Makai 611 est idéalement situé sur la 42e rue et la baie. Marchez jusqu'au Palais des Congrès, restaurants, boutiques et la plage. Le bâtiment dispose de deux ascenseurs desservant tous les étages, d'une piscine intérieure, d'un salon au rez-de-chaussée avec accès Internet gratuit, d'un centre de remise en forme et d'une salle de billard. La taille des lits comprend 1 lit queen, 1 lit double et un canapé-lit queen. Les clients fournissent des draps, des serviettes, tous les articles en papier et savons. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Environ 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage. Ce propriétaire offre un rabais de 50 $ sur une location à la semaine pour nos clients militaires.

Perfect spot for an ocean city get away. Room was close to all attractions, short easy walk to the beach. Property was easy to navigate, receptionists were extremely helpful at check in.

Makai in Ocean City MD

Overall the place was great. It’s in a great location and everything in the condo was in working order. The only thing that I gave a 4 rating to was the cleanliness of the room due to the floor in the living room and kitchen was sticky when we first arrived. Other than that, everything was fine. I would definitely rent the location again.

I had to clean Some dishes were dirty Floor under trash can was dirty Fridge looked like something spilled and hey didn’t clean it all. I open the oven the handle had grease on it . I shook out the rug in the bathroom and had sand in it . I didn’t go to the beach . Yes I know there would be sand . The door to the heater was full of dust Sone of the cup boards had dry food on them The beaters for the mixer has dried food it . Not happy that I had to clean stuff before I could enjoy myself

Condo was very clean and nice appearing, comfortable and equipped for all your needs !! There were a few negatives though: Master bathroom sink does not drain, master bathroom toilet was not working properly (fixed that myself), bedroom door does not latch for privacy, guest bedroom bed was listed incorrectly so bed set we brought was incorrect, fridge door does not stay closed worth a crap, and the only other thing is the master bedroom does not get cool and theres no sleeping past sunrise in the master due to the sun lighting up the room like the fourth of July, other than them small blems id stay there again 4/5 stars

Clean place, tough to get quality sleep

The room was clean and conveniently located in OC for our needs this week. The check in process was easy enough once instructions were sent, but could have been sent a few days earlier to help with planning. However, the worst part was that the beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, as were the pillows. More than anything else about the trip, this made the stay much less enjoyable than it otherwise could/should be. The lack of linens and towels were included in the rental agreement, but we would have appreciated more messaging and reminders on that front to again allow us to better prepare for the trip. There was no iron or hair dryer. A cabinet cover near the sink was broken and duct taped to hold it in place. Traffic noise from Coastal Highway was very loud, especially for master bedroom. Finally, there was no bay access / views for this room outside pool hours. Most of these other issues would be more easily looked past if the sleeping conditions — the most important part of rental lodging— had been addressed/improved.

Nice condo, but bare minimum

The place was very nice. But there’s nothing there. I understand bring sheets and towels. But I’ve stayed in numerous properties like this and all had kitchens stocked with salt, pepper, seasoning, miscellaneous. Bring our own food yes, but the rest has always been there. Also, no hand soap, less than half roll of toilet paper. Half roll paper towels. Not pot holders. No hand or kitchen towel. The condo itself was very nice. But having to go back to the store to get little amenities like that just isn’t worth it.

No WiFi No Living Room TV

The property was beautiful. The staff was awesome. However if you need working WiFi or need or want use of the living room TV forget about it. I trust the TV was resolved by the writing of this review. Not optimistic about the WIFI it sounded like a problem with no resolution insight. It ended up being a rainy weekend and the pool and pool room were open for a limited time period. Again the staff did what they could. But do you really want to spent your down time working through these issues?

Very nice but bad beds

The beds were really hard and it was almost impossible to sleep and was in a lot of pain the next day. Everything else was nice but you need to do something about the beds! Both rooms had really hard beds! That is not acceptable!

Everything as advertised!

Rooms were nice! No complaints. Only reason not 5 stars is that living room area much much colder than master bedroom. Had to turn down temp on thermostat to cool down bedroom, but made living area cold. Closed several vents in that area and didn’t help much. It’s a small thing, but a bit of a nuisance for kids sleeping in that area.

Nice condo, clean place.

Very nice condo unit in a nice bldg. The building had a secure Pin-pad entry and cameras. Very clean and new. Great location, good view, easy walk to the beach. Only cons were that the road noise, and the hard mattresses. We would stay here again.
