Cette fabuleuse retraite fluviale est située juste sur River Road. Les vues sur la rivière sont incroyables et il n'y a aucune propriété de l'autre côté de la rivière pour plus d'intimité. Il y a trois cabines de luxe séparées situées sur la propriété. Les deux premiers sont de style efficace avec une zone de couchage chacun et le troisième a trois zones de couchage séparées. La première cabine a un lit King et un lit Queen, la deuxième cabine 2 Queens dans le salon et 2 chambres chacune avec un Queen et la troisième cabine a 2 Queens dans le salon. Des draps de haute qualité sont fournis pour tous les lits et salles de bains. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Veuillez noter que ces cabines n'ont pas de cuisine complète. Chacun a sa propre terrasse et il y a un magnifique patio situé directement sur la rivière.

La pourvoirie de métro la plus proche est Bezdek's Rentals, à 0,3 mile des cabines. Venez vous détendre pour le week-end ou une semaine complète dans ce paradis de luxe au bord de la rivière! Ces cabines n'ont pas de cuisine ou d'assiettes / tasses / argenterie, etc. Ceci est un quartier très calme, veuillez noter que cette maison a une politique de bruit extérieur après 22 heures. 6 véhicules max autorisés à la propriété. Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Ces cabines ont une occupation maximale de 14 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité pendant la journée n'est autorisé. Permis WORD # L1364

Review of Stay from June 9th through June 11th.

This is a wonderful property that we have stayed at before. It is in a great location on River Road very close to restaurants with very easy access to the river to cool off. The only compliant this time is that they must have just sprayed for insects the day or so before we arrived. There were lots (3-5 per day) cockroaches that either half alive of completely dead that you would find in the kitchen and bathroom areas at night and in the early mornings. The property definitely needs to have their pipes better insulated around kitchen and bathroom areas to close off the entry points. (I'd recommend some sort of Gaps and Cracks Insulating Spray Foam around all of the pipe fittings coming into the house).

Perfect location and clean

We went with 5 couples and stayed for the weekend. It was a perfect location. With access to everything within minutes. Had a few electrical issues such as lights being out but nothing that affected our stay and they probably didn't know about. The only major issue was the Bees. They were horrible, but the neighbors mentioned it had just gotten that way was not normally like that.

Great location, Great time, Great memories

Check in was super easy and accommodating. Arrived in town a few hours early and were able to get access prior to the 4pm check in. The 3 villas had nice accommodations, and were very clean. Great touch were the ice makers in each villa. Only downside was there is no kitchen, but that is made very clear in the property description. We had one slight issue with the exterior lights working but the management company sent out maintenance right away and were able to fix the problem. Would recommend, thank you!

Relaxing River Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE! My family and some of my daughters friends rented these cabins on Memorial Day weekend. The mornings and the evenings were SO relaxing for the adults to sit around and enjoy the beauty of the property! We had all of our meals under the little pavilion by the river so that was very enjoyable. During the day the river gets busy so the teens loved that part! They were able to tie up to a tree or float downriver and we drove down a little ways to pick them up. It was a tad challenging without a stove/oven but between the grill and an electric skillet it was plenty! There are a couple of restaurants, and convenience stores minutes away so that's very nice and convenient! My suggestion would be to bring a wagon because the grill is downhill from the cabins and too many trips up and down the hill can get old quick.

Great location right on the river.

The property is amazing and right on the river and perfect for a large group or family. One suggestion would be to offer your guests a few kitchen essentials such as mixing bowls, cutting knives, maybe a few trays and other kitchen necessities to help carry food down to the grill area since you don't offer a kitchen. Overall the property is great and we will definitely plan to come back.

Great property! Grounds were beautiful. We had a little hiccup at check in with one bath forgotten to be cleaned and management company took care of it immediately! Very quick response.

Great place!

We absolutely loved staying at this house. Great spot right on the river. However, when it comes to cooking this place doesn't provide much. If you plan on cooking then you need to bring everything (utensils, seasoning, cutting board). We really enjoyed this place though and plan on coming back next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. the facility is very nice and pretty well kept. The only issues were, there were lights out on the pavilion, we were told they would be fixed, that never happened. We reported 1 fridge not working and 1 ice maker not working. The fridge was supplemented with another fridge after several days, the ice maker was not repaired. We spoke with management regarding these issues and saw 4 different repairmen, seemed to be a lack of communication regarding repair services. We also had to request the garbage get emptied from the previous tenants. There were 4 or 5 trash cans all full from the previous tenant and no place for us to put our trash, after cleaning up after raccoons each day for 4 days, I had to call management who remedied the situation. Our stay was very nice, pre-inspections of the facility might be in order to head off issues for the next tenants so they are not inconvenienced or burdened.

Family Retreat

Four of our five daughters stayed in the AMAZING property with three cabins ! I cannot express how nice and well kept and comfortable the property was and the convenience to the river was exceptional ! Our family has never enjoyed a place more ! I would highly recommend the property anytime to anyone thinking of staying ! We will definitely stay again soon !

Large Waterfront Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with New Braunfels Escapes many times and this was our favorite property, it was amazing set up. We had a dozen large guys who all fit comfortably among the different cabins. The yard is massive and completely shaded by trees, which we used for many types of yard games. We brought our own rafts and tied off in the river, just floating behind the house. At first we were worried about the lack of kitchen but we used the grill every night and spent a good amount of time at the covered grill area, so kitchen was not a factor. Overall, I recommend this property for any size or type of group, you will definitely enjoy it!

Beautiful escape

The cleaning/grounds people didn't get 5 stars because there was a dirty was rag under our sink, trash behind out nightstand, a number of ants all over, we had to empty the grill ourselves in order to cook on it because it was so full, and the lawn maintenance people came one day while we were there(not something I think you should have to deal with while on vacation). The ice makers were a blessing to have, the beds were comfortable, the fan and lights on the lower patio were amazing and the view was great. I would recommend giving a gate clicker to future guest because the house is so close to the corner and you have to hold up traffic to get out and enter the code every time. Again overall I loved our stay and would recommend the house.

For the price, I wish the place had a kitchen or at minimum a grill by the house. I brought my grill and we did all the cooking on that. Perfect spot for a relaxing weekend on the river!

End of summer guys trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our fishing trip in Louisiana was flooded out so we scrambled and booked this place instead. Interactions with management company were great. They were very helpful. The location was pretty much ideal, right on the river just minutes from town. This was one of the nicer properties we saw online, from the road and from the river. However, for something in this price range (almost 3K with fees and taxes for 2 nights) it underwhelmed. For starters 1 of the 3 toilets was clogged when we arrived. Not ideal situation for 14 people. Toilet had nothing in it but the water wouldn't drain. Tried plunging it but it didn't help. In another bathroom, 1/2-3/4 of the floor tiles were not connected to the floor and were great at catching toes and feet. In the larger cabin, there is only 1 wall unit providing a/c. As a result the 2 lock out rooms get quite warm if you shut the doors. That was on a cloudy, rainy weekend. I'm sure it would be worse during peak summer times. The lighting controls were a bit funky. Don't think we ever figured out how to properly work them. We just kept pushing buttons until the came on or turned off. Everything else was nice though. Just wish it would have been maintained at the same level that they charged for it. For the money, I wouldn't return if those things continue to be an issue, but would and also recommend it, if they fixed all the issues.
