If you are looking for luxury and high spec for your next holiday then this 3 storey villa is the one for you. It has been totally renovated and modernized to an extremely high standard. It’s ideal for multiple families wishing to holiday together but having their own space. The lower floor has 2 large bedrooms(one large bed and one twin beds), contemporary shower room and small kitchenette/lounge. Ground floor has one bedroom and one contemporary stunning bathroom, and the 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms and one contemporary bathroom. The house has a fully fitted modern kitchen and relaxing modern lounge/diner. The villa has air conditioning throughout and benefits from WIFI. For those very hot days the villa offers IPTV (SKY TV) channels which includes sports, films and many more channels. The outside space has just been renovated to include an extended lounge area by the pool, a lovely bar, a new shower, outside lighting around the pool, plus many more features. New for 2025 - we have added a pool heater!! This has been a frequent request and was added in October 2025! There is a lovely covered seating area next to the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy Al Fresco Dining from the BBQ. 3 bedrooms have a balcony where you can enjoy spectacular views of the marina houses or the partial sea view. In the summer months you can watch the beautiful sunset from these rooms. The villa is in a fantastic position in-between the Marina and The Old Town so perfect for those wishing to explore both. There is a supermarket and couple of bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away and the walk to the Marina and Old Town is only 10-12 minutes. The beautiful sandy Fisherman's Beach is just before you reach the Old Town where there is an abundance of restaurants, shops and bars. The Marina has bars and restaurants and also offers day trips on boats including Dolphin watching, exploring stunning caves and many many more.

The villa is in a quiet location and well situated for short walk both to the Marina and the old town. Lots of places to eat and the Arte bar next to the Intermarche has a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and entertainment some nights. The villa is spacious with good air conditioning in each room. Although the villa sleeps 10, there was not enough cutlery, wine glasses, tea towels, sun loungers and the BBQ grill was not usable. Caitlyn was very responsive, providing extra glasses, tea towels, a new BBQ rack, and 2 new sun loungers. When we asked about additional towels we were advised that each person is allocated one bath towel and one hand towel for a week usually, when showering daily this is not enough. Caitlin did provide additional towels when we asked. We were aware of the spiral staircase from the villa details/photos but suggest a gate at the bottom as well as the top would be helpful.There was a drain cover missing around the pool and although we were told this was ordered and the pool maintenance staff would replace, this didn’t appear.Overall the villa needs some TLC, general decorating- particularly where repairs have taken place, deep clean e.g. sofa and rug, kitchen utensils e.g. chopping boards, crockery- some chipped and stained. The pool area would benefit from heavy based parasols or pergola to create shade.We did have a really good holiday and Caitlyn very good responsive host and we trust our comments on our experience are useful.

This is a supreme villa. We came here for a family holiday, and had a lovely time. Lots of space, big bedrooms, ample bathrooms, and lovely communal areas, including the wonderful swimming pool. Everything we needed was here. Good location, close to marina and old town. Host was brilliant - great communication in the lead up and during the stay, always offering to help if we needed anything

Great location, great house! Nicholas was very kind to include extra special touches for our family Christmas holiday. The location is perfect for walking to the marina and old town. The house was clean and great for a large family to visit.

Each room was well sized and had an air conditioning unit which was great for the evenings. The location of the villa was perfect with the pool being in the sun practically for the whole day, and the balcony’s provided great views over the marina and the sea. The hosts stayed in touch from the first enquiry about the villa until we got back to England which is great to see that they care about your stay and want it to all go well. We had a great time and I’d highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa! There were a couple of items, the pool wasn’t cleaned when we got there and the light bulbs needed replacing in one of the bathroom, but both issues were addressed promptly. Also, the swirl staircase is a little tight if your a taller person, but other than that, we had a fantastic stay, loved it!

Beautiful villa, bright, airy and modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had 10 in our group and never felt crowded, pool was great (even though the heater was been fitted 2days after we left lol) but we loved the refreshing cold water as it was sooo hot!, Communication with Sonja and her daughter was amazing nothing was to much trouble. Beautiful Villa + An Amazing Stay!

We could not of asked for a better base for our trip to the algarve, beautiful villa & Sonja was so helpful after booking / during our stay. Really ideal location, not much in an Uber to get around. We enjoyed the pool & bar and of course the Portuguese sunshine! Thankyou for a great stay.

My wife and I visited Albufeira in 2022 and we absolutely loved everything about it. Most of all we loved how easy it was to get around. When we started looking at properties I made it a priority to find something that was convenient to the beach, old town, and the marina while also being a modern home with all the amenities. This house fits all those criteria. We hope you enjoy the house and Albufeira as much as we do!
