We love the bright and airy vibe of our home and we hope that you'll find its design and aesthetic wonderful as well.

You'll love taking in the amazing views of the Rockies from our living room and backyard.

During your stay, you'll enjoy:

Our home is located in a safe, serene, and walkable neighborhood.

As our guests, you'll have access to your own private driveway which can hold 2 average sized vehicles or 1 large truck as well as ample street parking right out front mere steps from the front door.

During your stay you will have private access to our entire home, the front yard, front porch, the back deck and the fully enclosed backyard.

PET POLICY:

We allow a maximum of two dogs.
Please advise us if you will be bringing your pets.
Owners must clean up after their pet's waste.
Pets must not be left alone in our house unless they are crated.
Pets must be kept off of the beds, chairs, and sofa.

Special exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with specific approval from the owners.

Restful Midweek in Colorado Springs

My family enjoyed our stay here over a week in Colorado Springs. The well-maintained house, located in a quiet neighborhood made a comfortable and convenient base for our adventures to nature sites we drive to on the other side of town. The games room made for an entertaining activity space for my boys, while the deck hosted family dinners and quiet book reading late into the night. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we had no problems cooking meals on our Colorado getaway. Last, the hot tub was clean and was actively maintained. We would definitely come back next time in town.

Clean, friendly hosts, close to town attractions

Overall very happy with our stay. We were a group of 7 staying for 5 days and the property was very accommodating. No shortage of hot water! The bunk bed is actually a loft bed though so there isn’t an extra bed in that room. The house was clean and the yards were tidy. Host responded quickly. Plenty of room so that our group wasn’t crammed on top of each other.

We had such a wonderful family vacation in this spectacular rental. We had 4 generations together, and there was something for everybody to enjoy here. Very clean, very comfortable, and perfect for our family! This house has modern conveniences along with lots of charm and special touches that bring so much warmth and joy to the surroundings. The kitchen had every appliance we could need; the bath towels were thick and fluffy; the beds were cozy and comfortable; the master shower was huge; lots and lots of hot water; lots of room; a great back yard with a big deck and a hot tub; a well stocked game room... This property had everything to make our stay perfect! The owner/property mgr was responsive and gave a lot of great suggestions. We wouldn't have changed a thing! We REALLY enjoyed our time in this home, and we will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Colorado Springs Stay

The property was as described. The listing mentions it's a pet friendly home and while we didn't bring any pets, there was quite a bit of pet hair on floors, rugs, etc. The basement has a very distinctive pet smell that hits you as soon as you make it down the stairs. The hot tub was a nice addition, but with it being a little further out in the yard, away from the house, we did not utilize. It was a little too chilly for us to brave it. There is a lot of space in the home and lots of towels, bedding, pillows, etc. The kitchen could have used some tupperware, foil, or something for leftovers to be stored in. I discarded some of the expired (unopened) seasonings in the cupboard, but overall the kitchen had everything needed for feeding our family for a few days. The neighborhood seemed older and there was a neighbors car parked in front of the house most days. The decor was a little bit oudated, but the board games were a nice addition. We appreciate the stay!
