Située à 200 m��tres de la plage, cette villa de 4 chambres convient aux familles ou aux groupes qui apprécient le contact avec la nature, les balades à vélo et la tranquillité de la côte, sans perdre la possibilité de profiter des activités estivales les plus diverses à quelques m��tres.

Les chambres sont composées comme suit:
• Rez-de-chaussée - Chambre avec un lit double avec salle de bain privée
• Rez-de-chaussée - Chambre avec 2 lits simples et 2 tiroirs, salle de bain partagée
• Rez-de-chaussée - Chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux (pouvant être faits ensemble) avec salle de bain commune
• 1er étage - Mezzanine au-dessus du salon avec lit double, salle de bain commune
Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.

La villa a à votre disposition une cuisine entièrement équipée et organisée afin que vous puissiez cuisiner les délices les plus variés pour la famille et les amis. La salle à manger int��rieure a une table pour 6 personnes plus un buffet / cave à vin avec 2 chaises supplémentaires.
Le salon dispose de 2 canap��s avec 3 sièges, 2 fauteuils, 1 repose-pieds, cheminée, télévision de bonne taille avec chaînes câblées. Wi-Fi gratuit dans tous les domaines.
La climatisation est disponible dans toute la maison. Il existe également une cheminée comme source de chauffage pour les jours les plus froids.
Le sous-sol a une table de billard et un baby-foot pour le divertissement de nos invités.

L'extérieur de la villa est soigné tout autour et comporte un petit étang à poissons à l'entrée.
La piscine mesure 10 mètres de long sur 5,5 mètres de large et une profondeur comprise entre 1 et 2 mètres. Il peut être chauffé moyennant des frais supplémentaires.
L'extérieur est assez spacieux et vous permet de vous détendre tout en prenant un bain de soleil sur le mobilier de jardin et les chaises longues ou à l'ombre de la magnifique pergola qui couvre le coin repas en plein air. Cet espace extérieur a un charbon de bois B. B.Q. avec un lavabo et à côté une table pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, qui vous permettra de prendre des repas en plein air avec tout le confort.
À côté de la salle à manger en plein air, il y a un foyer qui devient très utile par temps froid.

very clean villia

villa was really nice and we paid extra for a heated pool but it wasn't on when we got there. Asked for it to be turned on and was told it would take a few days to warm up.. we were only there for 5 days. Not many restaurants around for vegetarians apart from that we had a really good time.

Maison très bien située. Accueil chaleureux. Réactivé de l’agence de location. Le seul bémol est le stationnement car la rue est saturée de voitures. A part ça je recommande cette maison où nous nous sommes sentis très bien et merci à l’agence de location

Agradável e muito funcional, mas a mesanine não pode ser considerada como quarto pois a comunicação com a sala de estar não permite privacidade e sossego.

Villa très bien située, au calme

Villa idéalement située, dans une impasse et à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Quelques points négatif : Frigo trop petit et pas adapté pour 10 personnes, tiroir frigo cassé. Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine. Il manquait des coussins dans le salon de jardin et ceux présents étaient sales. Nous avons eu un souci avec la piscine, mais le problème a été rapidement résolu. Nous étions 9 adultes et avons, dans l’ensemble, passé un agréable séjour dans la maison.

Lovely villa and location

We liked the layout of the villa, the abundance of spare sheets and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very quiet. We also were very impressed with the staff at Seashell, very professional. appliances in the kitchen and ensure internal doors close properly. Make sure the main gate to the garage is repaired.

great living area inside and out and the pool was great but there were some issues

It was great size of house and much lived up to expectation the villa was good and the photos reasonably accurate but the the pool area and sunbeds were worn, The decking needed several planks replaced and could have caused a slip or fall. The sunbed frames were ok but the mattresses were very worn and stained as were many of the cushions in the general outdoor furniture. the bed linen was not of the quality one would expect in such a property with the sheets in the master bedroom not really fitting the bed being rough to the touch therefore not that comfy. The tumble dryer was broken and the table tennis table advertised was not such but a outdoor dinning table that didn't really work. I would also say that the description of the bedrooms from the photos with it advertised as one room with 2x 2 bunk beds which ended up not being the case. What was great for us was the area being realtively quiet and close the the beach and a range of shops/bars etc.

Like other hosts we feel the same (the good and the bad). Our family is Portuguese and the 9 (2 children under 3 and 7 adults) of us are very familiar with the area and location of this airbnb. I’ll start with the good. Very communicative team. I was hesitant knowing the property was run by a management team and not a sole owner - I still have mixed feelings, however they did respond promptly prior to check-in though it was a tad frustrating having multiple people respond to 1 email I would still recommend this Airbnb - remember it’s a great location and the outdoor area is gorgeous. Everything else is basic but that’s all you need. The kitchen also has everything you need We upgraded a few things (towels, heated pool) and did have to send a wire transfer outside Airbnb (wasn’t thrilled about that) and the team was unresponsive to communicate and confirm for several business days, even though they made a mistake when sending us the details of the wire transfer which resulted in us having to go to the bank back home twice. Upon arrival to Portugal we were traveling for 2 weeks prior and I did flag this to the team prior to our departure that I would be unresponsive prior and gave them a date of when I’d be back online prior — however, I was bombarded with emails and notifications to send the entire family’s passport details (for government reasons - true, so be aware all hotels and rentals outside of Airbnb require this —) however, I’m on vacation! . The following day was check in and I was warned in advance the pool maintenance crew would be working. Lucky for me they were - because they are the ones who let me in. The Seashell member was late - very late. The gate at the front door was broken and did not lock. This was highly concerning for us as we had both a walking toddler and a three year old running around the property. We flagged this the moment we checked in. And the next day, and the next day, and the next day. It was not fixed until the fifth day. We were also attending a family event and the morning of the event went to iron all our clothes to find the iron was for another country. Not functioning. Upon communicating this to the team they were unable to “help” and apologized. We had to rush and buy one. We were not discounted for their mistake. Overall I felt I had to constantly be managing this property and process. I have traveled a lot with Airbnb and this was for sure the most work I’ve ever had to put in

Location was great, near the beach was amazing

Loved the villa, privacy of the pool. Location was great, near the beach was amazing. Quiet and away from the busy town of Albufeira but only a short taxi ride away. As was Vilamoura. A couple of minor things to call Seashell about, but all sorted and very responsive. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday and would definitely be back Thanks so much for a memorable holiday for my family. Loved the villa, privacy of the pool.

Excellent Holiday Villa

Stayed at Villa Joy for the wife’s 60th Birthday wanted a place for the whole family in this location as we have stayed in this area before. The Villa was perfect for our needs, 1 of the best beaches on the Algarve is literally a 5 min walk away restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk and the main square 20 minutes away. Antonio has a beautiful home it was perfect for our needs, the grandchildren are already pestering as to when they can go back.

Fantastic Villa

Myself and 7 others had a wonderful stay at Villa Joy! Correspondence with the company/owner was timely and helpful. Arrival at the villa was not difficult - the information given before arrival was very informative! The villa was fantastic - excellent space to have a relaxed and enjoyable family/group holiday! We spent a lot of time at the pool - it is a private area with plenty of sunshine! The pool has a good range of depths. We really liked the outdoor dining area - we used this for lunch, and several evenings for dinner. I didn’t expect the villa to be so close to the beach and a stunning coastline. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach - excellent to bathe during the day,a pleasant walk in the evening. We were able to capture beautiful sunsets along the coast. We were very happy with this villa and plan to stay again if we return to the Algarve. It would be helpful for the outdoor sink to work - it would be good to use during BBQs in the evening. This did not cause any issue however.

Great place for group stays!

Stayed with 9 other people and we all loved the villa. The pool and grill are perfect for entertaining, and it’s a quick Uber to the neighboring, big cities and a short walk to the beach. Would highly recommend Thank you for being such an accommodating host especially for such a large group!

Truly amazing. Five stars.

Our family had a fantastic weeks holiday at Villa Joy, beautifully decorated, the villa is well equipped and the BBQ area is a must for family meals outside, the property is in a very quiet location just a four minute walk to Falasia beach, which with the sun loungers and beach bar, could'nt be better. The local shop just a 10minute walk which was well stocked. We will certainly be returning next year.

Truly amazing. 5 stars.

The villa is decorated to a high standard. Very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. The pool and outside areas are very clean and the garden well tended. Falasia beach is a four minute walk and holds a blue flag. Shops within walking distance. Very quiet location for a peaceful relaxing week. It would very hard to improve, we loved it so much and will be returning next year.

beautiful home

Beautiful home on a quiet street very near the beautiful beach (5 minute walk at the most). This house has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation, pool, patio, fire pit, pool table etc. Large kitchen and bedrooms, reasonably comfortable beds, and of course the beach. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. The Old Town is about a 15 minute drive if you want to go into town. Perfect house perfect location

Great place for holidays!

House is very spacious with a really nice private pool, outdoor dining and other good amenities. It’s 5min walk from a very nice beach. Hospitality was great with very timely responses from host. Really good for families! Definitely coming back!

Great place to stay with our family and friends, we had lots of fun time at the pool, great outside area with lots of sitting arrangement. We had lovely time cooking and making barbecues as the villa as it have everything you need, which it was great. The distance walking to the beach and local little shops is no more than a two minutes walk, with aloe us to buy fresh bread every morning. Also The villa have 4 bike that were available for us to use. The Villa is located very close to a wonderful beach which we loved we had a fantastic trip, we enjoy a lot your house and the pool. The location was great to just pop in t he beach. Thanks for the cake A few rubbish bags Some basic cleaning products Tea towels And maybe some pool towels And for your management agency we just mentioned then that the air conditioning wasn’t working as they seem to have a timer and we could not make it work, they didn’t send anyone at the end. The last thing we need to mentioned is that we think that someone came in the outside area last nightearly morning as we found a sun cap that didn’t belong to any of us and we have already clean all the out area, as also the hot water stop working last night and today as we need it to shower before leaving

This villa was fantastic

a perfect place to stay for myself and 8 friends - spacious, clean and modern. There's an amazing long and quiet beach just a minute's walk from the villa where you can watch an incredible sunset! We also really enjoyed the BBQ and fire pit - however, note that you'll need to purchase coal/fire starters and fire wood for these! We were lucky in that I think the guests before us had paid to have the pool heated so we arrived to the pool at a nice temperature. We had a couple of minor issues at the villa when we arrived but Seashells were very responsive and sent someone out to fix immediately (on a Sunday too!). The villa is located within walking distance of some small supermarkets and restaurants and is about a 15 minute taxi ride from Albufeira and half an hour from the airport The villa was fantastic and any issues were resolved very quickly Really enjoyed our stay on the whole though, thank you! The only negative to the whole experience would be the check in - we had asked weeks in advance if we could check in earlier than 4pm as our flight landed at 11am, we were told on the day this would not be possible as there had been guests in it previously and they had to clean (fair enough) but they wouldn't even let us leave our suitcases there. We were in the taxi on the way to the vague area location they had provided and they refused to give us the exact address - we had to argue with them whilst our taxi price increased driving around trying to find the place. Eventually they whatsapped me the GPS coordinates, they told me they had sent me these in an email however these were actually different coordinates and were linked to a completely different villa in another area!! We ended up arriving at the villa but were not allowed to leave our suitcases, so we walked down to a nearby restaurant and sat there for some food and drinks for 4 hours. They said the villa would be ready long before 4pm for us but we weren't given the code for check in until 4:20pmMight be nice to have some basics such as oil/salt/pepper and coal/fire starters for the fire pit / BBQ

Soleil, page, repos dans une villa bien pensée

La disposition des lieux est agréable, la pergola pour manger est géniale. Tout est facilement accessible et il y a toujours des coins d'ombre pour se protéger du fort soleil. Les seuls petits bémols : l'accès au garage difficile car il y a toujours des gens qui se garent devant alors que c'est interdit. Le matériel de cuisine permet difficilement de cuisiner pour un grand nombre. Nous étions 7 et pas de grande casserole, pas de passoire et les taques de cuisson sont petites. Voilà, ce sont des très petits désagréments vu les qualités qu'offrent la villa. Nous la recommandons vivement.
