This home is completely private to you. You have access to the entire house. (Full kitchen, dining area, and a living room with a fireplace. There is access to a two-car garage and a small patio area in the backyard.)

Located close to the University Village shopping area this neighborhood is made up of brand-new homes. Easy access to the I-25, this quiet neighborhood has tons of restaurants and outdoor activities. Some of our personal favorites include the 3.14 Sweet & Savory Pi Bar, Jun Japanese Restaurant, and Trinity Brewing Company...all just a short ride or drive away.

Getting Around:
We usually recommend that you have a car in Colorado Springs, but being that this home is in a very good location, an Uber or Lyft could be enough!
