Luxury 5 Bedroom Villa with private pool WALKING DISTANCE to Old Town & Marina!

If you are looking for luxury and high spec for your next holiday then this 3 storey villa is the one for you. It has been totally renovated and modernized to an extremely high standard. Its ideal for multiple families wishing to holiday together but having their own space. The lower floor has 2 large bedrooms(one large bed and one twin beds), contemporary shower room and small kitchenette/lounge. Ground floor has one bedroom and one contemporary stunning bathroom, and the 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms and one contemporary bathroom. The house has a fully fitted modern kitchen and relaxing modern lounge/diner. The villa has air conditioning throughout and benefits from WIFI. For those very hot days the villa offers IPTV (SKY TV) channels which includes sports, films and many more channels. The outside space has just been renovated to include an extended lounge area by the pool, a lovely bar, a new shower, outside lighting around the pool, plus many more features. New for 2025 - we are adding a pool heater!! This has been a frequent request and this is being added in October 2025! There is a lovely covered seating area next to the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy Al Fresco Dining from the BBQ. 3 bedrooms have a balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views of the marina houses or the partial sea view. In the summer months you can watch the beautiful sunset from these rooms. The villa is in a fantastic position in-between the Marina and The Old Town so perfect for those wishing to explore both. There is a supermarket and couple of bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and the walk to the Marina and Old Town is only 10-12 minutes. The beautiful sandy Fisherman's Beach is just before you reach the Old Town where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars. The Marina has bars and restaurants and also offers day trips on boats including Dolphin watching, exploring stunning caves and many many more.

Albufeira août 2021

points +: bonne localisation, maison spacieuse, moderne, propre, bonnes literies, cuisine agréable mais sombre. points - : maison bruyante qui résonne, escalier dangereux à l'intérieur et pas pratique, tables à manger trop petites: table extérieure pour 6 personnes et table intérieure pour 8 personnes max et non 10. Nous étions 8 personnes! Il n'y avait pas de trousse de 1er secours comme indiquée dans l'annonce. Le sèche linge est un séchoir et non une machine sèche linge électrique. Du bruit : une nuit, car des jeunes font la fête dans les maisons à côté. Une des clim (chambre), le coffre fort, et le spot dans la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas; nous l'avons signalé à Sonja, qui nous a dit qu'elle ferait le nécessaire; elle n'est jamais venue, pourtant la communication téléphonique s'était bien passée. Donc pas de clim pendant 1 semaine dans la chambre des enfants! et pas de coffre fort dans un endroit propice aux vols! Les paysages de l'Algarve sont magnifiques, l'eau de l'océan est superbe mais très très froide: 18 degrés en plein mois d'août, oubliez les masques et tubas! Globalement, nous avons passé un très belle semaine malgré ces petits inconvénients.

Each room was well sized and had an air conditioning unit which was great for the evenings. The location of the villa was perfect with the pool being in the sun practically for the whole day, and the balcony’s provided great views over the marina and the sea. The hosts stayed in touch from the first enquiry about the villa until we got back to England which is great to see that they care about your stay and want it to all go well. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend.

Spacious villa in good location

It was so nice to be met at the villa by Caitlin, who showed us round the spotlessly clean villa. Communication with Sonja was exceptional, she made us feel welcome before we even left the UK! Kitchen was very well supplied with cooking equipment. An ideal villa for 2 familues or groups, as the bottom floor is almost completely separate; the spiral ladder is very small! Just one thing - we would have appreciated an area of proper shade around the pool area, we sometimes found it too hot to sit there for long and had to move to the other sitting area by the front door, which then separated the group. However thats just our preference. We would thoroughly recommend the villa.

Fabulous stay

We have stayed in this property before and the location is perfect. There is a bar and shop 5 minutes walk away. The marina which has lots of restaurants, bars, shop, bowling, go carts and arcades is a 10 minute walk. Old town is 15/20 minute walk which has lots of bars restaurants and shops. The property itself is beautiful and the boss cold not be more helpful. Sonja, Caitlin and Johnny work very hard to ensure you have everything you need and that the property is of high standard. Very clean and well kept. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a villa in this area. I would 100% stay again.

We had the most amazing 4 night stay here! Communication after booking was fantastic! Sonja was brilliant throughout and always on hand if we needed anything, which we didn’t because the villa was absolutely amazing!! Everything you could possibly need was at the villa, which was spotlessly clean when we arrived.Our transfers to and from Faro airport were organised by Sonja, Roger our driver was lovely and very punctual.We were able to get into the villa early which we were so grateful for.The standard of everything in the villa was very high and the location looking out towards the marina and the sea was beautiful!Air conditioning in every bedroom was wonderful!We can’t wait to come back!!!

Our stay here was lovely! There were 9 of us total including a baby and a child and it worked well for us. Sonja communicated so well with us and was very helpful in every way so we appreciate that very much! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing stay in Albufeira!

My fiancé and I and our other friends stayed at this villa in Albufeira. The house was beautiful, everything was very clean inside even with the hosts allowing us to have early check-in. The villa was in the perfect location with a short walk down to the marina with lots of delicious restaurants and smaller grocery stores to get the necessities. It is also close to downtown Albufeira and the beach which was beautiful. The villa was also on a corner which was nice because it was quiet and not a lot of traffic/noise from other houses. The hosts were amazing, very responsive with anything that we needed as well as checking in on us throughout the week. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would love to go back in the future. Thank you guys for everything!

Fabulous weekend stay

Excellent weekend spent with a group of friends in a fabulous villa that catered for all our needs. Villa was spotlessly clean and an extra bonus was the bar/pool area where we spent most of our day. Contact with the owner before and during our stay was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her family. Transport was arranged through the villa and this service was first class also.

Das Objekt:Man war mir dem Objekt zufrieden.Ausstattung Küche dürftig - nicht für 10 Personen geeignet. Auch für 6 Personen knapp bemessen.Außenbereich ebenfalls nur für 6 Personen zentral bemessen.Hier und dort könnten Dinge erneuert werden. Bad / liegen etc.Backofen könnte eine Grundreinigung erfahren.Kommunikation mit Sonja (Hausdame) war perfekt und sehr nett.

The villa was just perfect for us which we were a party of 8 ladies we would definitely recommend it . We could walk to local shop . Uber 5euro into town four sharing. Well equipped villa . Pool and outside area plus outside bar was just right , hopefully will be returning

Albufeira adventure

Had a great stay! House was spacious and comfortable although some found the beds a little hard. The house was modern and well equipped with pretty well all we needed. We had a car which was handy for getting groceries at the larger shops and for exploring the area but you could get away without using Uber and walking to local Mercado.

Wonderful stay!

Great location, great house! Nicholas was very kind to include extra special touches for our family Christmas holiday. The location is perfect for walking to the marina and old town. The house was clean and great for a large family to visit.

A little ray of Sunshine - Highly recommended

Love this villa - Stayed here with my family (x10) for a week in Oct 24. The villa is spacious, comfortable and ideally located to get to the Marina, local shops and provided a pleasant walk into Albuferia Old Town each day. Everything you need is provided inside the villa which made it so easy and let you relax and get on with the holiday straight away. The pool, although freezing at that time of year to be fair, was a welcome break on the hotter days so yes we did take the plunge! An information pack and attractions/excursion leaflets were also on hand to allow you to plan your activities. A short trip to the nearest Aldi, a few minutes away via Uber, enabled us to get our big shop in. The rest waqs done when and as needed via the local shops. The communication leading up to the stay was first rate and we were greeted upon arrival at the villa, shown around and everything was explained clearly. We were then left to get on with the holiday... brilliant! Thank you Nicholas and Sonja for making the stay that much more pleasant. A**

We stayed at this beautiful villa with 7 ladies. Communication with the property manager beforehand was fabulous and the villa is very well maintained. A mild warning, which certainly did not affect our stay, but there are a lot of stairs including some rather steep ones from the ground floor to the first floor. The villa was clean and well maintained and really well equipped. 5 minutes walk from the marina, 15-20 minutes walk from the old town. We loved it. We will definitely be back.

First Class Villa - First Class Service

The Villa is first class with almost 3 separate sections. We has a friend stay for several days who was attending our son's wedding with us and she stayed on the middle floor. After she left our youngest son and his girlfriend moved in for 2 days and stayed in what was basically a self contained apartment on the ground floor - this meant we all had privacy. The villa has everything you need - a lovely sunny pool area, a shaded terrace to eat and socialise plus a large lounge and dining area. From the outset Sonja the property manager was in regular contact and sorted out anything we required even lifts to and from the airport with Roger a lovely and very reliable guy. Sonja's service was first class and helped ensure we could just enjoy the wedding and our stay at this excellent villa. Thoroughly recommend staying here - no complaints whatsoever!

Great Holiday

Super villa in a great location for the marina and old town. The villa is in a quiet area, but has all facilities required and plenty of space to spread out for our party of eight. Communication beforehand and during our stay, with the Property Manager, was superb - very helpful. Highly recommended.

Recent Stay Villa Sunshine Blues

We recently stayed at the villa for a week in August. Sonja was great she was in regular contact from booking the villa and during our stay. She was easily contactable throughout our stay couldn’t do enough to help and was always quick to respond. She also arranged for Roger to collect us from and drop us back off at the airport, lovely guy. The villa has everything mentioned in the write up and plenty of space for our group of 8. My only small concern having 2 young children was that there were no locks on the 2 gates to the villa. We made full use of the pool, bbq and the views from all of the balcony’s are great. It’s only a 5 minute walk from the villa to the marina and 5 minute taxi ride to the old town. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again in the future.

My wife and I visited Albufeira in 2022 and we absolutely lived everything about it. Most of all we lived how easy it was to get around. When we started looking at properties I made it a priority to find something that was convenient to the beach, old town, and the marina while also being a modern home with all the amenities. This house fits all those criteria. We hope you enjoy the house and Albufeira as much as we do!
