Biennale d'Arsenale - appartement typique à deux pas du centre culturel

Grand appartement de 80 m2, situé à 50 mètres de l'entrée de la Biennale d'art et d'architecture d'Arsenale.
Il y a 400 ans, le palais abritait les principaux ouvriers de la Corderie dell'Arsenale, bâtiments dans lesquels les cordes des navires vénitiens étaient tissés et qui abritent aujourd'hui la Biennale.
Notre appartement est en modernisation continue, mais ne perd pas ses origines historiques.
La chambre est grande et accueillante, les nuits d'été, vous pouvez entendre le bruit de la fontaine Campiello della Tana au loin.
Le salon vous permettra de vous reposer confortablement à 5 personnes, ainsi que de manger sur la grande table ronde, ou même simplement regarder la télévision depuis le canapé moelleux.
Si vous le souhaitez, nous sommes parfaitement équipés pour cuisiner.
Dans l'entrée confortable, vous pouvez laisser des chaussures, des vestes, des clés et des parapluies.
Deux puissants ventilateurs de colonne vous permettent de vous rafraîchir dans le salon et dans la chambre par temps chaud.
Dans toute la maison il y a WIFI, gratuit pour nos clients.

Perfect place for the biennale

The apartment was perfectly situated for an intensive biennale experience. It had all the basic ghi gs one needs in a spacious, cool, simply furnished apartment in this residential neighborhood.

Great location-spacious apartment

Very communicative and helpful owner. This apartment is the perfect location- close enough to Piazza San Marco but yet a peaceful respite when you are finished with the crowds. The area gives you a very different feel of Venice that most don’t see.... it is more open and relaxed and also close to many art events. Nice for strolling along the water at night.

Great apartment

I really enjoyed this apartment. It is large and spacious and is comfortable. It is not fancy. The location is at the far eastern end of Venice and it is a great location if you are in Venice to attend the bienale. The host, who I did not meet, was responsive. I recommend.

Große Wohnung, hohe schöne Räume, man füllt sich sofort wohl.

Es hat uns auch dieses mal wieder extrem gut gefallen und wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit unseren Hund wieder recht wohl gefüllt. Moskito-Stecker sollte man jedoch mitnehmen. Man ist gleich bei den Anlegestellen der Vaporettos und auch in höchstens 10 Minuten am Markusplatz, dieses mal war es durch dieses Blöde Coronavirus auch angenehm ruhig in Venedig.

It was perfect for my wife & I. Just outside of the mix where you don’t have to deal with all the foot traffic but still close enough to everything to enjoy all the sites & sounds Venice has to offer

Große Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Mix aus neuen und alten Möbeln, sehr nett. Gute WLAN Verbindung. Küche leider nicht gut ausgestattet, keine Weingläser keine Schneidebretter. Lage super, direkt am Ausstellungsgelände Arsenale. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Très bonne location

Merci pour cette belle location. Avons sympathisé avec les locataires de l’immeuble Suite à un incendie à notre étage . Avons été impressionnés par les prestations des vigiles du feu Appartement bien équipé et agréable situé en face de l’arsenal. Idéal. Très bon contact avec Lorenzo Merci à Maria qui est venue nous chercher à l’embarcadère à 22h30

A wonderful apartment also for a longer stay!

The stylishly furnished apartment with a perfect mix of beautiful old Venetian furniture and new has pleased us very much. The apartment is huge, clean and very comfortable. The location at the Arsenale is very well situated. The direct contact to the landlord worked perfectly. Perfect host!

Delightful, spacious apartment. Location of contrasts, quiet but on the edge of the bustle.

We were met at the Arsenale and taken to the apartment, a very short walk away. The entrance to the building is a large spacious hall, stairs leading up to the first floor. The bedroom, lounge/dining, kitchen and bathroom were all spotless. I particularly liked the light from the 4 large window; 2 in lounge, 2 in bedroom, all with shutters. I also like the spaciousness of the street down below. The rooms all had a relaxed feel to them. I thought it was great to have a bath and the kitchen was equipped and a good size. There is a supermarket a short walk away, on a busy street of restaurants and bars. Its a good idea to go there in the morning as it is very busy. In the other direction, you are quickly in the hustle and bustle of Venice, making the apartment a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Thank you.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

The apartment is lovely, clean and spacious. Check in was easy with the house keeper meeting us on arrival. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the nearest water bus stop and a short walk from st marks square. There are plenty of small cafes, restaurants and a coop a 5 minute walk away that were alot cheaper than any where near san marco. We loved our stay here and will definitely book again next time we go to Venice.

Splendido soggiorno accanto all'Arsenale

Appartamento spazioso e molto confortevole affacciato su un campo silenzioso e luminoso, comodissimo per visitare la Biennale e per stare un po' fuori alle zone più affollate, che sono comunque facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Appartamento fornito di tutto. Migliorabile la pulizia.

Schöne große Wohnung in guter Lage

Sie befindet sich in der Zugangsstraße zum Arsenalle (Veranstaltungen). In der Gasse ist immer munteres Treiben, man könnte die Besucher beobachten, nur leider kann man die Fenster wegen der vielen Moskitos nicht öffnen da auch ALLE Moskitonetze defekt und wenn man ein Fenster öffnet darf man dann die Nacht durch die Moskitos jagen oder am nächsten Tag zerstochen aufwachen, "und das noch Ende Oktober"! Leider wurde dann auch noch die Kombitherme (Heizung und Warmwasser) Undicht und hat beim Sicherheitsventil zu tropfen angefangen so das wir eine Plastikgeschirr unterstellen mussten so das die Küche keinen schaden nimmt. Und immer wieder das den Wasserdruck in der Therme nachfüllen so das diese keinen Schaden nimmt.. Leider hat der Vermieter nicht auf mein Mail in dem ich ihn das gemeldet habe reagiert so wie leider auch schon vorher, wo er nicht auf Mails geantwortet hat. Was ich für nicht in Ordnung befinde. Ansonsten können wir (wenn die Moskitonetze und die Therme repariert werden) die Wohnung weiterempfehlen da wir uns in ihr ansonsten sehr wohl gefüllt haben. It is located in the access road to Arsenalle (events). In the alley is always lively activity, you could watch the visitors, but unfortunately you can not open the windows because of the many mosquitoes because all mosquito nets are broken and if you open a window then you can chase the night through the mosquitoes or the next Wake up the day bitten, "and still in late October"! Unfortunately, then also the Kombitherme (heating and hot water) leaked and started to drip at the safety valve so that we had to place a plastic crockery so that the kitchen takes no harm. And again and again that replenish the water pressure in the spa so that this takes no damage .. Unfortunately, the landlord has not responded to my mail in which I have reported him as unfortunately before, where he has not responded to mails. What I do not feel right. Otherwise, we can (if the mosquito nets and the spa to be repaired) recommend the apartment as we have otherwise filled in it very well.

Tolle Wohnung, ideale Lage

Diese schöne, große und elegante Wohnung befindet sich in idealer Lage, direkt neben dem Arsenale - für uns als Besucher der Biennale wirklich bestens! Sie ist sehr ruhig, nachts hört man nur das Plätschern des Brunnens. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Vaporetto-Haltestelle Arsenale - und in etwa 10 -15 Minuten allerschönsten Fussweges die Riva degli Schiavoni entlang auf der Piazza San Marco. Auch die Via Garibaldi, wo man alles findet, was man braucht - Bars, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bank, Post... - ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoß haben wir nicht ausprobiert, da uns der sehr hohe Preis für ein erstes Bier geärgert hat. Die Kontaktaufnahme am Morgen unserer Anreise hat uns sehr gefreut, so dass man sich wirklich sicher fühlte, dass alles gut klappen würde. Die auf die Minute pünktliche Übergabe durch die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Dame Nicoletta hat ebenso bestens geklappt - vielen herzlichen Dank! Die Küche haben wir - abgesehen vom Kühlschrank! - nicht gebraucht - sie ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer haben wir als sehr bequem empfunden - die Matratzen sind sehr angenehm. Die Zanzaregitter waren nicht mehr alle intakt, dies sollte wirklich sein, auch ein Ventilator oder eine Klimaanlage wäre angenehm (in einem heißen Sommer wie diesem!) Alles war sehr sauber. Wifi hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir haben uns in dieser charmanten venezianischen Wohnung mit ihren hohen Räumen, herrlichen Terrazzoböden und schönen Möbeln wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Besten Dank! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Große Wohnung mit allen was man sich nur wünschen kann in einer sehr guten Lage sehr Empfehlenswert

Wir hatten die Wohnung vom 02.06-09.06.2018 gemietet. Wir haben zwar den Besitzer und auch die Kontaktperson nie persönlich getroffen, aber immer über Telefon in Englisch gute, und bei allen Fragen hilfreiche Unterstützung erhalten. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wirklich wohl gefühlt, das schöne gepflegte Haus der grüne Garten und auch die freundlichen Mieter waren noch ein zusätzliches Plus, und wir werden ganz sicher für eine Woche im nächsten oder übernächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Das wirklich einzige Manko (im Sommer) sind die defekten und auch nicht vorhandenen Moskitonetze, da die Wohnung in der Nacht dadurch nicht abgekühlt werden kann. Eine Klimaanlage hätte dieses Problem gelöst. Eine Heizung für die Kältere Jahreszeit ist auch vorhanden. Küchenfenster wegen des stehenden Wassers am darunterliegenden Daches, und daher einer Mokito-Invasion bitte im Sommer NIEMALS öffnen. Der Vermieter hat uns versprochen sich um die Moskitonetze zu kümmern, was wir dann beim nächsten Besuch ja hier hoffentlich bestätigen können. Im Haus gibt es auch eine gute Pizzeria und vor den Haus einen Wasserbrunnen der mit seinen leichten beruhigenden Plätschern das Einschlafen fördert. Also zusammengefasst sehr Empfehlenswert. Rizm... Although we never met the owner and the contact person in person, we always received good support over the phone in English, and helpful help with all matters. We felt really comfortable in the apartment, the beautiful well-kept house the green garden and the friendly tenants were an additional plus, and we will most certainly come back for a week in the next year or the year after next. The really only drawback (in the summer) are the broken and non-existent mosquito nets, as the apartment can not be cooled by night. An air conditioner would have solved this problem. A heater for the colder season is also available. Kitchen window due to the stagnant water on the roof below, and therefore a Mokito invasion NEVER open in the summer. The landlord promised us to take care of the mosquito nets, which we can then confirm here next visit, hopefully yes. In the house there is also a good pizzeria and in front of the house a water well that promotes falling asleep with its light soothing ripples. So summarized highly recommended. Rizm ... Really a lovely apartment, very well situated and quiet

We stayed in this lovely apartment on our trip to Venice and really enjoyed it's charm, location, and quiet. It's very close to everything and the restaurant downstairs was welcoming and served good food. Also, we really appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped - sometimes an advertised kitchen is nothing more than a barely functional stovetop and some forks - not so here! The wifi was unfortunately not functioning correctly but the owner was very responsive to us about it and tried his best to help. The one recommendation I would make is to include a room fan so that guests don't have to leave the windows open through the night (when the mosquitoes are out) to keep cool.

Lage und Gebäude, sowie Einrichtung der Wohnung war super, es hat an Nichts gefehlt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, alles war sauber und gemütlich, keinerlei Störung, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Anlegeplatz der Bootsanlegestelle, trotzdem ruhig und gemütlich.

Super location & great apartment

My husband and I just returned yesterday from a 4 night stay at Lorenzo's apartment to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. It was just as the photos showed as sometimes you can't tell. It was a great modernization retaining the full character of the building and a bright and airy space which is better when you get there compared to photos. The location was 4 mins walk from the Arsenale vaporetto stop and easy access to the airport, easy walking along the waterfront to San Marco and north to the Rialto bridge and further. Lorenzo is a very helpful host although we didn't meet him this time; he had his housekeeper meet us. The apartment is above a pizzeria so very handy for good food! It closes at 10pm so no chance of noise disturbance. In fact once closed it was very quiet indeed on that street. The Via Garibaldi is a few mins walk round the corner where there's a Coop supermarket and plenty of eateries and small shops of all types. Shops close Sundays and Bank Holidays which we forgot about hence eating out every day in the end. This area is far less touristy than over towards San Marco which we preferred. All in all we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. We plan to come back and will stay here again.

Biennale Arsenale: bella casa storica, location perfetta in un'area tranquilla di Venezia

Siamo una famiglia di tre persone. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni in questa casa molto accogliente e perfettamente collocata per visitare Venezia (soprattutto la Biennale: la biglietteria è a pochi metri dall'alloggio). L'appartamento è pulitissimo, luminoso e dotato di tutte le comodità necessarie, assolutamente vincente su molte altre proposte d'affitto nel rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci torneremo senz'altro.
