This comfortable coastal retreat is just steps from Buenaventura State Beach, offering a convenient and relaxing stay close to everything Ventura has to offer.

The open living area is designed for easy gatherings, with two plush sofas and an armchair providing plenty of seating. Large windows let in natural light, creating a bright and inviting space. A bonus room features a 32-inch TV and seating for five—perfect for a movie night—while an upstairs loft offers a quiet spot to read or catch up on work.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The dining table seats four, with additional space at the breakfast bar for two more.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The bathroom includes a glass-enclosed tub/shower combination.

Outside, the private patio has seating and a place to enjoy a great meal or just relaxing in the fresh air. An outdoor shower provides a convenient way to rinse off after the beach, and a private hot tub offers a place to unwind.

Great area. Parking is dicey. "Small car" is an overstatement. A Golf cart or Micro car is all that would fit. Depending on time of year, could be a real problem.

My husband and I visit the Ventura area at least twice a year and this time was wonderful. The place was clean and organized with plenty of room to relax. We enjoyed hanging out in the den and patio. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a park right across. Also, really close to the beach. We will definitely stay at this place the next time we visit Ventura.

Perfect

Perfect beach house. We traveled to race at the local speedway so didn’t have much time to enjoy. Wish we did an extra day. The shower was my favorite lol.

The perfect stay. Just amazing

Loved the amount of information an photos of the place we chose to stay at, and the host are very quick to respond to questions. The place was spotless and fully accommodating with towels, soaps an all the basics for bathroom an kitchen, they think of everything! They worked with us when it came to bringing pets, asking for an early check-in, and late checkout. They clean the place before your stay an even make sure everything is in working order.You can feel how they really care about your stay, an give you complete piece of mind through your whole vacation. Honestly, never been taken care of as well as Sunny Days did for us. House itself was a blast! Small walk to the beach, mins from pier, downtown and even grocery.The hot tub was amazing. Simple to use, an icing on the cake. We'll for sure be staying with Sunny Days again. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay

Nice older home walking distances from beach (share state side beach). Next to lifeguard station, a plus. Home an older style, 70/80's decor. Plenty of space: living, dining room and kitchen. If planning on cooking, bring essentials, did not have it all. I brought a blender, baking dish, frying pan. Need of Tupperware for left overs (or bring zip lock baggies), provided mini dish soap, use sparingly. LOVED stove/oven and microwave, fridge decent size. Laundry room: gave packets to wash clothes, bring your own (no clothes line to dry suits). Bathroom: shower nice and big, rec own toilet paper (provided 2, not enough), con: no door lock, if on toilet get hit by door, no exhaust fan. Bedroom 1: beds very soft/comfortable, provide floor fan (it gets hot). Master BR: bed extremely firm (hard time sleeping, used extra blankets to sleep on top), had phone charging station, and ceiling fan plus. Both rooms plenty of storage area. Den: super cute, plenty of space, upper loft, best room in the house; played games there, open the sky windows, gets hot. Backyard: provided 4 beach chairs, spa nice, shower station: lower shower did not work (for feet). Con: gate not locked, 2 different days pool guys walked in backyard without notifying us. With issues owner was were quick to respond and resolve. No AC in house so had side door open a lot. Sheets/towels clean (smell bleach in them). Parking VERY small space (traverse sticked out in walk way) street had parking hrs. Good experience overall
