Seaside Chalet at Smiths Beach

This beautiful, spacious and comfortable four bedroom home is an easy walk to popular Smiths Beach and a short drive to Cowes and Phillip Island's attractions.

Surrounded by lush gardens in a fully enclosed yard, the house has a well furnished deck with a hot tub, while the lawn area includes a cubby house and plenty of space for kids to play.

Inside, the house has a master mezzanine bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom upstairs, and three ground level bedrooms (two queen beds and one double bed) and a central full bathroom.

The house also has a portable cot as well as a high chair. Please note that the configuration of the stairs makes it difficult to gate them off, so please consider this if you are travelling with very small children.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking a breeze (including stove, induction cooktop, large refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster and kettle), with plenty of indoor and outdoor plates, glasses and cutlery to cater for any size group.

The lounge room includes large plush lounges and a smart TV, alongside a bright and comfortable sitting area to unwind at the end of the day.

The house also includes a washer and dryer, plus a clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

A split system provides heating and cooling in the main lounge area. Fans are provided in each bedroom for use in summer, and several space heaters are available for use in winter. We also supply several throw rugs, as winter nights can be very chilly on Phillip Island! There is also a wood burning fireplace for supplemental heating and ambience. (We do our best to ensure some wood and kindling is available for your stay, but we cannot keep it stocked well enough to be used as a main heat source).

We are always available to help with any questions you may have when planning your trip and we can be easily reached during your stay to provide assistance, if needed.

Bed linen and towels are included in the base rate, which covers the first four guests. Additional guests incur an extra nightly fee to cover additional linen costs.

The cleaning costs include a full clean of the house following your stay, but we do ask guests to complete a few basic tasks - please refer to the house rules.
