Typique appartement vénitien entièrement restauré en avil 2012, situé dans le coeur de Venise avec une vieu merveilleuse sur le Palais des Doges et sur le Campanil de Saint Marc.
Il est situé au troisième étage, trés prôche de Place Saint Marc et des embarcadères des bateaux qui relient tous les îles de la lagune.

Wonderful flat in a perfect location!

We loved our stay here. Fernando was so kind to wait for us at the water taxi and walk us to the flat. Flat was comfortable and cozy. Literally a minute from St. Mark's square but on a quiet street so we weren't bothered by crowds or noise. Highly recommend it!

Fernando is the best!

Travel delays caused massive stress and lost half a day but Fernando was so gracious and worked with us on our VERY very late arrival. A/C worked great in the summer heat and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, highly recommend.

Cozy & Clean Apartment

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is in a great location. The owner is responsive, offered great guidance and tips, and also met us at the water bus.As others have mentioned, there are alot of stairs to climb to access the apartment. Having said that, it's all relative considering the sheer amount of walking and climbing up and down the canal bridges to get from point A to B in Venice.

Perfect Location for Venice Exploration

My wife and teenage daughter and I had a great time in Venice due in no small part because of the location of the apartment and Fernando’s hospitality! Truly 100m from San Marco and since we were travelling by train from Lucca and water taxi, the location was also very handy to the San Zaccaria stop. Very comfortable, bright, quiet and nicely appointed property right across the Calle Albanesi from Venice Bakery - excellent croissants and coffee from this place!! Not that anything is very far away in Venice but the apartment location 100% suites our needs. BBeing so close to Zaccaria B made it also very convenient to access the airport when leaving. Fernando was a great host providing all the information up front and meeting us at the water taxi on arrival! Highly recommended!!

Lovely Place

The flat was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pier and major attractions were within easy walking distance. The apartment is at the top of several flights of stairs which might be difficult for some travellers. There were also a few mosquitoes.

Perfect Venice Apartment

Lovely spacious apartment, minutes from St Mark's square. The 2 bed apartment was just what we needed, quiet and cool, but right near the centre of things of things.

Venice Apartment at St. Mark's Square

Fernando's apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice. Location is near the busy St. Mark's Square and right by many of the popular tourist attractions. Place was clean and had everything we needed and Fernando greeted us and showed us the place upon arrival.

The apartment was in a wonderful location, so close to plaza San Marco and to nice restaurants and shopping. The owner met us when we arrived and led us to the apartment. It was a wonderful stay.

Perect stay in Venice

Lots of stairs to get to apartment ..especially with luggage... But beside that...it was a good stay... Close to everything... restaurants, coffee, basilica, ferries, etc.. Fernando was very helful and always available for a quick question ..

Loved it!

This property was absolutely perfect. Location was great, so close to everything, especially the vaparetto, which is so important. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed fine. Shower was good, beds were comfortable. We initially thought there were a lot of stairs but as we have continued to stay in different places in Italy, the stairs here are a piece of cake. Would highly recommend this place.

Location, Location, Host!

I can't imagine a better spot to stay in Venice. The location is excellent, and yet somehow the apartment is still a good size and comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the host - Fernando - was kind and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, lots of stairs to get to it

Location was terrific. It was roomy and very clean. Only negative was the narrow, steep winding stairs that made navigating with luggage difficult. Fernando was very helpful and responsive.

Perfect Location

The location of the apartment is the best! You are within a minute to shops, food and transportation! Fernando was very responsive and met us at the water bus and took us up to the apartment and showed us how things worked! 10/10 would def recommend!!!

Excellent accommodation

There are a lot if stairs to get you in shape!!! Fernando is a gracious host, and the location is superb, albeit near the busiest area on Venice (San Marco) Unit was comfortable, with everything you may need for an extended stay, if you choose to eat in. All in all, if/when we return to Venice , well check for availability here, first.

Great location!

Perfect location just 3-4 minute walk from St. Mark’s square and everal restaurants at the end of the alley. Easy transit from the train station by ferry and host met us on arrival then led us on the 2 minute walk to the apartment. Warning, it is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for US readers) and the stairs are narrow so cumbersome when carrying suitcases. I would definitely stay here again.

There was lots of space on the apartment and it’s a great location. One problem is the lock is pretty hard to unlock to front door

Great apartment, next to San Marco, amazing price!

Superb apartment right next to San Marco. Really close by to all the place you will visit in Venice. Owner was super friendly and very accommodating, greeted us well and introduced us to the apartment. Price was amazing and I could not ask for better, its way better than going to a hotel. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT!!
