Plantation Club 526 - Condo de 2 chambres avec vue sur le golf!

Plantation Club 526 a une chambre principale avec un lit King. Chambre d'hôtes a deux lits jumeaux + un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Deux salles de bain complètes avec baignoire / douche.
La belle vue depuis le patio arrière est du 9e parcours de golf de premier plan du parcours de golf Atlantic Dunes conçu par Davis Love. Le Plantation Club possède une piscine sur place et l'Ocean and New Sea Pines Beach Club se trouve à quelques pas.
Sea Pines a tout pour plaire! Trois parcours de golf de championnat, des pistes cyclables et le célèbre phare. Marcher, faire du vélo ou conduire à travers Sea Pines et vous pouvez explorer certains des meilleurs sites touristiques de Hilton Head. Les activités comprennent les écuries de Lawton Horse, la réserve forestière de Sea Pines avec 605 acres, la marina de South Beach, la marina de Harbour Town et le Sea Pines Beach Club pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Loved the location.our villa was in need of a good cleaning. rugs were dirty.odd odor near head of bead in master bedroom. Br.s. need updated; tub faucet in master was extremely difficult to get on, even for my husband. hot water had strong sulfur odor; we had to turn on all faucets and run the hot water tank dry; this on our first night there!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bathrooms need to be updated, showers have trouble draining. Need more pots and pans, casserole dishes, etc. Only had one very small dish towel.

A Great Location With a Substandard Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Pines is an outstanding location on Hilton Head and the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway week. The location of Plantation Club 526 is excellent with ample parking and a third floor condo overlooking the golf course. The condo itself is past its shelf life and in need of a. major renovation. The shower in the master bathroom barely functions with both the shower head and the faucet defective. The condo was not thoroughly clean when we arrived. The Seashore Vacation staff responded quickly to a phone call and addressed the concern. They were also very helpful when we checked in and were in the office after 7:00 pm on that Saturday.

Great location, shabby unit

Wonderful location on the golf course and close to just about anything you want to do. The amount of space and layout of the unit was great. Decor is pretty dated, which isn't a big deal, but, unfortunately, it just felt dirty in there. The lighting was terrible (would be an easy fix) the rug was musty and dirty, and the kitchen was not well equipped. We had to wash dirty dishes before using, there wasn't nearly enough cutlery, glasses, bowls etc. The dryer did not work for the first 3 days, although a new washer and dryer was installed during our stay. Bathrooms are very shabby. Peeling paint, mildew in grout, rusty drains. King bedspread was stained. This unit has so much potential, needs a deep clean and some touchups/upgrades.

Reviewer Comments: I had read online that the decor was dated, which isn't really a problem, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the couch needs replacing- the springs are shot. It was clean and Seashore was great about responding when we did have a problem with internet.

The condo is not as bright as pictue.

Reviewer Comments: The dishes were dirty, and we had to wash before using them. we had to go buy wash clothes only 3 in the condo.The kitchen needs to add bowls and additional cooking supplies The beds in spare room are not standard twin size.The plumbing did not flush well. THE BIKE EQUIPMENT CO SENT MANY TEXTS SAYING HOPE YOU ENJOY EQUIPMENT BUT AFTER BRINGING TO THEIR ATTENTION ORDER WAS NOT AS EXPECTED THEY BECAME RUDE AND DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. I would not recommend equipment company!!!

Things weren’t working

The kitchen was not equipped well. Few glasses, no measuring. Cups for large measuring. There were dead Palmetto bugs in living room. No sheets for pull out couch and not enough towels. The internet did not work at all.

Needs work

When booking, we were not informed that we would not be able to use the heated pool within Sea Pines. When we checked in, the lady made a joke about how we would not be swimming this week as we only have access to our little pool that was very cold. That surprised me and my family. When renting this property, you are also unable to use the parking lot at the Sea Pines Beach Club. Both very disappointing. The unit was fine. As others mentioned, very dated. I wish the sheets and blankets and pillows were less than 40 years old. Pillows were smelled very bad and have heavy stains. We needed extra pillow case and there were none. If staying here, bring your own pillows and blankets and bath towels.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in 526 just recently. View is nice, location is spot on for biking, walking or driving to Harbour Town or the Beach Club. Unit was just as described. Our only suggestions would be to add ceiling fans in each room and add a topper to master bed which was fairly firm.

Love the location, but unit needs updates

We really like the location of this unit and the check-in team and staff we were in contact with were lovely. However, the unit itself needs some updating. Some things we liked: two twin beds in second room, overall layout is great, the view is gorgeous, quiet neighbors, cards/games/puzzles were a treat, and our kids loved eating at the barstools. Some feedback for consideration: the floors were filthy when we got there, the vacuum didn’t work, there was a hole in the ceiling of the second bathroom, the washer had some weird build-up and dryer lint catch is torn up, and the dishwasher door kept getting stuck. Also, the internet stopped working the second half of the week. I think the unit has a ton of potential and we enjoyed the activities and memories during this trip, but echo some earlier reviews that the unit could use some attention/upgrades.

Perfect Location Close to the Beach!!

Reviewer Comments: This unit was not as updated as other units I’ve stayed at and could use some updates and minor repairs but overall a great place to stay because very central location to everything we needed or wanted to do on vacation. Close to the new Sea Pines Beach club and harbortown and not far at all from South Beach where the popular Salty Dog restaurant and gift shop is located. The only downside to this property is the small elevator you have to carry your luggage up and no carts for luggage.

It is beyond dated, it was not cleaned well at all - from dust, dirty sinks to a huge pile of sand welcoming us at the front door, overwhelming musty/smokey odor & no starter kit in kitchen.

It is situated at the 9th Tee on the golf course and backed against a beautiful view. A small elevator takes you to the 3rd floor where the condo is located. The property, itself, has no luggage carts so you take your belongings to the condo in shifts.

Hot and steamy retreat

We all thought the property was clean and true to the photos. I did not fully grasp it was a 3rd floor unit, but the stairs were accomodating and the elevator was availble- though slow and tight quarters. It felt more comfortable than a hotel room and gave us our own space- which is just what we were looking for.

Great location, but in need of an update.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location right on the Atlantic Dunes golf course. There are trees which block the view of watching the golf shots, but the location is still nice. The kitchen was well-equiped. Both bathrooms are in need of an update, and the living/family room furniture is sparse and could be improved. Check out is stated as 10 am, but the cleaners arrived maybe ten minutes prior when we were out walking and still not out of the unit. They should have left since our personal items were still in the unit, but they didn't which wasn't right.
