Extremely well equipped duplex apartment incorporates numerous home comforts to ensure a cosy stay. It has the convenience of being really centrally located, so that all the bus stops, restaurants, shops and bars you could wish for are only ever a couple of minutes walk away! This apartment is perfect for a family or a group of friends as it offers the opportunity to cook in and entertain comfortably, with an exceptionally equipped kitchen, but also provides easy access to everything that Chamonix has to offer. Recently obtained 3 star rating from Offices de Tourisme.
Apartment was as described. Great location. Close to the centre of town, but far enough away not to be disturbed by the hubbub of UTMB, or bars and restaurants on the Main Street. Coffee shop opposite, bakery along the road and a supermarket just around the corner. Would definitely book again. Communication from management company was excellent.
NegativesâFirstly, this is someoneâs home so is full of personal items. The initial entry arrangements are wrong. We spent about 1/2 hour looking for a second garage door fob shown on our access information to eventually find that the one fob does it all. This apartment is on the 4th floor so is up 8 flights of stairs. There is zero wardrobe space. We were 2 adults and 1 child so we were able to use the second single bed to put our suitcases on and just lived for the 4 days out of them. There was a cupboard in the twin room which was locked. A storage chest at the top of the stairs which was locked. Two kitchen cupboards, also locked. The double bed was very small and placed in such away that I had to climb over my husband to go to the toilet during the night. It might be an idea when guests are staying in it to put the headboard against the locked cupboards to save having to climb over each other. The double bed sheet had an ink? stain on it. And the single bed sheet was ripped. The pictures must have been taken with additional lighting because it is quite dark in the livingroom / kitchen. Positives- The location. You are 5 mins walk from the Main Street with all the restaurants and bars and shops but a few streets away so you arenât bothered by any noise. The view from the window and the sky lights were pretty impressive. It was clean. The carpark space is ace. There is no free parking. We had a pleasant stay in this apartment but we only slept there really.
We loved the location and the views from this apartment. We were able to walk everywhere in Chamonix from here and appreciated having a private parking spot in a garage for our rental car. Parking would have been difficult otherwise.
Great apartment. Property manager went out of her way to be helpful with early check in and bag storage. Apartment had everything needed for our stay. My only criticism is it can be a little noisy at night but Iâm a light sleeper.
It was a great top floor room with nice space and great kitchen fittings
Management company dropped by a working hair dryer which is important on the cold- so appreciated their responsiveness when the one in the unit was not working

Spacious 2 bed apartment on 4th floor. Fully equipped. Perfect location only 100m from station and few minutes walk into centre of town but fairly quiet.
Everything went pretty well, to the exception that we had some yong people next door who where really noisy and making pounding noise every 2 seconds in the evening
A superbly located property, conveniently situated close to all of the usual amenities required for a holiday stay. The apartment's kitchen was very well equipped for meal preparation and the lounge area a comfortable space to relax in after a day's hiking. Whilst we enjoyed good weather during our stay, we noted the availability of board games and DVD's should the weather have been unsuitable for outdoor activities. The apartment is situated in a block of about 12 units and we found the ambiance to be quiet and friendly. The views from the apartment's windows, particularly towards the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc were stunning. We shall definitely be returning to Chamonix in the future and would look to book this facility again were it to be available. We were right in the heart of the village and an easy walk to the main lift, yet the apartment was private, quiet, and very sweet. Lots of room to stretch out and feel at home.
All the home comforts, (needed if you bust your ankle on the first day of skiing!). Central to all of Chamonix. Good workout getting up to third floor several times a day... (not so with the former!). Loved the grinding coffee maker.đ€Ș
We were very happy with our 4-weeks stay in Chamo, one main reason for this was the apartment! It is a cosy and very well equipped kitchen, which is important to us as we enjoy eating in, also the espresso machine was indeed highly appreciated. The location of the apartment was perfect, 2 min walk to the main street of Chan and with a view of Aguille de Midi and Mount Blanc. Also, having he garage was fantastic convenient. I would gladly return to this apartment next time in Cham.
Having visited a number of ski resorts in Europe, Chamonix was the one resort I felt more drawn to revisit, so when I decided to buy a property, Chamonix was the only place on my list. I purchased the property in 2007 and have had many enjoyable holidays in both the winter and summer, I bought the apartment primarily for skiing, but now I appreciate the benefits Chamonix has to offer in the summer. Terrific walks, scenery and relaxation!
I chose Chamonix because it is one of the few French ski resorts that is a vibrant town in its own right and also offers excellent summer as well as winter holiday opportunities.
I have equipped the property as if it's my second home, not as a typical rental property. The living area has been described as large for such a centrally located property. The apartment is situated between the river and the Aiguille du Midi cable car, on Ave du L'Aguille du Midi, really central with the bonus of allocated secure parking space in the basement car park, which is a rarity in such a central location.
