Bienvenue à Ventura! Cet étage 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain en duplex est parfaitement situé pour profiter de la saveur locale Pierpont plage et atmosphère de petite ville. Juste un pâté de sable, il est à distance de marche des restaurants, une épicerie, un café et un bar. Le parking de l'Allée est disponible pour 2 voitures et WiFi rapide est dans toute la maison. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour vous permettre de profiter d'un bon repas à la maison. Il y a deux lits confortables queen, avec beaucoup de serviettes et draps d'utilisation, ainsi que d'un canapé-queen dans le salon. Nous avons des planches de bodyboard, des chaises et des parasols à votre disposition pour une journée de détente à la plage. Notre pont spacieux est mis en place au salon, profiter de brises de l'océan et barbecue ainsi que dîner en plein air!

Vous aurez beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir à proximité. Prenez une excursion d'observation des baleines ou profiter d'une journée de pêche. Promenez-vous dans les boutiques et restaurants à la marina ou louer des vélos et explorer le long de la piste cyclable. Le chariot libre, qui reprend à quelques pas de votre porte, vous mènera au centre-ville ou le port de plaisance (courses du mercredi au dimanche). Si antiquing ou magasin d'aubaines shopping est votre passion, Ventura dispose d'un grand nombre de magasins où est votre trésor attend. Et si vous voulez juste pour se détendre ... eh bien, vous êtes arrivés.

Great place in a great area

This is our second time staying at this location, we enjoyed just as much as the first time. The rental is perfectly located to everything via foot. Great place to stay to experience a beach town experience.

Best vacation home in Ventura

The home was prefect. Very clean oppon arrival and made us feel very at home. Great location right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The terrace made the stay even better, we enjoyed it daily. Would recommend and would loved to stay there again!

Great location

Overall, we were very happy with the property and would consider staying again. It was nice to be able to open the doors to the deck and have a great breeze coming through the only thing we wish we had at times was perhaps a ceiling fan in the bedrooms. But love the location and everything the home had.

Impromptu Memorial Day vacation

Incredible location. Beautiful, clean beach bungalow. Great amenities, well stocked. We came to the area on short notice for a funeral but were able to make some wonderful family memories as well thanks to this vacation booking. We return to the area regularly for work and family and are planning on making this a regular booking if possible. Very happy with our stay. Thank you!

Wonderful time in Ventura

We absolutely loved to location of Sandy’s rental. It was walking distance to everything we wanted., beach, cafe, restaurants, and a liquor store. The kitchen was well stocked with all kitchen essentials and plenty of extras. The deck was a lovely extension to the living room. We are planning to return in the near future.

My Second Visit

I'm a frequent visitor to the Pierpont Neighborhood as I like to have my own space when I visit my family. This was my second stay at this property and I look forward to staying there again. The apartment comes fully stocked with everything you might need, with a market and coffee shop nearby. Pierpont is a wonderful beachside neighborhood.

Quiet cozy Cottage. Feel Like a local

I stayed here with a friend for an extended amount of time during the Summer. This is a perfect getaway cottage with all amenities. The patio is excellent for grilling and watching the Sunset. Great access to the local restaurants and shops. Sushi, burgers, and the pub were all delicious. I highly recommend getting fresh oysters from the Jolly Oyster and bringing them back to the house. The walk to the beach is under two minutes. Overall, this is a great place to getaway and unwind. At the end of the stay, I felt like I was part of the Ventura Community and didn't want to leave.

Very nice place. Everything works and furniture is comfortable. Appreciated the washer/dryer and there is plenty of space in garage to unload our stuff. Location is great for beach and bike trail access, though it can get a bit noisy on the weekends. Very tolerable though. Patio is a plus and ocean breeze passes through uninterrupted unlike a first floor unit. Everything was clean enough, though not super clean like some other rentals we've been in recently. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely rent again.

Great location, exactly as advertised

We had a great stay. The place is exactly as advertised. It's just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and there are chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards in the garage. The place was clean-ish (not amazing but no real complaints). I would say it could do some with more regular maintenance, but overall nothing that impacted our stay. The deck is really nice, and we spent a lot of time there. It's right across the street from the Liquor store which was our biggest concern, but there really wasn't any issue with noise. It just isn't the prettiest of views. Would be happy to stay here again.

Just as described!

Our family of six just spent a week at this property. It offers all the perks and amenities as described and photographed! The location provides easy access to the beach as well as to the freeway, and the rental office is just a few steps away. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped for making family meals and we were even delighted to find a French press available for making our morning coffee. The beach is literally a short walk down the street and beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards are provided in order to make the most of your beach visit. The patio is decked out with lots of comfortable furniture as well as umbrellas and evening lights. Comfortable beds and soft sheets were also a big plus. This was a great place for our family!

What a Nice Classical Pierpont Ventura Vacation Getaway Site!

My wife and I brought our nephew and his three kids, 13, 11, and 10 to the beach house for early Summer vacation. What a nice place! OK maybe a LITTLE hectic with just the one bath, but we made it work. Communication with the agent, Sandy, was fast and always helpful. Parking was nice, directly below the unit, and included a garage with a washer and a dryer, both very nice and new. Included in the garage were boogie boards (4) beach toys and plenty of beach chairs and a nice sun shelter too. Perfect for those beach trips with the kiddos. Access was adequate; you do need to climb some steps to access the property; be careful when lugging up heavy suitcases. The spacious deck is great; a grill, chairs, tables and a nice umbrella makes a perfect al fresco dining experience even better. Can you say fish tacos? The first night we made our own, the second day for lunch, we stopped in and had take-out at the place located literally 3 minutes away. GREAT! The kitchen has a nice gas range which we loved, and an oven that was also gas. Beautiful for cooking and baking. There were NO condiments, spices, mixes, or sugar or salt, so remember to buy/bring your own. Vons grocery is 3 minutes away, and there is a small store also about 100 feet from your parking space. Plenty of cups, plates, utensils, and knives, and the knives were sharp and actually better than most, which I may say, is NOT usually the norm. The two bedrooms have nice and comfortable beds-my family did say a few fans maybe would have been helpful, but a nice breeze was almost always available when you just opened the windows and doors. No flies or mosquitos, as my oldest was quick to point out. The bed in the living room was also comfortable and quick to set up and take down. Towels, beach towels, linens and blankets were clean and plentiful. All and all, a nice place and a nice Ventura getaway. We would definitely come this way again. Thanks!

Very nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host Sandy answered all our questions. The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped and well located. Our only recommendation would be to get a more efficient cleaning service. Although the apartment is clean, the pots, the oven, the barbeque and the laundry area need additional attention.

Fun week in Ventura!

Our family had a great week-long stay over 4th of July weekend! The home is a short walk from the beach. The outdoor deck was a great place to grill and eat dinner. We absolutely loved having access to the garage - how convenient to have downstairs storage for beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc...! The home is across the street from a liquor store and all the interesting types of folks that attracts - but that didn't bother us at all. A very warm welcome and good communication with property manager. Thanks for a pleasant stay :)
