Le chemin sinueux de la plage est juste à côté de la «Tide Pool». Littéralement à 3 minutes à pied. Ceci est la maison qui nous fait dire "WOW!"

Ceci est la plage par excellence get away avec lits King et TV à écran plat dans chaque chambre, lits superposés à côté de l'étage chambre principale, un jacuzzi dans la salle de bains principale, l'état des appareils d'art, en granit, cuisine sur mesure, salle de jeux et New Tout!

Wheather vous êtes dans la salle de séjour, à la table de salle à manger ou sur la terrasse, vous ne manquerez pas une baleine migration ou la vague parfaite monté par un océan est sur l'écran pour vous!

Lorsque vous entrez, le plan d'étage est léger et ouvert avec un mur de fen��tres donnant sur l'océan. Laissez les couchers de soleil viennent à vous!

Great for kids and adults!

We live locally and stayed here over spring break so we could go back and forth for sports. The house worked perfectly for us. The kids walked down the beach each day to play whiffle ball, collect shells and go in the water. When they weren’t at the beach, they were in the hot tub or the game room. While they were busy, I was able to work a bit or sit outside and read a book while listening to the ocean. Great times were had by all and we will definitely be back!

Nice House in a Wonderful Location

The home is lovely and the location is perfect. We would stay in this home again. Our check-in was unfortunately delayed due to the property management putting another family in the house by mistake. They tried to get us to accept a different house. However, we rented this particular house because of its location and floorplan. We were unable to check-in until late that first night. The property management company agreed to compensate us for this delay and our trip ended up being wonderful.

Beautiful home with everything and more

The home is lovely! Beautiful views of the ocean from several locations you can hear the waves! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook and the beds are comfortable. The jacuzzi tub and hot tub were a great bonus and the game room is super fun. Property management is also very helpful for anything that might come up. We will be back! Beautiful neighborhood too.

Great dog friendly beach destination

House was perfect and access to beach was unbeatable. No fence for dogs but we have leads that screw into the ground and it worked great.

Amazing view

The view & location are amazing, the house itself is getting a bit dated and could use a refresh. Kitchen was well stocked, small appliances were older but most worked, pots/pans were in good shape & plenty of dish ware. The dishwasher door spring was not quite working so the door would not stay down. The shower values were extremely complicated which was quite surprising for a rental house. The bedrooms were definitely in need of fresh paint, you could see where there had been a leak from the upstairs bathroom into the lower bedroom and the touch up paint did not quite match. The upstairs bed had a nice mattress topper, the 2 downstairs beds could have used one too as the mattresses were quite firm. Hot tub was great and worked well, easy to operate, plenty of outdoor furniture! The garage/game room was really well stocked but we stayed in Jan when it was colder so it was really cold being in the garage w/o heaters.

Family Fun at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for 10 people or less. We had three generations enjoy Thanksgiving Week together. Lots of views from this house of the ocean. Nicely appointed bedrooms all with King size beds. Largest Master Bedroom has bunk beds in walk in closet. Great room has a queen size sofa bed. Path to beach next to house and 10 minutes from house. Great house to cook in, relax and lots of adult and kid family games in garage such as ping pong, foosball. Pool and darts in garage. We didn’t drive anywhere the four days we were there.

Perfect long weekend

A group of 10 of us stayed for a long birthday weekend celebration. The house was lovely, the views were incredible and communication with the host was simple. Would recommend for sure!

Tidepool Review.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot water heater, WIFI and heater in house didn’t work upon arrival. Barstools on kitchen counter are falling apart. Hot tub control panel showed service over due and some jets didn’t work, missing latches on cover, blew off in winds. Shuffleboard table legs very loose, pucks broken. Some lights didn’t work. Upstairs toilet float sticks, handle to freezer kept falling off. Many of the features on the three showers didn’t work. Your staff worked very hard to get water heater and heater fixed and we appreciated the one night comp you gave us. We had to alter our plans for the first two days due to the heat and water issues.

Girl’s Trip

The house was beautiful inside and out. Clean and comfortable. Ocean view was awesome. Game room was so much fun! Trail to beach was tricky at the end. Already want to go back! Recommend highly! Host Stacy was wonderful!

A little bit of heaven.

Beautiful house, location and views of the ocean. The house was big enough for us, 7 adults and 3 children ages 1, 2, and 3 year old. Lots to do, in the game room. Just all around fabulous place to make memories.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

My sons (early 20's) and I loved staying in this beautiful home for our near end of season vacation. It's close to SF, and feels like a completely different world. The views of the ocean are stunning and there is a path down to the gorgeous sandy beach beside the property.

Lots of space and a wonderful close-in ocean view. The games room was impressive but underutilized by our group. Space seems perfect for a girls/boys getaway--a little over the top for our family crew.

Stunning views!

The views were stunning! Property management were very responsive. The path leading to the ocean can be alittle hard for some. (Thin, rocky wet/muddy in some areas) There is another path not far from this one that I found easier. The home is beautiful and as list but there are things that I feel that have been over looked and or showing aging. Patio doors have no locks, only pieces of wood at the bottom of the tracks, lining under couch hanging down, one of the bbq burns doesn’t work, handle to patio door going out to spa is loose, toilet paper holder in down stair bedroom is loose, mold at bottom of shower curtains, a few kitchen cabinet doors need fix, curtain rod falling down in dining room, handle to freezer fell off, house walls are in need of a fresh coat of pain not just touched up with the wrong color of paint or primer. With all that said, my family and I enjoyed this home!

Beautiful view and three master bedrooms!

I would recommend coming here as long as you are not looking for a high end luxury. Though the look was a bit dated the views were spectacular and the rooms were large and comfortable! Essentially 3 master bedrooms plus one room with bunkbeds. The showers were excellent! Some of the bathroom fixtures on the first floor such as cupboards and toilets could be updated as well as the bedspreads,and the electric fire place wasn't the best. I am only listing these because of the price. The couches were really comfortable so hanging out was easy. There were chairs on both the decks to relax in. The games in the garage were a fun touch but a but it felt like were in a garage of course. I would come back with a other coupls so we could split the cost and enjoy the experience as it was a beautiful setting. Everyone was very very helpful and friendly!

Nice house, great location

Our family really enjoyed the Tide Pool home in Dillon Beach. Can't beat the location and view....absolutely amazing! The house was perfect for our family gathering. We'll be back!

wonderful family weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at Tide Pool. The view is spectacular. Sunsets were amazing. Great location. Game room is a lot of fun. Will definitely be back.

The coffee maker was not working and was replaced rapidly. Thank you.One large wine glass got broken in the dishwasher, sorry.It was very warm inside when we arrived, and we opened the doors to cool it down. later with all the stormy weather it got cool, and we were unable to make it as comfortable as we would like with small children. We did use the fireplace, but it did not make much change. Perhaps we didn't know how to use it properly.My only real problem was the internet. It was very weak and short ranged. I set my android phone (with AT&T) to wireless but 80% of the time I had no service. I needed to communicate back home but couldn't. My daughter had an iPhone and was able to use it more often. I would hope that you could make improvement in that feature. We were there when the bad storm hit. We lost power several times but adapted fine. In the morning just before we left, we noticed the barbeque was no longer on the deck and the gutter over the garage was damaged.We look forward to visiting again next year.Carol Bartley
