There were so many issues with the property that were not disclosed before we rented, starting with the hand railing for the stairs, it was lose and almost detached from the wall, it was not a safe stairway. Our apartment had two bathrooms, one of the bathrooms had a broken door handle that came off the door, the temperature control for the shower did not work, it was stuck at VERY HOT WATER, not safe to take shower unless you wanted to get a burn, the refrigerator was icing and did not keep the right temperature while we were at the property. We called the management, they sent a “repairman” but he could not fix anything because parts had to be ordered and were not available during our stay, he left the temperature in the shower at a fix temperature that we were not able to adjust during our stay. And the door was left with a door know that could come off at any moment, furniture was old, one sofa was completely broken and uncomfortable. The main door into the building got stuck one time while we were there, we were able to leave until someone came to let us out. One of the reasons we rented this property was that it had an elevator, the elevator was not working during our stay, it worked the last day as we were leaving.

Ideal Barcelona location

This is a fantastic location in the city. I love this apartment. Super easy to get in and out with an app. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. My only criticisms are that the LR furniture was in rough shape and the twin beds (and their trundle beds underneath) in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were not very comfortable according to our adult son and his girlfriend who spent only one night there. But I’d definitely stay there again! It was very clean which is always my #1 priority. Thank you MySpace Barcelona.

It didn't look like the agency managing this property cleaned it prior to our arrival. Marks from the doors on the floor from each doors. Burnt hole in the dining room rug. hair remaining in the tub. bidet not functioning. table in front of the entrance of the second bathroom. not enough towels. The floor was pretty dirty that we didn't want to put our barefeet on the floor. The pool water was blurry and the pool is very small. In the above appartment young kids were going to the pool area doing drugs and we didn't feel the environment was safe for our family of 2 kids. We requested a refund to the agency and left the premise the next morning after our first night and they refused. we are still arguing about the conditions of the premises and expecting an understanding from the agency who is not yet cooperative nor willing to understand our disappointment. Sad.

Stay in Barcelona with My Space

Not a pleasant experience,apartment was a let down ,tired and badly serviced. I informed the office of this bu was only offered a clean,l refused this as l had done it myself. They would only communicate by text. We left the apartment early and flew home. I informed them of this .l have only had a form from them asking for a review.Once again no communication. They still have clos to £400 refundable deposit which l have requested 3 times via email.Still no communication!, Exceptionally frustrating and worrying. We are a couple in our 70’s and experienced travellers. Never dealt with such a disappointing company

Not great

This might be good for someone who is not particular about comfort, accessability or utility. The bed was very hard, not firm, hard. The dishwasher was missing the front cover of the appliance. The AC was only a portable machine in one room that did not cool the back bedrooms. Also, the hose to vent the AC unit needed to be put out the sliding doors which did not lock. There was some rust around tub drain and other plumbing had some exposure. The phone key system was not bad but despite having 3 guests, we had only one access key. We didn’t bother to get the others because of all the discomforts. We left after 2 nights to a beautiful place which was the same price with three times the space. We lost money but gained comfort and pleasure.

A Disappointing Expensive Experience.

We were unable to enter our apartment the first night of our stay. No one responded to the emergency help number . We had to find a hotel at 1:30 am and pay $560 euro for that night. The app JustIn was inconsistent. I was never was able to enter the apartment using the app. Next morning one friend was able to download and use the app. There were insufficient towels - only 5 ( no hand towels, bath mat, or dish towels). There were 2 rolls for three people for 6 days. There were broken items-front panel of dishwasher was gone, ottoman collapsed when sat upon, a torn shower curtain. The pool was dilapidated and such a high chlorine content it was unusable. Location was excellent near restaurants, the metro and nord bus terminal. The apartment was clean. We would like to be compensated for our hotel that first night. I have receipts.

Super appartement très bien situé

Première location via une agence de Barcelone et abritel . Vraiment pas déçu de l'appartement proposé pour notre week-end en famille. Je met 5 étoiles pour l'ensemble général de la prestation malgré ne pas avoir réussi a allumer le four ainsi que la tv. Mais space Barcelone est a notre écoute, et l'enregistrement et la remise des clefs est pratique. L'appartement est propre bien équipé et plutôt calme . Nous reviendrons.

Nice location, could be improved with minimal effort

Great location in near Barcelona central area, apt is really one large bedroom with 2 more extremely small bedrooms. Each of the small bedrooms has a cot size bed, very small. Central access was not functioning and the owner had put two portable units in, which are not vented correctly and require the sliding windows to be open to work. Very loud and inefficient but functional. Overall ok, but would be much better with functional a/c, some paper towels, and quality toilet tissue. Some common kitchen items are not present, such as a bottle opener. Overall just average.

Outstanding location

The view from the terrace was amazing ! The apartment was spacious , the sofa bed in the 3 bedroom apartment was actually a real bed tucked in an alcove within the living room Very nice touch for my 14 year old son, The twin room was convenient , twin beds separated by a drawer unit/dresser.

Best location

Super amazing location 5 mins walking to all the bars and restaurants. 10 mins to placa catalunya. Couldn't have had a better location. Apartment was very clean and tidy with all the amenities. Communication was very clear and nice. Loved the place

Absolutely amazing stay!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days. It is located in a quiet and calm place, in the center of Barcelona. The apartment is very clean, warm, comfortable, spacious and there is all necessary for life. We found out a lot of places of interest, restaurants, and this made our trip much more interesting and easy. We recommend this apartment, we enjoyed our stay here so much.

Great Family Fun

The team at this company was great and very hospitable with our early arrive. While we were unable to get into the apt early, they stored our luggage, offered us water and a great place to go for lunch. We had 8 in the apt with 3 bathrooms which was perfect. The location is very central and the acoustics made it easy to sleep. The roof top pool was a great place to hang out for our college age kids. I would stay in the same place again.
