Villa La Braja - Superbe hébergement de vacances de luxe

La Villa La Braja est une grande villa avec de grandes chambres climatisées et des salles de bains privatives. Elle est confortable pour 2 familles. Sa piscine privée et ses terrasses donnent sur les magnifiques montagnes Apuane au sud et les Apennins au nord. La grande terrasse est parfaite pour se détendre au coucher du soleil avant de manger en plein air. Un four à pizza au feu de bois et un barbecue au gaz sont un succès auprès de nos invités. Villa La Braja est très bien équipée avec réfrigérateur-congélateur américain, machine à glaçons, machine à café et magnifiquement présenté. L'hébergement de luxe est idéal pour les familles ou les couples. Construit autour de la ferme en pierre d'origine, il dispose désormais d'installations modernes dans son propre jardin paysager, sa piscine et sa pelouse. C'est à la limite d'un petit borgo (hameau) de la belle région connue sous le nom de Lunigiana.
Il y a un terrain de pétanque partagé, idéal pour tous les âges et un potager.

Magnificent!

The Villa is simply stunning and even nicer than the photographs portray. The accommodation is gorgeous and extremely well appointed and maintained. The pool area, gardens (including vegetables to pick), boule court, bbq and pizza oven were all fabulous and really enhanced the whole experience. The views are quite amazing and genuinely breathtaking, whilst the local village is quaint and interesting! We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view

Our family stayed in this beautiful villa in the mountains of Tuscany in July 2024. The villa fully lived up to the description and even more. The villa is well arranged and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are absolutely unique. The terrace and pool area invite to cozy gatherings, and the view over the mountains is breathtaking. With access to the kitchen garden you can prepare dinner with fresh ingredients, and the pizza oven offers the opportunity to make pizza in true Italian style. A car is necessary because of the distance to shopping and other amenities. All communication with the landlord was easy, and the way we were received at the villa was good and informative.

Stunning Villa!

The property and home is amazing. The views are stunning, the pool is perfect, and the kitchen - wow THE KITCHEN! We are a family who loves to cook and everything about the kitchen, wood fire pizza oven, and grill is fantastic. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable. The location was great for day trips to Lucca and Vernazza and Pontremoli. The garden is beautiful and we picked our own veggies (zucchini, rosemary, basil, sage, cherries, green peppers, lettuce...). Fireflies in the olive groves were magical. On the owner's recommendation, we had Chef Kate come for a night and it was phenomenal. Rent this house if want to have a beautiful week in the North of Tuscany.

La dolce vita @Villa la Braja

We were two families (4 adults and 4 children). On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Louise. After a brief tour of the house, our holiday was ready to begin. We really enjoyed everything about the house, the location and the surroundings! Everything just looks so lovely and peaceful. The equipment of the house, especially the kitchen, left nothing to be desired. Our barbecue-loving men also got their money's worth. 😄 The pool is gorgeous and has an unusual shape inside. Even the little ones can splash around in the elongated entrance area. The one thing that was certainly an exception was the cleanliness in the corners. We spotted some things here and there. In general, it's a beautiful house (inside and outside) in the middle of a wonderful area!

A Lovely Stay

The pictures don't do this villa justice. It is more beautiful than the listing! Everything was just as described, and perfect for our group (6 adults and 1 young child). We used the pool every day, and the outdoor pizza oven made for a fun pizza-making night. The garden was wonderful, and we picked zucchini and lettuce each night for our salad. The hosts were great, and very helpful, from making recommendations on wineries to visit, to restaurants and other activities. They even offered to help us find AdBlue when our rental car got stuck (!). The town is lovely, and there are a few places to eat, however, if you are looking for more shops or activities and events, it is a bit of a further drive away. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day! Thank you to Sonia and Louise!

strålende plass og glimrende beliggenhet for større deler av Toscana

Synes at opplevelsen av boligen i virkeligheten var bedre enn bildene. Strålende. Kontakten med Eier og stedsforvalter var perfekt hele veien. Den lille landsbyen Licciana Nardi bar litt preg av at vi var der etter sesong vil jeg tro.. Lokal vinsmaking var veldig hyggelig å besøke i Piano. Maten på restauranten i samme område var nydelig. Beliggenheten for besøk av andre severdigheter i Toscana var for oss veldig bra. Litt kjøring til Pisa, Lucca etc. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Irgendwo im Nirgendwo

Relativ weit weg von der nächsten Stadt, aber wunderschön gelegen und sehr sehr ruhig. Total sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, Bäder sind wunderschön und die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt. Aussenküche und Gasgrill vorhanden. Das einzige kleine Manko, die Lounge Möbel sind für 8 Leute etwas beengt.

Wow! The only thing better than the views is the amazing villa and host Louise.

We've stayed in some lovely villas in the past but the attention to detail that Louise has put into renovating these villas is second to none. From the welcome food and drinks supplied to the well stocked kitchen utensil cupboards, there is nothing you will be without. That's just on the inside, the outside is simply stunning. The pool is crystal clear, well cleaned and maintained. The views from the terrace down the valley are spectacula. Thank you for a lovely stay Louise.

Outstanding holiday house and host

We had an amazing holiday in an outstanding house with a fantastic view over the hills around Licciana Nardi. The house and the surroundings did meet all our expectations basen on the pictures and description (and they were high). There are only positive things to say about the host. Since our booking the host did communicate regularly both about options on the holiday but also about the development in Covid-19 in Italy and she did always respond very fast. You did really feel welcome and I can only give me strongest recommendation to this house

Très jolie villa

Très belle villa aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Éventuellement à rajouter un meuble de rangement dans les chambres comme par exemple une petite commode et une table basse au salon pour poser les verres. Si non tout est impeccable. Nous avons fait un très beau séjour.

We live in London but fell in love with Lunigiana when we visited Italy in 2008. We wanted to buy a holiday home and soak up the Italian culture, food and wine. Our holiday villa is in the same hamlet so we are on hand to help if needed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our properties are only 15 minutes from the motorway so there is easy access to many towns villages and sights such as the Cinque Terre, Lucca, Parma, La Spezia, Portovenere, Portofino etc. Yet we are located in a very tranquil area with spectacular views. The property is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with views over the olive grove.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The private pool set in landscaped gardens is perfect for a relaxed holiday. There is plenty of play area for the kids and a bocce court (petanque) for all the family. A vegetable and herb garden provides produce for guests to pick for their evening meals. There are many fruit trees also with pears, apples and cherries.
Our guests enjoy, apart from the pool, cycling, walking and exploring the villages/markets and towns of Lunigiana.
