À Lima Villa, vous aurez une expérience unique à partager avec vos invités pendant votre séjour en Floride. Vous aurez toujours quelque chose à faire directement dans le confort de votre maison de vacances.

En bas, vous aurez accès à une chambre principale avec sa propre salle de bain privée et une chambre queen à utiliser à ce niveau principal. Le loft à l'étage dispose d'un home cinéma pour vous plonger dans n'importe quel spectacle ou film. Une table de hockey sur air est également incluse pour le divertissement. Autour du loft se trouvent six chambres supplémentaires adaptées à chaque membre unique de votre groupe. Vous verrez la chambre 3 juste à côté des escaliers, elle a un lit King avec salle de bain attenante. Il y a une salle de bain Jack et Jill reliant la chambre 4 et la chambre 5 sur le thème de Star Wars avec le thème Frozen. La chambre 6 a un lit queen size. La chambre 7 a pour thème Rocket. La chambre 8 est une chambre avec lit King size.

Excellent house

Our family had a great time!! Enough restrooms/ bedrooms for everyone, just like photos. The hot tub and pool a hit for all. Would recommend to other big groups.

Day before we were supposed to stay the rental company called and cancelled and moved us to a different house. Not sure how this house was but the one we stayed in was not what I was expecting.

Home was NOT clean

This is a beautiful home on the outside but unfortunately upon our arrival it wasn’t clean. We were a group of 12 and when we walked into the dining room we immediately noticed the dining room table had sticky finger prints on it and crumbs on it and the floor under the table. The living room glass table had the same sticky fingers on it along with the dishwasher. Two toilets had poop stains and a shower and tub had private parts hairs in it. I immediately sent a message to the company informing them of what we found. Then we decided to check our sheets and we found hair on the pillow cases of our sheets so I sent another message telling them what we found. I received an automated message both times that only lock outs and a few other things were considered emergencies. We decided to wash our sheets and clean the bathrooms. The next day we were asked if clean linens should be brought to us but by then we had cleaned everything. We requested to be returned our cleaning fee but it was denied because we couldn’t prove it with enough pictures. If you decide to rent this home be prepared to bring your cleaning supplies and sheets for all the beds. You may be walking into a dirty home like we did. Definitely not a fun way to start a vacation.

Reviewer Comments: Infelizmente a casa não superou nossas expectativas, casa bem localizada, porem muito antiga, com moveis antigos e manchados, carpete muito sujo, falta reforma e estrutura como roupas de banho, toalhas, cobertores e talheres suficientes para os 8 quartos, falta eletrodomésticos, não tem uma simples Air Flyer, nem churrasqueira, para crianças não tem berço nem cadeirão, casa decepcionante.

Stayed at the Lima House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and everything went smoothly.. my biggest disappointment was that I specifically called to confirm that was a game room because it was in the amenities for the house (not the club house) and I was told yes it was in the garage. Got there- no game room. The movie theater is a great idea but you couldn’t connect to internet to watch a movie. The home was clean but it could have been a little cleaner. ALL the baseboards were covered in dust, carpets could use a cleaning and the ice maker makes ice but you can’t get it to dispense from the fridge door. Just some things that could be easily addressed. The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum for utensils. But all n all we had a great stay.

Great property for our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described and advertised. Plenty of room throughout for our large group. It was clean(pool cleaner even slipped in and cleaned the pool during our stay). Things do show wear just as an average hotel room would. Garbage pick up daily off from curb. Parking for 4 cars(2 in the garage 2 in driveway). Kitchen was fully stocked for a large group of people. During the week the community was peaceful. The weekend was crazy. People were parking everywhere: at one point we couldn’t get down the road due to the parked cars. Huge safety concern especially for young children, and emergency vehicles. The management needs to get it under control before something serious happens. The outdoor noise level definitely increased over the weekend however while inside the house it did not impact us. The hot tub was great the pool had a mechanical failure which prevented it from heating properly a tad bit cold however still usable. Management was professionally addressing the issue, was not repaired within the 5 days we were there. The resort area pool was great for the kids. Overall the house was as expected. It worked out great for us we would do it again.

Kissimmee vacation

Beautiful home and very spacious. It is just as the pictures show, mostly. The neighborhood is nice but is a little congested as there were many cars parked on the sides. The amenities are very nice . This home will nicely accommodate a large family it comfortably fit 15 adults. There were a few issues which kept me from giving an excellent rating. The house was not well cleaned before our arrival and not all of the beds had complete bedding,. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Not so happy vacation

Reviewer Comments: The house was very dirty bed was made with dirty linen shower had hair in them bed had food wrapping under them. Example when we checked out the morning of you departure one of my family member left her medical bed pillow we checked out at 10:00 a.m. after realizing we left it we return back at the home 10 minutes later to find housekeeping cleaning and the bed was already made and made with the medical pillow in it not sure how housekeeping washed the linen and made the bed in 10 minutes because the family didn't see old linen laying around on the floor and I guess that is why all the bedroom linen was not clean. Carpet have not been clean spots was everywhere. :(

Great Stay

Hello! My Family And I Sooo Enjoyed staying in your lovely home. Everything was just Great. The rooms, the theater, the pool, the coyote and the large black snake... Yesss! I said Coyote and Black Snake. While enjoying the pool and patio. There was a coyote roaming. Looking for food in the wooded area directly in the back of the home. As well as the snake ventured along the side of the pool/patio door area. Trying to find its way somewhere. So, to say the least. We had wild adventure at Lima Lol. We stayed outside most of the time and just enjoyed the home. Because my only Con would be is the Community Activities. We tried to enjoy the lazy river but upon arrival. It looked like a full blown COVID Convention. There were people Every Where. I mean no space to yourself. It was unbelievable! There was no 6ft. Distancing At All!!! No One had on a Face Mask. It was overall disappointing. But never the less. We overall enjoyed your property. Ohhh! One last Con, the parking is Horrible. Period!!! Cars Every Where. Would I stay again? Yesss, we would. A Month Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an 8 bedroom villa (Lima Villa) in the Windsor at Westside resort. It was very nice and generally quiet except for a couple of weekend nights when there were a few parties down the block. It was perfect for our adult children and their kids because of the location to shopping, restaurants and Disney. While we had a pool, we also used the Windsor club pool because it had a slide and lazy river. All and all we had a great time.

Time Away in Kissimmee

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: K ok Immediately upon arrival we noticed that the roads were completely blocked by cars on the street and some houses had 4 cars in the driveway and I suppose an additional 2 in the garage. We were told that no cars could be in the street but this was totally ignored by everyone and nothing was done about it. We even had people parked in the street in front of our house. One of our party is a firefighter and he stayed that if there had been an emergency They could not respond as cars were down the street on both sides. Upon arrival we went outside to check the pool and it was very cloudy. You could barely see the bottom. We found cut limes on the patio floor and crumbs all over the outside sofas. We called and they came next day (Friday) supposedly to fix both. However the next day the pool was even more cloudy and we were unable to swim. We called again on Saturday but because our calls were to the emergency line due to weekend we were never called back. The whole weekend we were unable to swim. Monday afternoon they showed up to clean the pool but it was no use to us because we had to leave Tuesday morning. We also couldn’t get the projector to work They came once (Friday) to tell us it wasn’t broke but never showed us how to turn it on. Again they came Monday after we waited all weekend again and this time we were shown how to turn it on. We were only able to use the projector for the last night. Some written instructions would be useful. The Community pool was very nice and we enjoyed the lazy river but after attempting to bring in some pool floats to use in the lazy river ( due to there being no tubes I assume due to Covid which we totally understood) we were told we were not allowed. Again we understood but then proceeded to watch at least 3 or 4 people floating around with their own floats. The house was very spacious and was decorated beautifully but the fact that both the house pool and the “media room” were unusable was e

December 2019 Stay

We had a great stay at 1614 Lima Ave. The house is huge and has 2 bedrooms downstairs so accommodating 2 couples that would have difficulty climbing stairs was not an issue. The movie room TV is massive and the kids really enjoyed it. I would definitely choose this home again.
