Ce condo est situé dans la famille amicale Garden City Beach Area juste au sud de Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres est dans la 16 étages de haut lieu Royal Garden Resort. Le Royal Garden Resort dispose d'une grande piscine extérieure et intérieure et d'un bain à remous. Il y a une salle de jeux sur place avec des jeux pour tous les âges. Les draps sont inclus dans la réservation et peuvent être échangés tous les jours pour des draps frais. L'enregistrement s'effectue sur place pour une commodité simple et rapide.
La station dispose d'un sympathique bar de la plage de la famille et Grill. Le Beach Bar and Grill est un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un choix rafraîchissant de liqueurs haut de gamme, le vin, importées et des bières domestiques tout en surplombant le magnifique océan Atlantique. Le Beach Bar and Grill a également une sélection de menu occasionnel, y compris des hamburgers, des hot-dogs, doigts de poulet et pizza ... pour ne citer que quelques-uns.

Worst stay in years

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well we arrived to a room with a stopped up toilet and a sink that wouldn’t drain. Then we got the toilet fixed and it worked for about an hour so we went all week with 1 toilet for 4 people. After that we thought we had a heat rash from the sun only to realize after we got home that we had bed bugs and have now brought them home to infect our own home with it. Worst stay on vacation ever and will definitely never be back there

Nice Vacation rental

We've stayed at Royal Garden several times, and this was one of the nicer units. We enjoyed our stay here. The only negative is do not bring an oversized vehicle.

Good Value for Late Notice

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were informed that our family decided to make a last-minute trip to the beach and had to find a place to stay. We came across Royal Garden Resort as a price efficient option. Everything was acceptable for a last minute non-luxury booking except that they do not provide hand towels and the units are somewhat dated and dirty.

Wonderful view

The condo was a little dated, but very comfortable. The view from the 15th floor was amazing. There were so many different dishes, glasses, a blender, Keurig coffee maker and just about any appliance you could ask for. Cleanliness was pretty good on first impression. However, there were Stains on a couple of the couch pillows and behind the couch had obviously not been swept for weeks!! There was a catch in the blinds and they wouldn’t open completely. Had a little trouble with getting the washer to work. Let the rental office on site know and a maintenance guy showed up pretty quickly. He was pretty much useless and was going to have another maintenance guy come and reset the washer. He never showed. We had to jiggle the lid until it locked and would work. But it did work. Beach access was super convenient. However getting a spot to enjoy a view of the ocean for the day meant a 6:45 alarm set everyday. The beach rental chairs line the majority of space across the front of the hotel. No umbrellas allowed in front of the rental chairs. All in all, we had a great trip!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was magnificent, however, if you plan to cook, bring everything with you for they have nothing. Also, no dishwashing soap if you want to hand wash dishes and the pots and pans are disgusting. View made it worth while though.

Great Ocean View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in 1508 which was on the 15th floor. All you see through the balcony is the ocean. It was quite breathtaking and a little scary. You had to go out on the balcony and look down to see the beach sand and waves crashing. It was quite an experience. I loved that the beach was so close to the condo. You did not have to walk a mile to get on the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach front stay!

Very Nice Condo with a great view

Needs maintenance attention

Upon checking into the unit we noticed many lightbulbs were burnt out. The remotes had dead batteries in them. And more frustrating was the hide a bed is broken. Wrote an email to the management of Seabreeze Realty and explained the issues to them and received zero response

Needs Improvements

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was ok. We were in the area for a week of baseball and vacation. We could not park our vehicle in the parking garage due to it's size. This was a huge headache due to the fact that we had to leave multiple times during the day for games. Also there were only 2 elevators working and that also caused major time delays. The actual condo needs some major upgrades. The tub/shower in the master bedroom is hard to get in and out of, so if you have any mobility issues you risk falling or not being able to shower in that bathroom. The furniture was falling apart. Beds were uncomfortable. Never could get the TV's to work, remotes were falling apart. There were multiple mops and mop buckets out on the balcony. I can see from the pictures on the site that the owners have painted but the entire condo needs a good deep cleaning (baseboards, etc.).

On the beach, but needs upgrade

Convenient location, wish the interior had better mattresses, and the floors were clean. Very sandy from day 1, no swifter to clean the floors, so always had to wear socks. Not good for anyone needing a little support getting into showers- raised jacuzzi tub does not work and no handrail. Probably would not complain if the price were more in line with conditions

Needs Improvements

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mattresses on all beds need replacement. The sofa bed is horrible and the sheets had sand on them from the very first night. Sheets were obviously not changed. Problems with the TV in the bedroom not working properly, had to call for maintenance. No one told us we had to turn in our towels etc. in order to get clean ones. Had to walk down to laundry to do that ourselves. Condensation was horrible on the hall walls. The paint is bubbling up near the chair railing because of the moisture. Balcony railing had a mesh covering, could not see the beach through it.

The property is right on the beach and within walking distance of the Garden City pier and restaurants. Only hiccup we had was the washing machine unit was not working. We reported the issue but never heard back from the management company. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

weekend at the beach

The hall shower is VERY small and was stained. The master bath/shower was difficult to get into. The kitchen was nice for a beach condo and we used the washer and dryer without any problems.

Beach golf getaway

Staff are fantastic. We were pleased to see, when we arrived, that the condo had some improvements. Freshly painted walls handles on the kitchen cabinets and a lovely new sofa bed and reclining chair. We love that the unit is not overly decorated.Unfortunately, the bed in the master suite is unstable (frame) and the mattress in need of replacement. The twin beds are in great shape and very comfortable.This condo suited our every need and we actually booked again next year.

Very Satisfied as Return Renters.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a little nervous about renting on the 15th floor but were quite pleased. Very quiet.Concerned that access to the elevator may be a wait but it was not.Desk staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful.The unit we rented was not overly decorated, which we appreciate, and had adequate supplies.The sofa bed is in need of replacement as the springs are broken on the mattress. The cover was also soiled and needed either a good cleaning or replacement as well.Not a big fan of the glass tables (particularly the coffee table).The beds were very comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub would be a challenge to get in and out of for anyone with mobility issues.All in all it suited our needs and was ideal for our holiday.Seabreeze also provided a lovely dinner for the snow birds which is a nice touch and show of appreciation to their guests.

1507 Royal Garden Resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome family vaca with our 16 and 9 yr old boys! The sun and surf right at your fingertips! We had the most fun just right hanging on the beach. A bonus just down the street at the corner beer and burger joint then 2 hours at the arcade (across from the Garden City Pier) followed by ice cream and a walk down the beach! CHeaper than any other nights out too! We did the big buffet one night w the "live mermaids" which was good. The unit was fine and beds comfy. Hard to accomodate all of us comfortably in the LR, but not really needed. My hubbie and I sat on the big deck in the evenings just talking and relaxing and laughing. Planning a girls weekend getaway in this unit in 4 weeks! Will book again for next year with family. Highly reccomend this place! Just far enough away from Myrtle, but close enough when we wanted to drive over (less than 10-15 in traffic). Bring your swimsuit and a few chnages of clothes....everything else is here! The laundry was awesome as we just washed towels everyday. Super fun! Great location!
