In the heart of Paris a lovely 3 room apartment. Light filled on the 3rd floor with elevator and security entrance.
Suitable for couples ,families with 2/3 chidren , or friends for having an enjoyable stay in the famous Opera/Montmartre district.
Comfortable living/dining room with sofa and seats for relaxing with heating and air condition.
The bedrooms have each one two king-size extra comfortable beds which can be single beds ,with side lamps,fans and heating .(baby cot and high chair available )
The bathroom has a full bath with a shower and washing basin and there is a separated toilet with basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 ring ceramic stove ,oven ,fridge with freezer .Also toaster, coffee machine, boiler and all you need for basic cooking.

In the middle of the most visited sites of Paris ,next to bus and 4 Metro stations.
In front of the building is the entrance of the beautiful Arcades.
There are many cafes, restaurants bakeries and interesting boutiques at a few minutes walking distance.
Near to the Opera, the Louvre, the Wax Museum Grevin, ,biggest sales stores of Paris Galeries Lafayette , Public auction rooms Drouot and Montmartre.
Also near art-galleries, restaurants,live- theatres. Not far from the Express-Railway-Station to Disney-Land.

Great Location, Excellent Hosts

We were 5 girls for a long weekend. The location was excellent, could walk to so many places and also close to multiple subway lines. The neighbourhood is lovely. The place itself was great. The only thing is that it's only 1 bathroom split over two rooms- ie. one room has the tub/shower and a sink, the other bathroom has a toilet and sink. Hosts were lovely to work with and check in/check out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment made for a wonderful holiday

We had a good stay- 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is in a convenient location. The accommodations are comfortable and were just what we needed to spend quality time together as a family. In the listing I mistakenly read two bathrooms to mean two toilets; note there is one water closet with a sink and toilet and one shower room with a tub/shower combo and sink. Having a washer and dryer was a nice perk. The communication with the owners and property manager was great. We look forward to returning soon!

Lively neighborhood

My adult daughter and I stayed at this apartment for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed the location and environs. The neighborhood was lively and vibrant with stores, shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc to meet anyone’s needs. Two metro stops were just a few blocks away. The owners were frequently in touch and always readily available.

Charming Parisian Apartment

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this charming apartment! We were within a five minute walk to several metro stops, markets, cafes, and restaurants. Right across the street is the entrance to the covered passages, which was a nice option on the rainy days to get to a metro. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location

This is a great centrally located apartment for a couple or small family's trip to Paris. The owners are kind and responsive and the building manager lives there and was able to help us with anything we needed. We had a great time.

Wonderful lively spot to visit Paris from

The apartment had everything we could need and the hosts were kind and showed us around. We were able to walk to the Seine by the Louvre in about 30 mins (going slowly and taking photos) and also easily catch metro trains to the Eiffel tower or the Sacre Coeur. Plenty of places to buy food to eat or out nearby.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location. Really convenient for access to all areas of Paris by foot,bus or metro. Great selection of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Livio always responded quickly to my emails and accomodated all our requests. Would recommend .

Ideal location for Paris holiday

Very easy and good contact with the owners. Beautiful Parisian apartment in fabulous central location. The street is noisy at night so take ear plugs for the front bedroom.

Lovely stay in Paris

The apartment was lovely with very comfortable sofa and chairs to relax in. The owners were very nice and made sure that everything was fine. Rooms were large, which is an absolute plus in Paris. Enjoy it enormously

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was lovely; so very homey. It was all that we thought it would be for a Paris apartment. Communication was wonderful, with every need we had met. The caretaker, Emmanuele was so friendly and helpful. Very close to Metro and wonderful restaurants. An excellent location.

Very Convenient Location

Sweet little 2 bedroom place. The bus stop is right outside the door. It has a washer/dryer combo that we weren’t familiar with using, but it was a handy feature to have, we just ended up hanging things to fry with a fan blowing on them overnight. The toilet has it’s own room and little sink which was great! We’ll be back.

Delightful

We enjoyed our seven night stay. The apartment was wonderfully located and walking distance from many attractions, and so great shopping. It was perfect for my friend and me. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The front bedroom could get somewhat noisy in the evening, but nothing a pair of earplugs could not take care of. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment with perfect hosts!

We really enjoyed the apartment. Everything was perfect. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect and close to the metro. There were so many restaurants and shops near by. And the property manager and her daughter were very accommodating. The owners checked in periodically to make sure we were ok and that we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely back. We will book this apartment every time we are in Paris in the future.

Great apartment for exploring Paris

We had an amazing 5 days in Paris and enjoyed our stay at Quartier du Faubourg-Montmartre. The apartment was easy to reach via a number of Metro stations and was in a great area. The apartment was nice and clean and large enough for our family of five. Livio and Joelle were great hosts too and were very responsive and helpful when we reached out to them. The only very minor issue was the heat, as the air conditioning wasn’t overly effective. That said, we didn’t expect to be sweating through 35 degrees in September! Thanks again Livio and Joelle for a great stay.

Paris with our Granddaughter

We and our granddaughter had a very nice visit in Paris. We spent 8 nights in this apartment. The rooms are spacious with comfortable, king size beds in each bedroom. There is a small elevator to bring all your bags up to the third floor. Grocery stores and boulangeries are very close and there are many, many restaurants on the same street. Our granddaughter loved Amorino Gelato that made cones that looked liked roses. Everyplace we visited was a short taxi or Uber ride away.

Truly felt like locals

We had a whirlwind holiday in Europe with our last 3 days in Paris. Booked this apartment after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. Our family of 5 had plenty of room with a fantastic view. Close proximity to everything. We walked or took the metro to all the sites we could fit in. Since we backpacked I really appreciated the washer and dryer in the apartment. Check in was simple as Emmanuelle showed us what we had to do and it was helpful to have constant email communication with the owners.

fabulous location

We stayed in the property for 3 weeks. We know Paris and the location can't be beat...3 metro stops super close, restaurants, artisan bakery next door, supermarket very close. The apartment itself is in very good shape, but could use some TLC in places. It definitely has been well used but also cared for. It has everyhing you could want(except a dishwasher). Kitcgen is small but works. Owners are very friendly and helpful and there is a person in the building to assist when needed. This apt. is on the 3rd floor but there is a small elevator. The 3 flights of stairs are challenging but we used them all the time. The street is busy and can be noisey at times but that's city living. We would go back.

Great Apartment

We had a great stay at the apartment. Great location, very convenient for seeing the various areas and several metro stops within walking distance. Great food choices in the area and many open late. Beds were very comfy, fans and windows made it nice and cool. There was a portable a/c available. Shower and WC were separate, so nice when one was occupied we were not stuck waiting for the other. Washer/dryer worked great, plenty of towels. We used the kitchen once and everything worked well, plenty of cooking utensils and plates, pans. The only thing that I could think to add to the apartment is a few ice trays. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! The host was wonderful and the property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Great location but the amenities could be nicer.

We enjoyed this apartment this week. The location was perfect. We had a wonderful time in your beautiful city! We have stayed in many VRBO’s and we have a few suggestions to improve people’s visit. We would like to have had a few more essentials such as two more pillows on each bed, more cleans bath and hand towels, batteries for the tv remote control, light bulbs in all the lights and paper towels in the kitchen. None of these are big items but would have made our time in your apartment more enjoyable. Many thanks ! Joe
