L'appartement (situé au 4Úme rue du Marché, Vieille Ville) base est d'environ 42m2 et comprend un salon avec cuisine américaine ainsi qu'une chambre séparée et une salle de bain avec WC et douche, dans un immeuble typique de la vieille ville, quatriÚme étage (sans ascenseur).
L'appartement est charmant, bien équipé et toutes les commodités sont à cÎté. La rue du Marché est l'une des rues les plus typiques de la vieille ville, à proximité de la cathédrale Sainte Réparate, de la place de Rossetti. Obtenez une sensation du mode de vie local dans notre appartement confortable.

Cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec: four, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, machine à café, etc ... Séjour avec table, chaises, canapé, siÚge ...Chambre avec lit queen size. Il y a une option de couchage pour une personne 3d (sur un canapé). L'appartement est décoré dans un charmant mobilier de style français, ce qui crée une atmosphÚre trÚs chaleureuse.

Highly recommended spot to visit Old Town, Nice with easy access to everything in Nice

What a fabulous place to stay. Tastefully decorated with thought and style, extremely clean, supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay and in a wonderful location in the old town of Nice. Transport by tram/bus to/from was easy and we walked pretty much to most places. What more could you want? Communication with both the owner and Chiara was easy. Chiara met us and showed us around and helped with a few tips of the town and kept in touch throughout our stay. What a delightful woman. Be aware that there are four floors so this won't suit everyone, but we were fit enough to tackle them. Thank you for welcoming us to your wonderful apartment. We loved it.

Loved, loved, loved this apartment! So charming and comfortable. And the location in Old Town Nice can't be beat. Only downside is it's a 4th floor walk-up, with no lift in the building. So if stairs are an issue, then that may be a consideration. But otherwise, I highly recommend this place. Communication with the owners was easy and wonderful. And Nice is such a great town to use as a base for day trips all along the CĂŽte d'Azur.

Cute and nicely maintained. Great building in Nice oldtown...near all the action but quiet and pleasant inside. Five flights of stairs up. No problem if you are in good shape, but something to be aware of!

Great location

Old town, Nice such beautiful charm, restaurants, and shopping steps away, the beach and Boardwalk about five minute walk. Comfortable king size bed. Take note that there are 92 steps up to the adorable apartment with no lift. Pack lite.

This property is adorable and in the most fabulous location. Elena is super responsive and so helpful. The flat had everything we needed and was close to everything. I highly recommend this property!

lovely and cosy place

we came here for the second time because we loved the place so much last year the appartement is pretty and offers everything we need. the bed is XL and very comfortable to sleep like heaven and stay in bed in the morning to have coffee and newspapers.loved it again!

Comfortable, charming, well appointed, great location

This was one of the best VRBO bookings we’ve had. This 4th floor (note, NO LIFT- but fine for moderately active people) renovated apartment is in an older building, in the old part of Nice but at the periphery, and very close on foot to many tourist sites. The decor is lovely, there is a small but functional and thoughtfully appointed kitchen, nespresso pods, kitchen, fluffy towels, comfortable main bed/bedding, and an adequate single pull out chair-bed for our 9 year old.There are grocery stores in easy distance if you want to self manage occasional meals, and it was reasonably quiet (Carnavale groups occasionally a bit noisy). There is a clothes washer and dryer rack, dishwasher, induction top/oven ( no microwave). We explored in every direction and appreciated being able to pop back for a quick rest/snack in our cosy little refuge. The communications were very good and Chiara, the lady who met us with keys was helpful and kind. Good for a couple or couple and child for sure. Would stay again!

Magnifique! Perfect apartment in a perfect location.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this charming apartment in Vieux Nice. We had everything we needed, including a full kitchen (with oven, stovetop, and dishwasher), a washing machine, a great shower, and a comfortable bed. And we were right in the heart of the city, with excellent restaurants (of various ethnicities), shops, the MarchĂ© aux Fleurs, landmarks, and tram stops all nearby. We were met at the apartment by the delightful host. We also highly recommend this apartment for your next stay on the CĂŽte d’Azur. As others have mentioned, you climb 4 flights of steps to the apartment, but we managed them without difficulty and we’re in our 70s.

We travelled in November and appreciated electric heating to maintain comfort in the evening / night. Apartment was recently renovated and very clean upon arrival. The bedding and mattress were comfortable: not too hard, not too soft. Note that elevators in the old town are rare: there are 88 steps up to the apartment though staircase is wide, solid stone and easy to use. Once you make the initial climb with suitcases it's no problem (we're in our early 60s). Property owner and her local host were very responsive. With a good location and good value, I can recommend without any hesitation.

Fantastic location in Nice

Live as a local. The location cannot be beat. Close to the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops in Old Nice. The apartment is cute and comfortable. We would absolutely come back.

Excellent location and apartment! 5 stars!

We loved staying here. It’s in a great location in old town, it’s within a few minutes walking distance to a secure parking facility if you have a car and the apartment is perfect for a short stay! There are 4 flights of stairs since there’s no elevator, but that common for being in such a great location in old town. It was no problem for us. We would definitely come back and stay here next time we visit.

Fabulous Location

This is a fantastic little apartment right in the centre of the old town. It has a lovely cozy feel to it and is well organised and has everything you may need for a comfortable break. It was very quiet and we were not disturbed by outside noise. The one thing that spoilt it for us was leaving one key ( you are given two) in the door when we went out. The door is self locking so this is very easy to do. It is then impossible to get back into the apt and requires a locksmith (at great expense) to come out. Chiara ( not the owner) who welcomed us when we arrived and gave us good restaurant recommendations was so lovely and helpful in every way and also organised the locksmith to come out- she was a god send at that time of night!

Wow loved nice

So let me start off by saying I’ve been all over Europe but this was our first time to nice. We loved this town!!! And loved this little apartment. Perfect in everything. So the location in old town is epic. Close shops food drinks and 3 blocks from the water. The flat is perfect for a couple. Kitchen has everything bathroom has everything. Soft bed linens Nice little couch in living room ac and Hester if u need it. I’d highly recommend this to any couple. But not big enough for extra people. If I come back with my wife again I will stay here. A couple things. We came in late march and the weather was a bit cold and we got some rain. Next time maybe I will visit later in spring. Or after summer. But the town is incredible and the food is excellent. Plus u can get a taxi to nearby towns such as monocco Monte Carlo and Cannes as we did. Don’t hesitate to book this place for a couple. By the way the communication with Elena and Chiara was very very good. Simply loved this place.

Good Stay

This was a really good place to stay. Place was very nice and a quick walk to the promenade d’anglais. Ideal place in the heart of old nice. Can get a little noisy especially at night. And walking up the stairs with luggage (depending how much you have can be a beast). Other than that, nice place at a decent price!

We enjoyed it so much! Absolutely lovely and cosy apartement in the narrow little streets (pedestrian zone) in the old town of Nizza, just a few minutes to the sea. 4th floor - light and fresh air through the windows. Slept so well in this heaven of a bed! Friendly, nice and helpful lady to answer all our questions. Loved it. Will come back!

Perfect stay in Nice

We had a marvelous time in Nice in this apartment. It was easy to find with clear instructions for getting the keys. The apartment was impeccably clean and looks exactly like the photos. Everything worked perfectly (though we did not fully use the kitchen to cook while we were there). It is up four easy flights of a wide staircase with long treads and short rises. It's right in the middle of Vieux Nice, teeming with restaurants and shops with easy access to the tram. Elena was responsive and especially patient when we needed to return a set of keys after our departure. We won't even look anywhere else when we return to Nice.

We are swiss couple, who loves Nice and its surroundings.
Èze, St. Paul de Vence, Monaco or Cannes... you never get bored here.
Personally we prefer coming to Nice in autumn or spring, when the sun is so silky and velour... or during the Carnaval which brings you into a magic world.

We will be happy to share our apartment with you, please take care of it as we are and let us know what do you like about it and what not. It will help us to improve for your next visit.

Very well-kept house in the middle of the historical centre, in the middle of life.
5-7 minutes walking and you are on a beach, by walking 5 min into opposite direction you are in the middle of a big city where you can find almost everything.
