Casa Evesham is located in the Paichi area of the beautiful fishing village of Moraira. Located in a quiet road on a hill that provides views across the valley and down to the sea and the famous Ifach peninsula. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, a superbly fitted luxury bathroom, plus a shower room, a large lounge with a separate dining area, a glazed naya, various sun terraces and a private swimming pool, and a pool side shower. The large living room provides plenty of space to relax in the evening and has a TV that receives all major UK TV channels, Fibre WIFI and DVD player. There is a dining area attached to the living room and terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is well equipped including washing/drying facilities. There is also a spacious naya with dining & lounge areas with views across the valley. Landscaped gardens and sun terraces provide space to sunbathe around the pool (9m x4m x 2m deep). Ample parking.
The Villa was perfect for our family. The split level accommodation was ideal beautiful view and ideally located. Was really helpful and always available to answer.
A lovely large bright spacious villa in great location with fabulous views, we were a party of four and had a very relaxing holiday, the villa was also very peaceful no rowdy noises just birdsong.Would definitely stay here again. The only downside i would not recommend here for very small children as the pool doesn't have a shallow end and there are some steps around.
Perfect Villa for our family! Our family of 4 had lots of space upstairs, whilst grandparents had their own self contained space downstairs. Beautiful views, easy location for everything. Walkable (in the evening) to the beach and great restaurants etc.- the hill by the Villa is steep but manageable. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
A nice private villa with excellent views and quiet location.
Plenty of space inside and out for our family of 4 + Grandma, well equipped for cooking and indoor/outdoor dining at the villa.
Aircon worked well.
Nice pool.
Mary the host made check in and out simple and stress free.
There are a few pubs and shops within walking distance but the beaches and restaurants in Moraira are a bit of a hike, especially in the summer heat.
Pool might be a bit deep if you have small children.
Would definitely recommend this villa if your looking for a quiet private break.
we are a family 6 from Norway, and stayed for 14 days. The house was very nice and clean, and the out door area was fantastic.
We also visit the local pub just down the road for world cup Matches at big screen and a cold bear.
We had 14 days with nice weather, and Moraira had their "Fiestas" with in these 14 days.
This is the 2nd time in Moraira, and we love to visit Davids house and Moraira next year. Next year we will order for 3 or 4 weeks.
We loved our stay at casa Evesham.
It was clean and the villa was a lot bigger then we thought!
Cupboards are well stocked and had everything we needed and more, defo look in the cupboards before venturing to the shops.
Good location but like the advert states a car is needed. The villa is on a hill and a car makes visits to the shops etc a lot easier. Moiria is a lovely village with lots of nice restaurants etc.
Mary was great with information and check in and check out was really smooth.
Really was a nice, relaxing stay and my children loved the pool all day, every day.
Would love to return.
Spacious, a few hiccups to start with but soon resolved. From my point of view, aged 74, if I had realised the distance and the steep hills involved I would not have rented this villa. A car is definitely required.
Thank you Mary for a great stay at Casa Evesham, and thank you for being a great host.
The villa was perfect for what we needed, 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children, very spacious and the pool was perfect, even a small raised shallow end for the kids.
Itâs a quick drive into moraira or a bit of a walk but very easy and pleasant to do in the evening.
The villa has everything thatâs needed for a nice stay and also great views with bars and restaurants in short walking distance.
We will be returning 100% and we would highly recommend this villa and of course Mary as a host!
Thank you!
Mary was a great host. Responded very fast and had been very helpful all the time.
The house was clean and had everything you need to spend some beautiful days there. Lidl and other possibilities to do grocer shopping were 3 min away. Beaches 5 min by car or 20-30 by foot.
Iâd love to come there again.
Beautiful large villa with amazing views. Very comfortable. Near enough to town.
Overall impression was great .
Lovely villa well equipped with everything you need including use of a badminton court .
No air conditioning but plenty of fans to use .
Great location
Great views
Excellent all round stay .

Fifth time at Casa Evesham
Casa Evesham and Moraira are like old friends. This year was the fifth time I've been to both in the last seven years which I think speaks volumes.
The villa is spacious, clean, welcoming and very private. While some lovely beaches are only five minutes drive away, one has the added attraction of a very warm, good-sized pool.
The proprietor is always looking to improve facilities for guests and goes to great lengths to ensure they have an enjoyable time.
I cannot recommend Casa Evesham highly enough.

Casa Evesham is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the incredible views, beautiful weather and quiet surroundings. In total, 7 of us stayed at the villa, five adults and two children, with ages ranging between 18 months and 58 - with all travellers truly enjoying their stay.
Set outside Moraira the villa has views of wonderful mountains and sea. It's great to sit out on the terrace, by the pool, or on the balcony and soak up truly magnificent surroundings. The accomodation provides everything you need, is clean and spacious. With a BBQ for alfresco dining or fully functional kitchen it's perfect for a self catering holiday. If you do venture out Moraira offers a fantastic selection of restaurants - so you'll definitely leave feeling well fed!
We all loved the pool, accommodation and surroundings, it really is the perfect place to relax and enjoy good weather, excellent wine and delicious food.
We'd definitely recommend this villa - the only complaint being that we only booked one week!!
We stayed here in februari and had a very good time. Because the pool is heated to 26 celsius we could swim everyday, with air temperatures of 16 to 18 celsius. The pool is also well protected by wall, house and garden.
We did not use the lower appartment, but it looked very roomy, and is direct next to the pool.
The upper floor is the main house and has a beautiful covered entry terrace overlooking the garden and pool, ideal for lunch in the winter sun. The living room has a spanish style fireplace which is easy to use, only the spanish wood burns slowly, so make sure you buy plenty smaller logs aswell. These are available at supermarkets, DIY centers and garden centers all close by.
The Naja is a very nice place to be for the magnificent view of the hills, rocks and sea. The naja is facing westward, so great sunsets are a daily attraction (lightshow would describe it better!).
The house lives up to the description, is very clean. Owner very helpful with information. Absolutly recommendable!
We visited the villa in Sept 2010. We found it to be exactly as advertised!! The villa was excellent - really nice, very clean and well appointed, it is large and spacious, well maintained, and just oozed "luxury" a word often bandied about in villa ads - but not often found in reality. We had a very, very nice relaxing holiday. The weather was really good, the view from the pool as the sun was setting; the views of the sea and Calpe from the upstairs terrace were all memorable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Casa Evesham to anybody who wishes to visit this part of Spain.
The attention to detail by David and his management agency really shows, and this all helped towards a really wonderful holiday.
I am sure we will visit again in the near future!!
We've just returned from two weeks at Casa Evesham which provided a wonderful base for our holiday. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area and we enjoyed several visits during our stay. A car is an essential if you want to make the most of the area which has some beautiful scenery. We had no complaints about the villa (although if using the cooker beware of banging your head on the cooker hood if you are 6ft tall!). We had every facility we needed at the villa and loved the addition of the ball park. The pool was fabulous and kept in top condition by the pool man who visited 3 times during our stay. The villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable with plenty of space so you never felt you were on top of each other. Moraira itself is a lovely town and this was our second holiday there. Plenty of supermarkets nearby although I would recommend the Mercadona for their prices. I would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Evesham as an ideal location for a family holiday. David's attention to detail is amazing and he was always on hand to deal with any query. Thank you David.
Our party consisted of ten year old twins, parents and grandparents. We found the villa to be as described, very spacious and comfortable, our only disappointment being the kitchen which was quite small, dark and in need of updating. Casa Evesham is situated in a quiet residential area about 1.5km from Moraira town. The area is hilly and we would recommend a car as there are no footpaths. We had been to Moraira before and again were not disappointed by the atmosphere and the choice of excellent restaurants. The local supermarkets offer a good choice, and we found Mercadona and Mas y Mas to be better value than Pepe le Sals. We visited Benidorm, Guadalest and the waterfalls at Callosa, but the best day out was a visit to Europe's largest aquarium in Valencia (1hour drive) with dolphin shows throughout the day.
Had a really relaxing fortnight in this spacious villa. All the facilities were as described. The owner and the Sun Management team quickly reacted to our queries and so the customer service was excellent. The south facing pool area was excellent and the water temperature allowed swimming well past midnight. The gardens are very well kept as is the pool (never seen such an active pool man before!) and the area was very quiet. We were amazed at the selection of foods in the local supermarkets and this provided a better choice than back home in the U.K. The walk to El Portet beach was fine although a little challenging on the return! Moraira is very pretty and well kept but very busy at night with the fiestas so we dined elsewhere and were very pleased to find a good selection of German restaurants where an excellent meal is always guaranteed.
Day trips to Valencia, Guadalest and Elche are recommended. One warning do not try the walk up Calpe rock without stout walking shoes or boots with a good grip and if it is wet either take sticks or leave well alone!
