Ce luxueux penthouse Ă  Malaga qui peut accueillir quatre personnes est situĂ© au 4Ăšme Ă©tage (dernier Ă©tage) d’un immeuble de nouvelle construction, avec ascenseur. Il est composĂ© de deux grandes chambres modernes, dont une avec un lit Ă  baldaquin, parking privĂ©, Wi-Fi, tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite et une magnifique terrasse (55 m2) exposĂ©e au soleil durant presque toute la journĂ©e. Cet hĂ©bergement vous offre une occasion unique de rester au cƓur de la ville dans un appartement avec des meubles de haute qualitĂ©, des couleurs modernes et un design contemporain et pratique qui vous permettrons de passer des vacances parfaites depuis le moment de votre arrivĂ©e jusqu’au moment du dĂ©part.

Cet appartement moderne et Ă©lĂ©gant du centre-ville de Malaga est situĂ© sur deux niveaux. Le niveau infĂ©rieur offre un grand salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, un canapĂ© confortable, une grande table Ă  manger et accĂšs Ă  une charmante terrasse, quatre chaises longues, une table pour repas en plein air et sofas extĂ©rieurs. À cet Ă©tage, vous trouverez Ă©galement une cuisine moderne avec tous les accessoires nĂ©cessaires, une grande chambre avec lit Ă  baldaquin, des placards encastrĂ©s et une salle de bain avec une grande douche. Amazing!

This place is amazing, centrally located to so many great restaurants, a short walk to the beach but most importantly the roof terrace is a great addition. The photo's don't do the place justice, it is much bigger than what it shows on the photo's we will be coming back when visit Malaga later in the year.

Ideal Location

We have just returned from a three week stay in Apartment Kim. This apartment is ideally situated to explore Malaga town on foot. It is located very close to the indoor market so no problem if you get lost to find yourself.We had an early morning flight on arrival and were delighted that we were able to access Apartment Kim before stated check in time. We were met on our arrival at the apartment and were given lots of good information to assist us during our stay.. The apartment is reached by a lift which was very efficient and also kept very clean as is the spacious hallway at street level.There are so many fabulous eateries all very close by along with multiple shops and supermarkets. We didn't encounter any problems within the apartment whilst we were there, however felt confident that if we had they would have been dealt with very quickly by the Solaga team whose communications were excellent throughout our complete holiday from booking until our return journey. They organised a taxi pickup for us on our return journey to the airport which was much appreciated.The apartment itself is just as the pictures depict and the outside space wonderful.We had a fabulous stay. Thank you to everybody.

Spacious condo in the perfect location!

The location, outside space and decor of the apartment was amazing! A peaceful and private apartment and a short walk to everything including the amazing produce market, shopping areas, restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this condo!

Great apartment in a fine refurbished building in a very good location on the edge of the old town. There were comprehensive instructions and excellent support from the Solaga team. I think it would be helpful if some basic condiments were included, salt, pepper and olive oil.

This place was great. The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and well kept. The balcony provided a great place to hang out and felt very private. The location is perfect, in a quiet area but only a short walk from the main strip and beaches. Our only complaint was that we had some issues with the jacuzzi. Overall, highly recommend!

We spent 9 nights here at 'Kim' in March.we had a great time and the apartment made this trip all the more enjoyable. The team at Solaga are very professional and friendly. Check in and out were really good and punctual. Apartment is in an ideal location in Malaga. Felt very local yet right in the city centre mix. Exterior space is amazing. Great terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Jacuzzi is an amazing luxury and is pure relaxation. Apartment is spacious, clean, well designed and modern with all modern technology and comfort. Highly recommended.

Well appointed

The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable for a longshort stay. It features two comfortable bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge and dining room and a lovely outdoor space which is perfect for relaxingenjoying a meal outside. It’s situated centrally in Malaga only a short walk to the Atarazanas Markets and the center of town. There are countless dining options and shopping only a short walk away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in Malaga and the hosts were very helpful, with information and assistance as required.

Great location in the historic centre of Malaga. Refurbished to a modern style. Good organic shop literally next door. Nice terrace with jacuzzi and natural plants. 1 Loft bedroom and 1 bedroom next to jacuzzi / terrace. Air conditioning modern and perfect for hot nights. Also a few minutes walk from the noisy part of Malaga. Nearby Cathedral and many tasty restaurants. Hosts were great and friendly. Good location for a Malaga City stay

Very Sunny Apartment with large terrace

Knowing Malaga, thought this apartment would be smaller but was pleasantly surprised. Great entrance with excellent lift service to forth floor. Nice and spacious with a good mix of contemporary (internal) and traditional (external) fittings and styles. Way too hot to use hot tub. Great SW facing terrace with sun all day, every day. Plenty of room for four adults everywhere. Only issue - the photos appear to show 4 sun loungers. These have been replaced with newer ones but only two number. Not an issue for us as we rotated from shade to sun frequently. Overall a great stay and would certainly consider returning to the same apartment next time we are in Malaga.

Lovely and very clean!

Lovely and very clean! The balcony is large and well furnished. If you are away in the afternoon, it receives full sun, so it is hot, but the awning works well and a cool breeze shows up when the sun goes down. The beds were comfortable, shower worked great, bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, hand/hair soap, and hand wash. The location is perfectly in the middle of everything, with shops, coffee, grocery, restaurants all nearby, but very quiet at night. The washer/dryer worked well (takes a while, typical for a combo machine). The instructions book was spot on, wifi worked well, and communication was rapid and excellent (thank you Steffen and Damian). Stayed here twice during our trip and would book it again. Suggestions: no paper towelsnapkins and 1-2 kitchen towels. If you plan on eating in when you arrive, Carrefour Express is 5 min away for supplies. Also, no coffee is provided, but they have a coffee machine and Bertani Cafe is around the corner.

Our New Favourite

Our previous favourite was taken off Solaga's portfolio so we had to find a new one for our yearly Malaga break. Solaga's excellent web site makes trawling through their many properties a relatively easy and pleasurable experience so finding a short list of alternatives was straightforward. Apartment Kim was in a slightly different, albeit very familiar location for us and all the better for it. The accommodation is superb, spacious and mostly well equipped with a magnificent terrace that makes Malaga in March all the more enjoyable. The addition of a hot tub was interesting and, while not something we would generally look for, an enjoyable occasional distraction. Unfortunately the distraction arose, initially at least, through the night as well as the hot tub cycled through its maintenance program. Fortunately Solaga were able to provide advice on how to negate this. I'll add these suggestions solely for completeness and in no way want to suggest they detract significantly from the five stars. While superb in almost every aspect we did feel the kitchen could be slightly better equipped with more pans, woks, general cooking implements and glass wear. We like to cook. Also the knives were in general woefully blunt. Had we been staying as long as we would normally I am certain that this would have been addressed had we mentioned it to Solaga. As it was we mentioned it on departure. Finally, for me I would have liked a good BBQ (did I mention we like to cook?) and, given a choice I would prefer this to a hot tub. Just sayin' -) Suffice to say though that we will be back.
