Villa de 3 chambres avec piscine de 10 x 4 m, clôturée et sans vis à vis, située dans le quartier résidentiel de Rafalet à Javea. Il est situé dans un grand jardin avec un grand patio au bord de la piscine, des terrasses supplémentaires et une terrasse couverte donnant sur la piscine. Il offre une vue sur la montagne et la campagne, avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Wifi gratuit et Log Burner et chauffage central pour l'hiver permet. La villa est à proximité des commodités locales et de la station balnéaire de Javea, bien que l'utilisation d'une voiture soit recommandée

Great location, lovely stay.

Lovely property with brilliant space for all the family. Property manager and owners were great with communication and incredibly friendly. Reallt great stay. Would book again!

If we owned a villa in Javea, it would have to be like this...

Ticked every box for us - well equipped and with a great layout inside and out. We've stayed in many nice places in and around Javea over the years, but this one has set a new bar.

Home from home

Great location, great communication with both owner and local agent. The shower head bracket snapped, a quick text to owner and it was fixed the next day. It really is just like the photos. Would not hesitate to book again

This is a lovely property with a superb pool. It has everything you need for a great holiday, especially the naya to sit in and enjoy the evenings. Geoff's communication was faultless, so helpful, so many thanks for that.

Perfect for relaxing

We wanted somewhere to relax in peace and got exactly that (apart from the cicadas!). Casa Jordi was comfortable, well equipped and had a wonderful large, deep pool ideal for diving into. Both the owners and their agent were friendly and informative and the directions from the airport were perfect. We hope to return to Casa Jordi next year with our family.

Just amazing!

We had a fantastic time in the villa, Geoff and Janet have thought of everything! The pool was amazing and the kids just loved it. Plenty of space, the photos don't do it justice. Such a beautiful area, our third time here and it hasn't disappointed yet.

Beautiful Villa

We enjoyed every second staying at Casa Jordi, as a family we really enjoyed the huge pool and pool area, you get the sun all day and the pool lights in the evening are why we booked Casa Jordi. La Arenal was a lovely town too beautiful food and white sand beach. Great communication throughout. Thank you again :)

Absolutely perfect !

Simply amazing!! Villa was immaculate with everything you need at hand. The outside area and massive pool were a total delight. The area is peaceful and quiet. We spent much of our time outside enjoying the idyllic surroundings, swimming, eating and relaxing. We can't praise this villa enough. The sea front of La Arenal is a 10 minute taxi (13 Euro's) ride away, where you will find an array of restaurants and bars - every taste catered for. We were that impressed with the villa and the whole Javea area we will most definately book again. The owners offered great advice for car hire, directions to the villa were spot on, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Geoff and Janet for allowing us to stay in their wonderful villa. Lovely Villa with great Pool !

The Villa was for Myself, wife and 2 kids aged 15 and 12. It is tucked away on a small development and is only 10mins from the beach and Javea. The main attraction for us was the great sized pool and outside space, Sunbeds, equipment, dining area (one on baclony and one pool side) and quiet location. Communication was great with both owner and agent. Unfortunately an issue arose during our stay, no fault of the owner, but I have to say how amazing Geoff was. Totally understanding and couldn't have been more sympathetic and helpful. My only criticism is that the photos on the website realy do not do it justice. We will definitely look to book here again and can't wait to return.

La casa estaba muy sucia, algo q nos sorprende debido a las medidas COVID que se deben cumplir. Nos da pena q no volveremos a disfrutar de la piscina , que es lo mejor de la casa

A Haven Of Tranquility

Have recently returned from a great two weeks at Casa Yordi. Very comfortably furnished and well equipped with quality fittings and appliances. Has a large .interesting garden with even a very small woodland walk. Vast terrace with shade to be found at all times and the large pool was a joy.Owners were very helpful when booking and the villa kept spotless by the managers. Would suit all size parties and wheelchair users woud manage without missing out by using main entrance to get to the terrace. Much of the garden needs mobility however.We hope to be back. A great stay for an excellent price

The photos do not do the villa justice, it is great for families. The pool is a fabulous size and there is so much outside space to explore. Had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the villa. n.b. (A car is essential.)

We live in England and are married with 2 grown up children.

We chose the Javea area for our Spanish home as we had holidayed in the area several times and fell in love with the place.

We get across as often as we can and have friends in the area. However, as we both work, we can't get across as aften as we'd like and so prefer to rent the villa out to keep in use.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Casa Jordi is in a quiet and reasonably secluded area, yet near a small number of restaurants.

It is only a few minutes drive from both the resort area and town of Javea and about 10 minutes drive from the adjacent resort of Moraira.

This allows us to have as active a day as we want but then be able to come back for a relaxing afternoon/evening round the pool and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the various terraces

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The property is in a secluded area and has 10 by 4 metre pool, surrounded by a spacious patio and gardens, with additional sun terraces and Naya, providing ample space to relax.

From the garden, there is the dramatic view of Montgo and later uninterrupted views of beautiful sunsets
