This charming, completely remodeled beach house in Pierpont, Ventura is an awesome, relaxing location for your beach getaway! The upstairs unit of a classic beach duplex, this beautifully decorated, 2-bedroom home has a fantastic private outdoor living area, is on the beach block and is about 10 houses from the beach! Inside, this home has a cozy, intimate but spacious feel and is ideally suited for a couple, small family or a small group of friends. This is a great place if you want a relaxing, enjoyable beach vacation!
Inside, the living room has vaulted ceilings which provides comfortable living area with an open, spacious feel. The new kitchen with designer backsplash tile has new cabinets, countertops, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, blender, small appliances and filtered drinking water and dishwasher. The second-story floor plan of kitchen/dining/living space creates an intimate, peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV, (not currently serviced by cable) but has an Apple TV and you can watch Netflix or any other Apple TV app. The two bedrooms both have a queen bed and closet with dresser drawers for storage. There is a blow up twin mattress as well. The living room has two very comfortable sofas. Linens, towels and all basic supplies are provided. High speed WiFi is available throughout, and play your favorite playlists with our Bose Bluetooth speaker.
This home offers complete indoor-outdoor living! With beautiful second story views of the neighborhood and plenty of natural light you feel like you are outside. Or you can hangout outside by taking the front stairs around the back of the house to your private backyard equipped with comfy couch and chairs and a fire pit (No BBQ) along with an outdoor dining table and chairs. All of this is surrounded by a beautiful garden of succulent plants and bright colored bougainvillea, as well as your own hot-and-cold shower and washer and dryer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This home is only suitable for people who will be mindful of noise between 9PM and 8AM. Because you are in the upper unit and the living room and hallway is directly above the bottom unitâs bedroom, we ask that you be mindful of noise, even on the weekends. We also ask that you please remove your shoes when entering our home and keep the TV set below 15 at all times and music at an equivalent volume level. The bottom duplex tenets come up to the backyard so we ask that you also be considerate of noise outside especially from 9PM-8AM and do not do laundry which is next to the downstairs units bedroom during those hours.
The garage is currently not available for use but there is dedicated parking for two normal-sized cars available in the driveway in front of and to the right of the garage. Additional parking is available a few houses down on the Main Street of Pierpont Boulevard.
The property is on the beach block of the beautiful Ventura seagrass beaches, and is also only 5 minute walk from the quaint Pierpont shopping area offering dining, drinks, yogurt, and coffee shops. Also a few blocks away is a Vons supermarket, Donut shop, Starbucks, bike shop, running shop. Towards the other end of Pierpont Boulevard is Marina Park where people walk dogs, play with their kids, do yoga and watch the surfers. An absolute must do is the bike ride (or walk) along the bike lane that is over the beach to the Ventura Pier where you can have tacos on the pier or go for a nice ocean view dinner at the Beach House Restaurant and get beers at the local MadeWest Brewery above. Make sure not to miss the amazing sunsets in front of the house and the gorgeous views of the islands as well!
This location is also very close to San Buenaventura State Beach, Ventura Harbor and Old Town in Downtown Ventura.
