Une maison de famille incroyable située dans des jardins tranquilles avec une forme libre bordée de palmiers

La villa est située dans des jardins divagants à différents niveaux avec de nombreux espaces pour s'asseoir et admirer la vue. La piscine accueillante est entourée de beaux palmiers et d'une grande terrasse pour bronzer. Au-dessus de la piscine se trouve une pergola avec un coin salon à une extrémité et une cuisine d'été à l'autre. Dans cette partie, il y a un frigo, un évier, des placards, contenant des verres et assiettes en plastique, et une bouilloire. Le plan de travail en granit s'étend pour former un coin salon avec quatre tabourets. Idéal pour s'asseoir et regarder les activités dans la piscine. Une extension wifi vous permet de rester en contact à cet endroit. De même, la pergola, à l'extérieur des portes-fenêtres offre plus d'ombre et une table pour 8 personnes. Il y a aussi un autre patio découvert, idéal pour profiter du soleil de fin d'après-midi avec des vues spectaculaires sur la montagne Montgo.

À l'intérieur, il y a la télévision par satellite qui fournit la plupart des chaînes britanniques. Une vaste collection de CD et DVD et de nombreux livres et jeux. La climatisation est fournie dans chaque chambre avec un ventilateur de plafond dans le salon de télévision. Le chauffage central et un poêle à bois sont fournis pour les mois d'hiver.

La ville historique de Javea propose des rues étroites, un marché hebdomadaire et une grande sélection de bars à tapas et de cafés. Le vieux port de Javea et l'Arenal, avec sa fabuleuse plage de sable et ses restaurants pour tous les goûts, sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Également dans un lecteur de 10 minutes est le club de golf de championnat de 27 trous de La Sella. Pour ceux qui recherchent moins de défi, le club de golf équidistant de Javea offre une alternative similaire. Tennis et équitation sont également à proximité.

Fab Villa

A relaxing stay in a beautiful villa, with magnificent pool and grounds. Close to Xabia and not far from a selection of beaches. Moraira busier for a good evening out and Altea very pretty. Thoroughly enjoyable stay despite changeable but interesting weather!!

The whole experience went like a dream. The villa was in a fantastic position, quiet and with beautiful gardens and pool. Inside it was extremely well equipped and comfortable, I would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic.

Gorgeous House

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It has loads of character and the garden and surroundings are beautiful. The pool is big and two metres at the deep end so fantastic if you want to be able to jump and dive in. Nice covered outdoor dining area, great bbq, comfortable pool furniture and great pool bar area. Great location with plenty to do in the vicinity. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful retreat at the foot of Mongo and close to all amenities

Fantastic property to rekindle family ties over the holiday season. Would love to return in the warmer months but this suited our needs completely with a nearby local store, smaller villages to explore and hiking trails for those who want to enjoy nature. Only drawback was the exit/entrance off the highway which is essential to access property up the hill....not for the faint of heart. Loved the views, the quietness, and the property had everything to cook, bbq or just lounge by the pool.

Paradise -- as advertised!

El Pinito was the perfect choice for our stay in Javea - 3 comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (with a comprehensive grocery package on our arrival), beautifully landscaped grounds, a delightful pool and the most wonderful view of Montgo. The new gas barbecue was a bonus - entertaining and feeding 8 guests (making 13 of us in all) was a breeze. Owner Roger Osborne was very helpful and prompt in answering all our queries. Wonderful

A beautiful pool area and garden surround the house, with many places to sit and enjoy the stunning view of Montgo. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and outdoor kitchen as well as long evenings sitting on the covered patio listening to the cicadas. The house itself was well set out with a very well stocked kitchen containing everything we could have possibly needed. The two twin bedrooms were very comfortable and the shared bathroom was very modern, clean and perfect for our teenage daughters to share. The master bedroom and ensuite were also very clean and comfortable. The airconditioning in the bedrooms was a godsend for our August week! We spent a very happy week here, mostly in the pool, and would love to return in the future.

Incredible gem, better in person

Beautiful property that has so much space inside and outside. They have everything you need and more for all ages. The location of the villa is perfect, a very quiet area but within walking distance to the old town and to the beach if your up for a bit longer walk. Beautiful welcome package with all the essentials to get us going, the pool area is a sun trap and gets it right into the evening. Many areas to sit/eat/relax. Perfect for those who do want some separate space too, with the master bedroom being quite separate to the other two rooms. The master is very spacious and newly done out. The other two rooms are much more traditional but plenty of storage and very comfortable. Only watch out, nothing to do with the villa but the area is seriously struggling with taxis since COVID, often couldn't get one for hours. Prebookinv on The taxi1 app was the most reliable method.

Great villa and pool in stunning, peaceful surroundings

We are grateful to Roger and Barbara for sharing their beautiful Spanish home with us, we had a great holiday and the villa was superb. It was so much bigger than expected, both outside and in, and was spotlessly clean. We’ve stayed in lots of villas over the years and what sets this one apart is the attention to detail and the quality of things like the sun loungers and umbrellas - much better than a basic holiday rental. A very generous welcome pack was provided! Communication with Roger prior to, and during, our stay was straightforward and he was very responsive and helpful with just the right amount of detail provided. The pool was fabulous, much bigger than expected, the photos don’t do it justice! Pool depth ranges from 1.2m to 2.0m with easy access via steps. The palm trees around the pool provide some welcome shade and the ‘ledge’ along one side catches the evening sun. Perfect! The garden and pool area are very private and not overlooked, with the neighbouring properties well-screened. The villa is in a very tranquil setting with great views of the mountain and lots of greenery. WiFi worked well and there was good mobile phone coverage. The layout of the villa would be ideal for two couples as the main bedrooms and bathrooms are quite separate from each other. The en suite bathroom is stunning! I highly recommend this property!

Great villa

A superb Villa in an amazing area. The property and grounds are well equipped and very well kept. Unfortunately there was ongoing building and demolition work and to the property further along the road which resulted in noise of machinery and plant through the week. Other than this we could not fault the property.

Amazing Villa

Just can’t say enough about this place! We had the best time staying at this villa - kids loved the pool, so did we! The villa is set on grounds that can only be described as paradise - with far reaching mountains views and absolute privacy it’s hard to believe you are a short walk from a beautiful town and a very short drive to the beach. Xàbia is such a cool town, everyone is very nice friendly and there are so many restaurants to choose from. Our plan was to use the bbq at the villa but we ate out most of the time. The Moroccan at the end of the street is definitely worth a visit. I would say to anyone who is hesitating about clicking on the book button, don’t - you won’t be disappointed.

An Idyllic Oasis in Javea

I am unable to put into words how wonderful this villa is. I've been holidaying in Javea since I was a child, and now I am holidaying there with my own young family - and this is the best villa I have ever stayed in. It has everything, and the outside and pool area is stunning. Our two daughters were swimming from the moment they got up, to the moment they went to sleep. Just perfect.

A real find

Having visited Javea fourteen times, staying at several villas, it was a bit of an unknown as to what this villa would be like. We were not disappointed, and fair to say one of the best we have stayed in Roger was excellent in communication and everything was all we expected and more. Will look to come back at some stage soon.

Great location and view of Montgo. Great pool, well equipped kitchen, good bathrooms. Good outside space. Very hot during our stay so didn't use inside spaces much. Air conditioning in bedrooms only.

Très belle location

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa. Il ne manque rien. Nous avons particulierement apprécié la chambre parentale et l'extérieur qui est magnifique : superbe piscine, vue magnifique sur le Montgo. Quartier calme et bien situé, proche des plages et du centre-ville. Le seul bémol est la cuisine, qui mériterait un meilleur entretien... Je recommande.

Wonderful holiday

We stay in the villa for 1 week and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The swimming pool was great, with sunbeds for everyone. Garden and house well kept. Big hotel like bathrooms. Close enough to town and beach by car. Very quiet and relax area. We would return.

Vacaciones

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica. La casa está equipada con todo tipo electrodomésticos, accesorios y menaje que puedas necesitar, incluso en la piscina lo que hacen que la estancia sea muy cómoda. Por decir algo, a la hora de l comida hace mucho calor en cualquier zona de la casa. La vivienda tiene ventiladores portátiles que lo hacen más llevadero. Recomendable

Beautiful Villa in an Amazing Location. As advertised !!!!

My Wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Roger and Barbara's Villa the first 10 days of May, 2019. We have used HomeAway in the past and Booked many Cottages , Hotel Rooms Etc with HomeAway and other Sites. This Villa was the first time we have arrived at one and were completely and Happily Surprised that the Villa far exceeded all of our expectations. We looked for a Villa in this area for months and could not be more pleased with the Villa and our Hosts Barbara and Roger who could not have been more honest and helpful on every basis of our Trip and Planning. Any one considering the Villa should know that the Pictures Do Not do the Villa and its surrounds Justice. The Villa is Huge , well laid out with everything and more than you will possibly need. The neighborhood is also Beautiful and Safe. My wife and I walked the nieghbourhood many times . The weather was amazing , on average 25C in the shade every afternoon with a refreshing Breeze all day long. Then there is the Crystal Clear Pool ( Temp 22) . I can not say enough about our stay other than we will be back in the near future and will surely take some friends. Also Thank you Barbara and Roger. Roger and Barbara Osborne live in the Northeast of England. We have owned an apartment in the Javea area for many years and purchased El Pinito in November 2013. It is our home away from home and we try and spend at least 2, six week periods here each year in Spring and Autumn.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have owned an apartment nearby for many years. We love the rugged coastline and dramatic landscape inland. There are great restaurants and bars in both Javea and Denia and we love the unspoilt nature of the area.

The gardens surround the house and if the sun is shining there is always a warm spot to sit, from sunrise to sunset. The latter being particularly spectacular shining on the Montgo mountain.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We like the fact that we can walk through back roads to Javea in 25 minutes and wander the narrow streets and stop at many atmospheric cafes and bars for a coffee or glass of Rioja.

The house and gardens are very peaceful, often with just bird song to break the silence.
