy being around water/oceans, but quickly found out that here there are so many things to do, that we don't miss the ocean when we are here! When we visited Estrella Mountain Ranch for the first time, we were amazed at the beauty of the area, the amenities, and access to so many different activities. The home was built with all the necessities of a good vacation in mind as well as a place to call home, and big enough for a large family, or to share with other family's. We are not able to use our home all the time so we wanted make it available and share with other families so that they could experience all the great things that Coyote Crossing Estate has to offer for themselves.

Because we live live in Seattle Wa, we greatly enjoy visiting the warmer climate of Arizona as often as we can.
We have family who also own a home in Estrella Mountain Ranch, and were charmed by the resort style community where we can enjoy the proximity to Phoenix, but live outside the hustle and bustle in our own quiet and serene setting with the mountains as a backdrop. Coyote Crossing Estate isn't our permanent residence, so it would be our honor to be able to share our home with others that will enjoy and respect it like we do.

After looking at hundreds of properties in several communities in the greater Phoenix area, Estrella Mountain Ranch really stood out. Easy access to all Professional and College sports franchises, NASCAR, MLB Spring Training, Dining, Shopping, Concert Events, and so much more. Some of the most beautiful desert settings in Arizona and yet so close to all the action. Estrella Mountain Ranch is rated the #1 community in Arizona and our large quiet lot, with natural desert views from the house made this location the perfect choice.

What makes this House unique

Estrella has so much to offer with its tranquil setting in the Estrella Mountains/desert, and two beautiful lakes with walking trails around them! Coyote Crossing Estate on a half-acre lot in a quiet cul-de-sac with only a few other houses nearby. It is a brand new custom built home in 2013 with all completely new furnishings. It boasts 10' ceilings throughout, except for the 16' ceiling in the large round entrance. We have gorgeous, unrestricted views of mountains and desert. We love the quiet and serene setting!

Spending time relaxing with family and friends in such a beautiful setting make our vacations so enjoyable. There are limitless activities so whether we want to stay at the house and just swim in the pool, or soak in the spa or go on a road trip to see beautiful scenery there is always something to do. When we go on a day trip, we can always shop and/or see a sports event every night and still be back to the house quickly. The Golf Club of Estrella is amazing and affordable There is so much to do that everyone always gets to pick and choose their own experience.
