The property is light and has lots of space.
The 9m x 4,5m Pool is brand new (2014) with a salt water system. There is a bar next to the pool with fridge and stereo.
Property is 175 sqm and the garden is 2000 sqm with a Bouledrome and trampoline and swings.
The property has the most spectacular views and enjoys the amazing sunsets every night.

Nous avons passĂ© une superbe semaine dans cette maison. Accueil de la propriĂ©taire trĂšs agrĂ©able. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'une vue fantastique. Pleins de choses pour les enfants : trampoline, cage de football, balançoire, pĂ©tanque. En 5 Ă  10 min, vous ĂȘtes Ă  Cagnes sur mer, Saint Paul de Vence ou Vence. Il y a une route en contrebas assez passante mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©. Je recommande cette maison.

TrĂšs belle maison bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, beaucoup d’espace Ă  l’intĂ©rieur comme Ă  l’extĂ©rieur, une vue fantastique depuis la terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©able avec barbecue et enceintes, la piscine de bonne dimension avec salon d’extĂ©rieur ombragĂ© et transats. Sara nous a accueilli et tout expliquĂ©. Petites marques d’attention comme rosĂ©, fruits, confiture ... etc. On entend quand mĂȘme la circulation, seul point nĂ©gatif, sauf si on est assez nombreux Ă  discuter avec de la musique en fond sonore. A recommander malgrĂ© ce dernier point.

Great for a family holiday!

We had a great week here in St Paul de Vence, we were a party of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Rollo & Sara have put together a great folder of things to do in the area, recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, which was greatly appreciated and fully utilised! There were also some lovely touches like drinks in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table to welcome us. The villa itself is great, the view really is amazing and it's a perfect base to explore the area or to laze around by the pool. Would definitely recommend.

Great place and communication

We had a lovely time. The property is lovely and well maintained, the area is brilliant. The communication throughout was excellent, as was the speed with which any minor issues were seen to. Someone was on site when we arrived (late) who had kindly waited for us to ensure a smooth arrival. Overall very good!

Belle location perfectible

Nous venons de passer une semaine en famille, 9 personnes (des grand-parents aux petits-enfants). La maison situĂ©e entre Cagnes sur mer et Vence est trĂšs agrĂ©able et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La piscine est grande (environ 10m) et bien placĂ©e. Pourquoi perfectible? La maison n’est pas adaptĂ©e aux grandes chaleurs. MĂȘme si les ventilateurs prĂ©sents dans chaque piĂšce nous ont Ă©vitĂ© le pire, personne n’a pu dormir correctement pendant la semaine. Sans parler de climatisation, l’isolation devrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e. Un autre point dĂ©licat est le bruit continu de la grande route en dessous de la maison. La circulation est trĂšs importante et continue jour et nuit. Ceci est particuliĂšrement gĂȘnant la nuit, quand il faut dormir toutes fenĂȘtre ouvertes. En conclusion, notre avis est trĂšs mitigĂ© vue que nous avons aimĂ© cette location mais avons souffert de la chaleur et du bruit.

Wonderful stay!

Villa Moorea was absolutely lovely and the owner Sara was very helpful and communicative. The home was very well equipped. We actually had two families there, with kids ranging from 6-18. I would also say that some of the evenings can be pretty warm, but there are fans in all the rooms, however no a/c. We had a wonderful holiday and I would definitely recommend this home!

Wonderful place for vacation

This house is located in a beautiful location, with amazing views to the mountains and Saint Paul de Vence, when you arrive you immediately feel the holiday vibe and blessed to be in such a great place. The swimmingpool is big, the garden beautiful and the house very well equiped. Sara and her children made us feel very welcome. We recommend this house đŸ€đŸŒžđŸ‡«đŸ‡·đŸ„–đŸ·

Fabulous property

My family and I can't thank Sara enough for letting us stay at her lovely place this summer. Spacious interior as per the photos and a wonderful multi-level outside space. The pool area is even nicer than in the photos. The location is ideal, just a few minutes for the shops and some of the most iconic villages in the region. The beach is less than 15-20 minutes drive. Finally the view of St Paul from the terrace is a relaxing way to finish off each day!! We can only highly recommend this property. Eric

Excellent Property, Excellent Location with the most magnificent views of St.Paul.

We have just spent 2 glorious weeks at Sara & Rollo's house. The house is perfectly located for easy access to the local Boulangerie, which is a nice (0.61 mile) walk. There are also 2 E.Leclerc's close by (la colle sur loup & Vence). The house is not far from Cagnes-Sur-mer, Vence, St Paul and Nice Airport. However, the options are quite endless due to the positioning of the house. The house itself has amazing views, with a fabulous pool, kitchen with great appliances, and if you are into media then you will be well catered for. During our stay we had additional guests join us, which the house was able to cope with (7 at one point). As pointed out in an earlier review the house is quite close to a busy road, however this did not affect us in any way and in any case, it was beneficial and convenient to have easy access to the roads. When we first arrived at the property we were met by Sara and considering we were somewhat delayed by our flight, leaving the airport and picking the hire car up, we were in constant contact with Sara who was able to meet and greet us at that late hour and walk us through the house details. Overall, the house is a great base to explore from and if you just want to chill, then there is the pool or breakfast/lunch/dinner at the top terrace with views that change on a daily basis.

Home from home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rollo and Sara’s house and you can’t help but be impressed by what you get. There is everything that you need to enjoy your holiday whatever you decide to do. There’s cutlery, crockery, glasses and cookware in abundance should you want to stay in and chill. The views are spectacular with St Paul sitting on a hill right in front of you on the other side of the valley that takes less than 10 mins to get to by car. You are also just moments away from major roads if you want to explore the area. The pool area is very well laid out with plenty of sun loungers and a nice shaded area under the pergola. The pool itself is cleaned by a newly installed salt water system that is definitely nicer than the more traditional chlorine. The hosts are really nice and make themselves accessible if you have any questions and are happy to help if they can. I could go on but hopefully whoever reads this review will by now get the message that this is a lovely place to have a holiday.

Gorgeous villa in the beautiful CĂŽte d'Azur

We arrived at Sara and Rollo's beautiful home - which is situated 10 minutes from Nice Airport and 5 minutes from the fairytale medieval village of St Paul de Vence - to be met by the owners and gorgeous sunshine. The villa is a real family home, tastefully decorated and really comfortable. Sara had even stocked the fridge with some essentials to keep us going and the fridge in pool area had been thoughtfully filled with drinks, which the children were really excited about. Having a private pool was essential for our group, as we were two families with four children ranging in age from 11-14 years. It really didn't disappoint, the setting was gorgeous and hours of fun were had messing about in the water or lounging about soaking up the sun. Thank you so much Sara and Rollow, we had a wonderful week and hope to revisit at some point!

Fantastic house with brilliant views

We have just returned from a two week stay at the villa and had a fantastic time. The villa was comfortable and relaxing. It was in a great location with excellent views of St. Paul de Vence. We especially liked the seating area outside of the dining room where you could enjoy the views and see the changes in the light across the hills throughout the day. The kitchen was large, well equipped and had everything that you could need. The pool area was sheltered, had lots of loungers and comfortable seating. There was a fridge which was great on hot days, of which there were many, and a sound system. There was a great boulangerie at the top of the hill and choice of good supermarkets and shops within a 5 minute drive. The location was easy to get to and was a great base for trips to Nice, Monaco, Cagnes and Cannes. The Owner was there to meet us and was very helpful throughout our stay. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place

We stayed at the house with three teenagers and we loved the house. It has an amazing view to St. Paul-de-Vence, the surrounding mountains and the sunset. From the kitchen/living room there is direct access to the balcony with the view which we loved. Great place to start to day with a cup of coffe. There is a huge supermarket (LeClerc) 5 min. down the road and a bakery 2 min up the road. The pool area is really nice and the teenagers loved to listen to the music on the loudspeaker which is available at the pool. The owner is very nice and helpful. We can only recommend this place and we would love to come back to the house.

Stunning house in a fabulous location!

We stayed in this house last summer with two other families and we are returning this summer - we can't wait! It's a beautiful house, with a really well equipped kitchen with a huge fridge and cooker. The main living area is all open plan: kitchen, lounge and dining area, which opens out directly onto the lovely terrace with stunning views towards the mountains and St Paul De Vence. We spent most evenings cooking on the BBQ and enjoying the views. There are 4 large bedrooms, two of which are en-suite and an additional family bathroom. The house has everything you need for a memorable holiday and is ideal for children too. The private pool just below the house is stunning, with loungers, a big outdoor sofa with an umbrella and an outdoor bar with a fridge. It was fantastic to be able to go to the pool without worrying about it being busy! I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone and can't wait to get back. It's in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes, Monaco and Italy. There is a fantastic bakery a couple of minutes drive away and a large, excellent supermarket about 5 minutes drive away.

We are a Swedish/English Family with 3 children.
We have lived in this property for 4 years and we absolutely love it here.
During this time we have done a lot of renovations and decorating so its a very cherished family home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This area is just perfect as you are only 10 mins away from airport and also 10 mins away from the beaches!
A stone throw away is St Paul de vence, Vence & Haut de Cagnes.
But also we have no one looking in on us and our privacy is fantastic.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is south facing and we have a lot of beautiful sunshine all of the day. We can also every night enjoy the most amazing sunsets from our out door dinning table!
