Backyard Luxury with Private Pool and Hot Tub on Golf Course

Welcome to our desert retreat on Palm Valley Golf Course. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has a resort style backyard with golf course and mountain views, private pool (not heated), hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bar, covered patio, misters and extended pergola. Located minutes from attractions like spring training, State Farm Stadium, Phoenix International Raceway, golf and several hiking destinations.

The upgraded one level open plan home has a master bedroom with king bed, master bath with two person shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed and second bath has been nicely updated as well. The third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk space and queen size Murphy bed. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook, and a coffee/wine bar. There is a two car garage and mudroom with full size washer and dryer.

Spend your day at one of the many nearby attractions or enjoy a glass of wine at the outdoor bar while relaxing by the pool and hot tub.

Amazing Rental

The property was great, resort style oasis in the backyard, right on the golf course. Was a small issue with the ac and the homeowner took care of everything immediately. Would definitely rent this property again. Very centrally located in the west valley. Close to Westgate, casino and nightlife.

Desert Paradise!

Our stay was wonderful! The property exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our almost week long stay for our son’s graduation! The kitchen was very stocked and all the amenities were fantastic! We would recommend this property to anyone and hope to book again in the future!! The pool and outside area were perfect as well, such an enjoyable stay!

Perfect Place for Us

When we spotted this property, we were already in love with it. When we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The master bedroom is on its own side of the house and has it's own access to the back yard. We had no idea how much of a difference the misters would make but they took the edge off the heat. There were a fair amount of pool toys that helped us enjoy the pool even more. The open living area made spending time together so easy! Don't get me started about the master shower...also we had great communication with the manager. The location of the property provided easy access to one of the main roads in the town so it was pretty easy to get everywhere. We will be back

Wonderful weekend!

My sister and I, along with our spouses were lucky enough to choose this wonderful home for a three night getaway. Everything was as expected. Indoor and outdoor were spotless. A very quiet area. It was relaxing to sit by the pool and watch a few golfers go by. We were poolside most of the weekend. We enjoyed a late night movie on the outdoor patio furniture. Be sure to visit La Bona Pasta, the best Italian we have ever had! Their pork tenderloin is 10 stars! Thank you Jason and Jennifer for sharing your home with us. We are looking forward to another trip soon!

Excellent stay at a great home

The house was amazing! The back yard is such a great little oasis. Very relaxing and the hot-tub is fabulous. The beds are very comfortable and the hosts were easy to connect with. The house has all the amenities one could need for a stay.

Sunshine and Happiness

My adult daughter, partner and I stayed in this lovely home for a week. It checked off everything on our list of wants and needs. Jennifer was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or to refer it to friends.

Beautiful Home

We stayed in this home while in town for the NASCAR Championship. Very clean, beautiful backyard and a great place to come back to relax after a long day on the track. Would definitely stay here again.

We came for the weather, and the Mesa Marathon

We used the hot tub every day, loved it! House was perfect, we enjoyed some great restaurants, the Mesa Marathon, and the company of several friends who used to live in Chicago but now call Phoenix home.Gorgeous home, quiet neighborhood, perfect weather. Great stay. The backyard is truly lovely. Backing on a golf course. Too cool to swim but looking at the pool and soaking up rays was just fine too. Only downside, no TVs in bedrooms. Well equipped, centrally located vacation home perfect For our family.

Nice neighborhood and close to whatever you may need. Home is comfortable and has all the amenities you would expect. Communication with the owner was A+ and the weather didn't disappoint. Everytime I come to AZ, it gets harder to leave....come
