Appartement duplex moderne avec 2 chambres et deux salles de bain dans le centre de Barcelone.

L'appartement bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié, juste entre les quartiers de Gracia et de l'Eixample et à seulement 100 mètres du Paseo de Gracia et de la Rambla Catalunya.

C'est dans un nouveau bâtiment qui dispose d'un espace privé avec piscine à usage exclusif pour les 8 appartements du bâtiment.

L'appartement est entièrement équipé et est idéal pour une famille de 4 membres, un groupe de 3 amis ou pour un couple qui veut être dans l'une des meilleures suites des meilleurs hôtels du Paseo de Gracia à Barcelone.

This apartment has a great location, close to everything, stores, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Comfortable and well appointed.Air conditioning worked well on both floors. The pool access is a bonus! Would stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Dad and teen girls had a perfect stay. Location was A, apartment was exactly as advertised if not nicer. Great pool for a late afternoon dip, with sun and shade. Friends stayed at a nice hotel nearby, and they all agreed this apartment was a much better option. Owner and manager replied immediately and were great to deal with.

Pleasant stay in Barcelona

An excellent location and comfortable apartment in Barcelona. Check in was very smooth and informative. It would be an outstanding apartment for a couple. It was still excellent for our family but our kids were a little cramped in the secondary bedroom.

Location, location, location….perfect location for exploring the city. Lots of close by delicious restaurants, great shopping nearby, easy access to all of the cities attractions. Had a great stay!

Terrific appartment

It was our first time in Barcelona, we quickly settled in and felt at home. Everything we wanted to do in the city was in walking distance, and the metro and train access was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, great apartment

The apartment is in the best location for a visitor. Close to everything, but in a nice not touristy neighborhood. There are so many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores within a short walk. On a quiet nice street. Perfect for a couple or a family with 1-2 kids. Very comfy beds and furniture too. Highly recommend!

Great location

The apartment was in a great location. The instructions for washer and dryer should have English instructions also did not seem to dry the clothes smaller than it looks but great location. It was enjoyable to see the activity down below us would stay again.

An amazing apartment in an amazing location

This is the perfect apartment for a family to stay in while in Barcelona. It’s beautifully decorated. Our two small children loved having their own room as opposed to sharing 1 room for all of us in a hotel. The location is within walking distance to the main avenue as well as many metro stops. The gelato place across the street is the best I’ve ever had. Book this place immediately

Wonderful Barcelona Flat

We are a family of 3 who stayed a week in this apartment. Everything you could want was orivided, including beach towels. It was the perfect location for us to explore the city. So walkable and also easy access to metro. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. The ice cream shop across the street was a fun treat! Would live to come back and stay again.

Barcelona gem

Unbelievable location. Quiet street, but still close to cafes/restaurants, shopping and the Metro. Apartment was super clean and exactly how it looked in the photos. 2 bathrooms/showers was a plus for a 4 person family. Lali & Luis were great hosts and Maria did a wonderful job of greeting us along with providing a tour of the apt. Would recommend this apartment to anyone and can’t wait to visit again.

Gorgeous apartment in beautiful neighborhood

We loved this apartment - plenty of space for my mom and I to base our Barcelona trip. We loved being right around the corner from world class restaurants - Berbena was incredible! ...and so close to the the heart of Barcelona, as well as the Diagonal metro station. The apartment was very comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchen, couch, and Netflix-enabled TV for easy breakfasts and evening relaxing. The check-in process was super easy and helpful.

If you walk uphill you have the Gracia neighborhhood is very authentic. Try Cafe Flanders and La Pepita. Book this place immediately!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. From booking to check-out...everything went as planned. After we booked, we got a nice email from the owners with detailed recommendations of museums, restaurants, etc. A week before we arrived, we received detailed texts from the Maria who is the property manager. She greeted us at the property and went over all the functionings of the place. The property was situated steps away from the shopping district in a cute little alley. Downstairs there is a gelato shop right across the street and we went to it every night after sight-seeing and shopping all day. The property was clean and well-maintained. The best part for us were how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The whole family had such a great sleep everynight because of this. Every detailed was laid out for us so we were left with zero questions. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Lovely place!

Our family (2 adults, 2 young kids) thought it was lovely. The building felt very safe (great elevator) and the bedrooms are comfortable. The one with 2 beds is a little tight, but perfect for our young kids. The air conditioning is very, very good and great after long hot days in Barcelona. The balcony is great for watching people up and down the street. The kitchen had a good number of products and the dishes were good. We loved the washer and dryer. The place is in a great area, near many markets, restaurants, and major streets, while the plaice itself is located on a secluded street. It is located across from a fabulous gelato place and in walking distance of everything you’d need. Easy to grab transportation, whether you want a cab or bus or train. It’s about a €35 cab ride from the the airport and €15 from the train station. We really enjoyed it!

Amazing property, great location!

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at this property! It is in a great location walkable to many sites (Casa Mila and Casa Batlo), and has easy access to the metro. It is a very spacious, comfortable apartment. We liked to be able to cook/eat in some meals, but there are many restaurants close by. A highlight was the gelato shop across the street- it was so delicious and we ate there everyday! The balcony overlooks a pedestrian alley (quieter than a main street). One of the reasons we booked this apartment was for use of the pool for my 8 year old after a hot day of sightseeing. The pool was not in very good shape when we arrived. The owner was very responsive and had a maintenance crew out to clean and fill the pool, so we were able to use it. The owner was very helpful in assisting us with getting a taxi to the airport on the last day. We feel very lucky to have found this amazing property and would definitely stay here again! It was so much better than staying in a cramped hotel room!

For those looking for Comfort and Location

We were two friends in town for a family wedding. First and foremost the location of the property makes it ideal. The metro is only one block away, Gaudi's fabulous houses are within walking distance, Sagrada Familia is within walking distance for those who are avid walkers, otherwise the metro takes you there. There are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and anything else you might need within a three block radius. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, private and quiet. I would recommend that older persons with balance or other physical problems think carefully about staying in an apartment with two floors. Negotiating the stairs was challenging at times because both of us had recently had major surgeries. This is definitely a place for younger couples or friends traveling together. Our hosts were extremely helpful and took time to give us a thorough introduction to the apartment.
