Bienvenue sur Tree Tops 7701 !! Détendez-vous dans cette belle villa accueillante et totalement rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans la région de South Forest Beach. Cette villa comprend une cuisine récemment rénovée, des appareils électroménagers, du parquet, du mobilier ainsi que des salles de bains repensées nichées dans un parc luxuriant et paysager avec des lagunes et des sentiers pédestres.
Votre maison de vacances loin de chez vous est une villa de deux chambres et deux salles de bain joliment meublées qui offre beaucoup de lumière naturelle et un salon et salle à manger confortable qui mène à un grand patio avec moustiquaire donnant sur l'une des trois piscines. Ce patio grillagé est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de votre café du matin ou d'un cocktail en soirée pour vous détendre après une longue journée d'exploration de l'île. Pas de moustiques embêtants en été non plus!

La cuisine entièrement équipée et nouvellement conçue comprend de nouveaux appareils électroménagers ainsi que de la vaisselle, des verres, des ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles - tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des repas maison. Et, une laveuse et une sécheuse superposées sont également dans la villa pour le confort des clients.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size confortable pour assurer une bonne nuit de sommeil avec une télévision à écran plat. La salle de bains privative dispose d'une nouvelle douche carrelée de plain-pied.

La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit king-size avec une télévision à écran plat. La deuxième salle de bain privée a une combinaison baignoire / douche avec un nouveau design de carrelage moderne.

Situé à seulement un pâté de maisons et demi de South Forest Beach, vous serez à quelques minutes à pied ou à vélo du sable et à quelques pas d'une belle piscine et de courts de tennis. It was a very nice stay at this property

The condo was really nice. Beautiful scenery as far as trees and the squirrels. Upstairs noise didn’t bother us but I guess it might some. Unit was well stocked other than towels and wash cloths. Would recommend a few more of each. Only other negative than noisy dryer is the kitchen lighting is very dim. Nice ramp to get to beach.

We love HHi

This was our 7th trip to HHI and our 1st time staying in South Beach. We enjoyed the location very much. The only thing that needs attention is the floor of the unit. There were soft spots, there was especially one place as you enter the kitchen. We placed a chair over it, because we were afraid it would fall through. Other than that we were very happy with the rental and had a very nice vacation!

Nice unit in a good location

The apartment was very nicely laid out and furnished, and had a direct view of the pool. The walk to the beach takes about 15 minutes. We were surprised that there were only 2 beach chairs provided (the canvas kind that fold like an umbrella) and two little boogie boards. Not sufficient for four adults on the beach. An umbrella would have been nice too. As others have said, the noise from the apartment above is a problem. We dealt with it by sleeping when they were sleeping. I assume this is a deficiency for all the apartments in the Tree Tops development. Overall the location was convenient to beach, golf, shopping, and dining and we had a nice stay.

First floor....thunderous noise from above

This was the least restful trip we have ever taken. The “family” above is paced & ran the floors from early morning to late at night. We asked for a little consideration but never got any. It was brutal! Could not sleep. Could not watch TV in peace. It was maddening and quite honestly if we had been In a hotel I would have insisted we have our room moved. We will never stay here again which is a shame because the apartment was quite lovely and very clean. Definitely not worth the money we paid for the 3 nights.

Spacious and Clean

7701 Tree Tops is a ground floor unit. The unit is spacious and very clean. Kitchen has everything you need including an air fryer! The pool is literally outside the back porch, which is screen in! Both bathrooms are amazing with chair height toilets and updated showers! We drove to Coligny to go the beach which was less than a mile. Others reviews talked about the flooring and noisy upstairs neighbors. The floors are fine and look updated. As for upstairs-you can hear walking from the unit above. I assume it's from whatever the flooring is made of. Also, from the parking area to this unit is about a 75 to 100 yard walk. Which isn't bad. But if you travel heavy just FYI. Overall great place and would recommend.

Beach Vacay

Overall, we had a great time at this location. There was a spot in the floor that was especially worrisome, and we contacted property management and they quickly came to try and remedy the problem. The floors at this property is definitely something that the owner needs to address. In addition, two of the lightbulbs were out and the tubing for the AC vent in the master bedroom had separated from the vent. Again, everything was addressed by the management company in a very timely fashion. The walk to the beach was a little further than I would have liked, but not a deal breaker. Overall, the place was really nice and our family had a good time. I would definitely stay here again. I would give it 4.5 stars if possible, not quite 5 because of the glitches on our arrival.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with the rental company, Vacation Time, was excellent. We identified maintenance issues upon arrival and Jimmy with Vacation Time went out of his way to correct the problem. Unfortunately, his fix was temporary, as one would expect. The owner never corrected the issue properly during our stay.The location was very convenient, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants at Coligny Village. It was a short drive to most any where else we wanted to go.The specific unit we were in (7701) had updated an kitchen and bathrooms, but the halls and living room needed work. The flooring was spongy and felt like the subfloor was rotten and needed to be replaced. The two bedroom 2 bath layout was good, but the unit needed some additional TLC.

Great but no gym

Overall communication with the company was great, however the BIGGEST selling point and why we picked this location was the gym that was advertised with the indoor pool. When we checked in and I asked for instructions to access the gym and was informed that it’s closed permanently. I know Covid has done a lot of this but it should def be removed from the advertisement. If we had known that, we would have went with our other option. Def make sure you bring extra detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc if staying longer than a few days. Especially if you have kids. We did due to other reviews, so it was fine. We actually ended up staying a whole extra week, so obviously our stay was overall good! It’s nice being so close to the pool, and the beach only ten min away.

Hilton Head Getaway

The condo is beautiful. It is very spacious and most comfortable. This kitchen was furnished with all the cooking tools we needed. The porch overlooks one of the pools. It is a short walk to the beach or Coligny. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at HHI. I would definitely stay here again.

Good but could use some accessories

Let me start by saying the condo itself is lovely - well decorated and updated. The outside is not kept up and is very buggy - make sure to close the doors ASAP once you’re inside or you’ll wake up with tons of mosquito bites. The beach is a bit of a hike - about 10 minutes which isn’t too bad but it will take you exactly as long as you think it will to get there. Be aware you will need to provide many things yourself - paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The condo has a decent stock of kitchenware but no large pan - for instance, we had to split up 3 lbs of beef. Not a big deal but be aware of it. The washer and dryer are great and SO handy but be aware that the dryer is so loud, you cannot carry on a conversation while it is running. All these things are small - the major sticking point for us was the fact that at a beach condo, in a beach resort, zero beach things were provided. No chairs, wagon, umbrella, body boards - nothing that someone who doesn’t live at the beach would have. Sure you can buy them or rent them but when we had friends rent a condo in the same complex have all these things provided for them…it’s clearly a large gap in service. I don’t need a beach wagon except once every few years so expecting guests to purchase or rent all that is impractical. The management company was fine - be aware of the very narrow check in window - and easy to deal with.

I would not recommend staying here though if you would like rest as the people above us were incredibly loud and it sounded like people were running back and forth on the floor until at least 3:30 every morning. Prior to booking this trip I read a review about the noisiness of the floor above this condo but after experiencing it i can say that was the only disappointment.

We could see the pool from the sunroom. Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer in the kitchen. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach, block and half. Super easy since we also rented bikes and picked them up on S Forest Beach. Very close to everything.y family of 4 that includes an 8 and 4 year old girl were very comfortable. The only negative has nothing to do with the unit but the pool was closed the last two days while the property was getting some kind of maintenance. Overall, highly recommend! This is the second property we’ve rented through this management company and they are easy to work with.

Great Stay!!

We absolutely loved this property! Other reviews are true- you can hear the people above, but we just left the TVs on. There’s nothing the owners can do, it’s just the property. The kitchen has everything you need as far as utensils and cooking/storage ware. The owners labeled where everything goes, which makes it so easy and helpful! The property is beautiful and updated. The beds are super comfy, personally slept in both and have no complaints. You can see the pool from the screened in porch. And loved how close the access was! You can walk to the beach if you wish but we chose to park at coligny and use that beach. Honestly we would rent this property again in an instant but hey year we need to bring our pup as we are planning to extend into two full weeks. We have been coming up the island for 12 and loved this facility! Don’t book, save the weeks for us!!

Very nice condo

This condo is very pretty and nicely decorated. Nicely laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. Be aware that besides salt and pepper, there is nothing else in the kitchen for you to use. So bring your own spices etc. The condo is very close to the beach. You could walk or take a bike. The area immediately around the condo is not that great for biking, besides Biking on the beach.

Great place, clean and comfortable

We arrived late and had no problem checking in to condo. Condo was clean, comfortable, and just as listed. Ammenities were great and we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed our time there... very relaxing. This was our first time renting condo. Our only minor problems... 1. The parking area is not close to condo, so unloading and loading took a little time. If the weather had been bad, it would have been harder. I have a vision impairment so navigating the narrow and uneven pavement between condo and parking lot was a little challenging. 2. The neighbor or owner upstairs and their family (at least 1 kid) ran, stomped, tromped, etc. across their space all day. Whatrver they needed, was always on the other end of the place. It started as early as 6:30 am one day and went until 9-10 pm each night. It was annoying, but we chose to just deal with it and not confront them. We were there to relax and didn't need any drama. Overall, we were very pleased the accommodations and fantastic location for seeing the sights. We would definitely stay here again. We haven't had a vacation in 2 years and due to covid had not had a full day off in a year. So this was a much needed vacation. Thank you!
