Villa Oceano is located in Sorrento, the heart of Sorrento Peninsula, and is just minutes away from the enchanting sea. It is within easy walking distance from Sorrento's train and bus station. Therefore, this property is ideal for families and people who want to explore the area without using a car. The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 ensuite bedrooms. This villa is perfectly located for couples getting married at San Francisco Cloisters in Sorrento or for those attending as guests.

The villa is surrounded by a garden full of citrus trees and is the ideal place to relax during the beautiful, long summer days.

Villa Oceano has 7 ensuite double bedrooms. There is air conditioning and heating in all the bedrooms so you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs. Four of the ensuite bedrooms are on the ground floor. On the ground floor, there is also a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, chairs, TV and air conditioning.

Three of the bedrooms are on the floors above with balconies and sea views.
On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with ensuite and terrace. On the second floor, there is another double bedroom with ensuite and balcony. On the third floor, there is one double bedroom with ensuite and a panoramic terrace. The three double ensuite bedrooms are welcoming, stylish and have sea views from their private balconies. They are fresh, clean and well designed, with a table and chairs. There is air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms so you can adjust the temperature to suit your needs.

Villa Oceano has a swimming pool which is 5 metres long, 4 metres wide and up to 1.70 metres deep. Guests can use the swimming pool from mid-April to mid-October.

The villa has a large garden with a gazebo and stylish outdoor furniture so you can relax in style 'al fresco'. The whole outdoor area has beautiful plants and flowers, providing a calm, tranquil environment for your holiday.

At Villa Oceano you will only be a few steps away from the centre of Sorrento, therefore having a car is not a necessity but, in case you have one, there is free, secure parking space available (on request). Shops and restaurants are 100 metres away, the main bus stop is in Piazza Tasso which is 650 metres away down the hill into the centre, the port, with fast hydrofoils for excursions, is approx. 1 km away and the railway station is 750 metres away. By staying at Villa Oceano you will be in a central position to discover Sorrento and the incomparable beauty of the entire Coast of Sorrento and Amalfi, of Capri, Ischia and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples. From Sorrento it is possible to take day trips with fast ferries to Capri and the other islands of the Gulf, to Naples, Positano, Amalfi and Salerno. Moreover, if you are fond of archaeology, from Sorrento you will be able to easily reach Pompeii, Herculaneum and Paestum by train. The towns along the coast are connected by the inexpensive SITA bus network. The sea is 20 minutes walking distance away from the villa and there is also a bus stop not very far away.

The owner lives on the below-ground floor, with a separate entrance, but your privacy will always be respected.
