Chéri Beach Cottage Off Pierpont - 1/2 bloc de sable

Parfait pour les familles !! Ce chouchou de trois chambres, une salle de bain chalet avec un décor lumineux est juste 1/2 bloc du sable dans le quartier Pierpont. Il est juste une voie de Marina Park, qui dispose d' 'aire de jeux, bateau pirate, et la corde la poulie enfants grands. La maison est à distance de marche des commerces et des restaurants. Ventura Harbor, entrée du parc national des îles Channel, est 2. 76 miles de la maison. L'historique Ventura Pier est 2. 79 miles au nord le long de vélo bien entretenu et des sentiers pédestres.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, et tout ce que vous aurez besoin pour profiter de votre séjour. Les cours avant et arrière sont entièrement clôturé avec un joli jardin avant et arrière-cour spacieuse. La cour arrière dispose d'une table avec six chaises, parasol et foyer - parfait pour faire griller des guimauves.

La maison dispose de trois chambres à coucher - 1 King, 1 Reine, et 1 avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. Les chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, et des jouets de sable fournis. Linge de maison - draps et serviettes sont fournis -. Internet sans fil gratuit dans la maison.

The Best Rental in Ventura

I would live here if I could. We loved this home that was 1/2 block to the beach. It is the ideal beach house. It has everything a beach house shoukd have, plus charm. Bicycles, beach toys, outside eating area, plus a direplace for chilly evenings.

Beach visit

The property was perfectly dog friendly with a large front and back yard and right down the street from the beach. The neighborhood was just what you would expect from a beach town. Very enjoyable stay.

A cozy cottage

We enjoyed our stay. Someone in a previous review mentioned a soft bed. The bed was soft, but once we slept in it, we LOVED it. We both have issues with our backs and that soft bed fixed them. We will be changing mattresses when we get home. The lane we stayed on was lovely…the neighbors were so friendly. We loved the proximity to the beach.

Location is Everything!

This is a small bungalow in the middle of paradise. Most important, they allowed our family dog for our weeklong stay. The only negative is the very small bathroom with an awkward layout. We appreciated an affordable place, close to the ocean and everything we love about Ventura.

Lil beach house

Have stayed before and really enjoyed it! Again, great place, has everything you need to have fun close to the beach. Was a little hot this time but utilized the several portable fans to cool off the house as the sun went down and kept on at night. We will back!

very cute place right near beach

this place was perfect for me and my dog. big fenced in back yard, and just a few houses to the beach. I love having a dishwasher in vacation rentals, and the kitchen was totally stocked, and there was a ton of beach and bath towels.

Charming cozy house with great yard and so close to the beach. Exceptional bedding and very comfortable. Very clean, all the amenities you could need. We would love to return to this wonderful beach house.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We had the most wonderful time at this adorable beach cottage. The proximity to the beach was a dream come true, and the fact that it had everything we needed made our stay even better. Our family felt right at home, and the cozy atmosphere of the cottage added to the charm of the whole trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting memories. Five stars without a doubt!

Fantastic amenities so close to the beach

It was even closer to the beach than I expected! And the beach is always uncrowded because the access is like neighborhood only so it feels like a private beach. You do have to climb stairs to access the beach so that meant unloading the wagon and carrying gear up the stairs but that wasn’t a problem for us. We loved the property and the neighborhood. The beds are so comfy! (The master bed at least in my personal experience was pillowtop soft). The garage is full of fun stuff and the kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/dryer is a lifesaver and they even provide the detergent which is rare. We would definitely rent again!

Table for dining only accommodates 4, maybe 5 people. Stayed with 3 children and 4 adults. No trash bags or niceties like bath soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. Ran out of (kitchen) soap and toilet paper. Filthy air fryer oven insert. Dishes needed (re)washing before use. Bedrooms not heated when bedroom door is closed. Two of us got sick from our stay. Poorly maintained property with visible rust as well as damaged bay window surfaces. Tiny single-sink bathroom insufficient for 7 guests. Garage door opener did not work.

Great little house. Very clean

This house was such a wonderful little gem. Some things I would have liked to have known before visiting: Bring your own pet supplies, there are none. The front gate does not close. It will blow right back open so your dog is not secure. You will need to take something to wedge it closed to keep your kids and dog in. There are plenty of beach chairs (probably 10) and toys, a wagon, a couple of beach umbrellas, and even a little cooler bag. You won’t mind the walk to the beach. It’s very close! But you will mind dragging all the supplies up and down the steps and then carrying that wagon separately. The beach is not crowded at all. On cooler days, we had it 90% to ourselves! Dogs are everywhere on the beach in the mornings/evenings. A lot are off leash. They were all very well behaved though. There is a lot of construction going on around that street. It wasn’t quiet and workers were kinda everywhere the whole time. The master bedroom bed Needs replaced desperately. I couldn’t even sit on the end of it. The other beds were firm. My son slept on the couch because of it. Bring your own laundry basket. There are none. And no shampoo/body wash, etc.

Thanksgiving week stay

Such a cute beach home. Love the original feel. Loads of space for a family with little ones… only 2 of us on this trip and fit us perfectly, , bathroom is on the small side. All the amenities and extras made it feel like home. Used the washing machine, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee pot and dryer…., bikes, beach chairs and beach cart was a HUGE bonus! Good communication with owner. Super location on a very quiet street. No road noise from 101, only the sound of the ocean. Amazing relaxing vacation. Spent every day with coffee on the beach and easy walk to Dukes and Seaward.

Perfect beach vacation

This house was very clean (and cute) for my family of 4 and dogs. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Enclosed front and backyard were great for small kids and dogs. Would absolutely love to stay here again. Clean, safe neighborhood that was only steps away from the beach. No crazy crowds either. Just perfect!
