KINGSCOTE, île Kangourou. Cette maison familiale pleine grandeur est autonome et est située à seulement 2 minutes à pied du bord de mer et à 5 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Un endroit parfait pour un week-end tranquille ou comme base pour explorer toute l'île. La maison comprend un salon ouvert, 3 chambres (2 lits Q / S et 2 lits simples), 2 salles de bains et une buanderie. La maison est entièrement équipée avec des micro-ondes, un climatiseur à cycle inversé (ou un poêle à bois si vous préférez), une télévision, un lecteur DVD et un barbecue. Tout le linge de lit et de toilette est fourni ainsi que du thé et du café gratuits à l'arrivée. Vous avez également votre propre cour arrière clôturée spacieuse. Name says it all

Great comfy home in town that allows a quick walk to all cafes, restaurants, hotels and shops.Everything you need is there in each area of the house. Owners provide relevant information, in advance, about the house and also must sees on KI. Would definitely book again if we return to the island. Extremely comfortable and explicit instructions on maintaining the property.

Wow what a lovely place to start an incredible adventure around the island. The house is just beautiful, open, clean, has everything you need and close to the town.

Family History Trip

I was planning a family history trip to Kangaroo Island with my 17 year old niece and 76 year old Mum. So the search for a place to stay started. As soon as I saw the pictures of Comfy Home on Wheelton I knew this was the place for us to base ourselves. The location was perfect, the fact it had two bathrooms was also perfect, the fact it was fully set up for self catering stay was again perfect. So I made a booking, contact from Anne and Mark the hosts was quick and informative. They gave me information needed. Upon arrival, it was very easy to find the house, even with it located behind another home, this i found to be a bonus I have to say. Was easy to locate and open the key box. The house was exactly as described. Pictures are 100% accurate. The house had a good flow and the master bedroom located at the rear was lovely, the direct access to the outside patio is a great touch. Everything that you needed was in the kitchen, this allowed us to cook our own food. The couches are super comfortable as were the beds. The garden is huge and really a feature of the house. The night before check out we were offered a later check out, something that was actually really appreciated after a busy few days of touring around the spectacular Island. There was a small maintenance issue that I let Anne & Mark know about, Anne was nice enough to follow up with me and let me know that this issue was now sorted. Without any hesitation I recommend that you choose Comfy Home On Wheelton.Mark.

Fabulous place to unwind

Had a lovely 6 days on KI and our accommodation was fantastic, did not need fir anything. Easy walk to town. Will definitely be back at some stage.

Amazing KINGSCOTE property

I can’t speak highly enough of this fabulous property. One of the best holiday homes I’ve ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Anne and Mark were exceptional hosts, even offering to bring a shower chair when I mentioned the age of one of our party. Location is exceptional and Kingscote such a central place to explore the whole island. Immaculate five star property.

This property was perfect for us as a group of friends wanting a stress free base to explore new territory. The house has everything required for self catering. Supermarket just around the corner.

it was truly comfy. right in the middle of town so everything else was accessible and within reach. I could go for walks frequently and explore kingscote. would definitely return to comfy house.

A perfect haven

It was a home away from home, just a perfect set-up, spotless, spacious, large kitchen and lounge area, the owner thought of everything, even dvds for the entire family. Location wise, it was only a short walk from the shops, beach, jetty. Quiet street, private back yard, with beautiful manicured gardens, bbq and table setting. You couldnt ask for more!!

I was impressed. It takes quite a bit to impress me with style /level of accommodation.

Exceptionally clean. Everything you need. Grounds well kept Easy walk to township facilities. Very quiet area. I would happily recommend this property to looking for a quality accommodation.

I can highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Kingscote. The property was very well presented and in a nice quiet location making it really enjoyable to come back to at the end of the day. No complaints whatsoever and will definitely stay again.

Kingscote girls weekend

Comfy home at Wheelton is a lovely 3 bedroom home, perfect for a girl's weekend away! Clean and spacious, had everything we needed - loved the wood fireplace and bathtub for a relaxing time away. Communication with our hosts was prompt and pleasant. Thanks again, and we look forward to a return visit!

Poor supplies

House is big and beautiful, but very limited of supply of kitchen, toilet paper as well as tissues...Very very uncomfortable bed and bed closes. No air conditioning in rooms.
