The fully-equipped modern kitchen caters to culinary enthusiasts, featuring top-notch amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and pyrolytic oven. Gather around the dining table for ten or perch on the island bench with stools while enjoying breathtaking views through glass sliding doors.



Relax in the living area with plush lounges, a 65" Smart TV. Step onto the deck for a barbecue experience amidst the sea breeze, witnessing the sun dip below the horizon with uninterrupted 180-degree views stretching from Cape Woolamai to Pyramid Rock.



Upstairs, three bedrooms await—a master with a queen bed and ocean views, a second queen bedroom with access to the deck, and a third bedroom designed for young ones, featuring 2 sets of single bunks and a trundle. The recently renovated bathroom on this level offers a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, and a washer/dryer for added convenience.

Please note the fireplace is no longer operational and bricked closed.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the proximity of the house and the dirt road in the front of the house make salt spray and dust a common occurrence. We try to keep the windows clean, but this can change within a day.
