Charmant studio 1 chambre avec piscine privée.

Charmant studio 1 chambre climatisé dans la campagne d'Ibiza avec piscine privée. Il dispose d'une terrasse extérieure et d'un kiosque au bord de la piscine. C'est dans un endroit pratique pour les plages, les magasins, les bars et les restaurants. Le charmant village de San Agustin est accessible à pied. Il y a une très belle église très ancienne et trois grands restaurants très différents. Un endroit merveilleux pour manger le soir, très tranquille. A trois minutes en voiture se trouve le plus grand village de San Jose. Il y a beaucoup de bars, restaurants, magasins. Certains bars proposent des concerts le soir en été. Seán joue avec ses groupes, peut-être venir à un concert et prendre une bière?! Il y a plusieurs belles plages à seulement quelques minutes en voiture, comme Cala Conta, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida, toutes à l'ouest de l'île pour les magnifiques couchers de soleil d'Ibiza.

Gewoon perfect. Fantastische gastheer en gastvrouw die je privacy respecteren maar ook klaar staan voor alle vragen die je eventueel hebt. Meermaals verse handdoeken en lakens gekregen, studio perfect ingericht voor 2 personen. Hele warme mensen, bedankt voor alles !

Fantastic accommodation

Fantastic studio with stunning outside space. The pool and garden are beautiful. The studio has everything you need for a relaxing break. It is situated in the countryside but a short walk to the bus stop, where you can catch a bus to anywhere on the Island. Sean and Sheron are great hosts.

Perfect holiday stay

Lovely little apartment, very clean, all Things we needed. Pool was the best ever, crystal clear, kept spotless, and was a delight. Local village (10 minute walk) was so quaint and pretty, three places to eat, and a very well stocked shop. Convenient roadside cafe just down the road for coffee and a toastie.

Fantastisch!

Hele fijne plek. Het huisje en het zwembad zijn precies zoals omschreven en de foto’s. De locatie is ook super, Ibiza stad en San Antoni zijn dichtbij. De eigenaren Seán en Sheron zijn heel gastvrij en zorgen dat je niets tekort komt. We komen zeker nog eens terug! .

Wunderschöner Urlaub, an einem wunderschönen Ort

Mein Mann und ich haben in diesem kleinen Haus bei Sean und Sheron eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist toll und der Pool ist in den mit Liebe zum Detail angelegten Garten integriert und steht während des Aufenthalts zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Wir waren Ende Mai dort und haben den Pool aktiv genutzt. Sean und Sheron sind wundervolle Gastgeber. Mit einem Gespür für ihre Gäste gehen sie auf Fragen ein, geben hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen und geben einem gleichzeitig die Ruhe und Zeit die man benötigt, um im Urlaub zu entspannen! Das einzige Manko ist, dass das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt und man über den Tag das Rauschen der Autos hört - aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich persönlich werde jedem der mich fragt, das Haus genauso beschreiben und für den nächsten Urlaub weiterempfehlen! Danke für diese tollen Tage auf Ibiza, Marc & Miriam

Perfect hideaway

What a little gem! We had a fabulous holiday, far enough away from the madding crowd to be peaceful but close enough that everything can be on your doorstep if you wish. There are regular buses which serve the main towns a few minutes walk away and taxis are plentiful - book to pick up from the local bar where the bus stops are. The bar and restaurant in Sant Augusti are worth a visit for excellent food and only a 10/15 minute easy walk away. Sean and Sheron are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble. A fabulous holiday!

Even more beautiful if in real life

Sean & Sheron were so very helpful right from my initial query up until the moment we left, nothing was too much bother, and I felt confident they were just at the other end of the phone if needed. Their property is as equally practical as it is beautiful, equipped with everything we needed and more. The views, the pool, and the studio itself exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, in an idyllic unspoilt area of Ibiza, with easy routes to visit other areas of the island, this studio is perfect. Lovely couple retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Sant Agusti, especially the outdoor space and Sean and Sharon hospitality, they are a lovely couple and always available. They left a bottle of wine for us to celebrate our wedding. The inside space is quite small but comfortable and had everything we needed. The only issue was that taxis don’t collect from the address but it is easily solved with a short walk to the local bar Can Guillem. 15 mins drive to San Antonio, 25 mins to Ibiza Town. 10 mins drive to Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa beaches. Highly recommended, we hope to be back!

Lovely little apartment with an amazing pool. Although the apartment is a ground floor annex to the main house, it is totally private. The pool is also private for the renters use only and is a sun-trap...to the extent that it was much more preferable to Ibiza's busy beaches. The apartment is spotlessly clean and a perfect size for two. A large walk-in shower and an enormous yet comfy bed. The only minor negative would be the proximity to a main road and the noise that can come with it. This, to us, was a small issue and was certainly outweighed by all the positives. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would certainly attempt to stay here again if we returned to Ibiza. Many thanks to the hosts, Sean & Sheron.

Amazing holiday

What a beautiful set up. Everything we needed. Pool area was stunning, accomadation perfect for 2. Our hosts Sean and Sheron went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. Heerlijk verblijf met eigen zwembad.

Keurige studio met prachtig zwembad. Alles netjes onderhouden en schoon. Sean en Sheron hebben ons heel fijn ontvangen. Fijne mensen waarmee het goed communiceren is. Wij hebben genoten van de rust en de plek. Wij gaan zeker nog een een keertje terugkomen.

Perfect getaway!

Very well appointed studio, which in fact is larger than the pictures suggest ;-) and the view from the terrace is amazing. Owners Séan and Sheron live in the main house, and are an absolute delight, while still valuing and respecting your privacy at all times and making your sure you have a carefree stay. The pool is quite large, and very well maintained, with very comfy lounge beds. Supermarkets are just a couple minutes away by car and the village of Sant Agustin is within walking distance. Overall we had a wonderful stay and even got to enjoy Séan’s performance with his Moonshine Band in nearby Sant Antoni - highly recommended!
