L'espace
Cette belle maison dispose de quatre chambres, une cuisine moderne et beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. Vous aurez également accès à la climatisation, à la connexion Wi-Fi, aux équipements de cuisine et à un lave-linge. Les enfants sont les bienvenus et l'établissement accepte les animaux domestiques. Les serviettes de bain sont fournies (pas de tilleul)

Vous aurez accès à toute la maison, y compris au jardin, et à des équipements tels que des fournitures de cuisine et un lave-linge.

Situé à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de Cowes et à 14 minutes de Penguin Parade, vous pourrez vous immerger complètement dans la culture décontractée de la plage victorienne. Cowes dispose de nombreux cafés, restaurants et bars si vous avez envie d'une soirée pendant votre séjour. This property is larger than you think for entertaining. great kitchen, fully stocked and a superb location. no more than 10 min driver anywhere on the island

We loved it so much the first time we came back again

As the title of this review suggests it, we holidayed here previously. Our first time in Sunderland Bay made a real impression on us so we did not hesitate to come back again. And we were not disappointed. The property was just as we remembered it,very comfortable, with the host just as gracious. We had a great time. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

A lovely homely stay, with a great view

A lovely home away from home. Wonderful view from upstairs. Great Deck. Comfortable beds. Very clean home, well stocked kitchen. Lots of lovely little homely touches left by the hosts. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Very much appreciated the early check in! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) Thank you :)

Stunning views

We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to go home. The views were amazing, the house had everything we needed and accommodated 6 adults 1 teen perfectly. The beach was right in front of us, there was also wallaby’s and rabbits as regular visitors too which we loved. Bill and Rhonda left us chocolates on arrival which was so lovely and there communication was fantastic. Highly rate our stay and look forward to returning again for another holiday. Loved it!

Home away from home

I have been trying to find a way to properly describe our experience at this property…..First impressions were excellent, the location of the property is second to none…..imagine waking up to the sound of the waves looking at the ocean, this is exactly what we got. The inside of the property was modern, clean and well appointed with everything you need…..The feel of the property is homey, cosy, just like home….my first thought on entering the property was that this was a home with heart…..loved it…The hosts were phenomenal, communicative, and the little touches like fresh flowers made us feel very welcomed. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we really had a fantastic stay…Thank you!!!!!

Great Location - Right on the Beach

We loved our stay at The Esplanade, Sunderland Bay. The house offered plenty of space to spread out with three living areas downstairs, including a sun-room that was lovely on cooler days, and a upstairs deck, with sun lounges, and table and chairs when the weather was warmer. The three bedrooms upstairs all had amazing views of the coast! You could hear the sound of the waves as you were lulled to sleep and the beach was accessible by timber steps just over the road, or a minutes walk down the road for steps to Surf Beach. There is an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom upstairs, with another bathroom and separate toilet servicing the downstairs bedroom that was at the rear of the ground floor. This bedroom would be great if you had elderly people staying who didn't use stairs. There was local traffic on the gravel road out front, but we didn't find this disturbing. The views as you ate and lounged downstairs were good too. The BBQ in the lovely peaceful back-yard got plenty of use and there was a fully equipped kitchen with some staple supplies which were handy. We totally enjoyed our stay at Bill and Ronda's house. Thanks for having us... :)

WHAT A VIEW! WOW

This was the most lovely place to wake up to and relax in! The place is older and the age is charming. The backyard is perfect for children, mine spent hours exploring and playing happily in safety The owners were attentive and lovely too! Bargain holiday with so many extras!

Fabulous location

Fabulous long weekend stay with family. Plenty of room, great views across the ocean, well stocked kitchen, comfy cosy beds and loads of outdoor space. Bill was very prompt with booking confirmation and details. Generously offered a late check out. We wished we had more time to stay and enjoy this house. Overall could not fault anything

Perfect relaxation

Spent a couple of nights here with my partner. It's a big house with plenty of space, but it was a perfect romantic getaway for the two of us as well. Waking up to views of the ocean was a great way to start the day. Communication from the host was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect!

We had such a lovely long weekend at Bills property. The location is amazing and we could hear the ocean all day and night. Lots of room for kids to play inside and out. Well equipped kitchen and lots of supplies. We will return for sure!

Great location

Great location, could not be better. Lovely wine, chocolates and fresh flowers where a nice touch on arrival . Layout of the house was a little odd wine the balcony connecting from the kids bedroom. Biggest complaint was the house could have been a bit cleaner. Would certainly recommend this house for a family holiday.

Great views and location

Stayed here for 6 days. On arrival there was a beautiful bottle of wine and a container of chocolate wafer sticks left for us which was a great surprise. The location of the house is great. Close to everything and the views of the ocean were incredible. We slept with the doors of the bedroom balcony open to hear the beautiful sound of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family getaway. Wonderful location and property had everything we needed. Location was perfect and has something for everyone. We had the best time! Only feedback was that for the price, the property could have been cleaner. Would definitely stay again.
