Place was amazing, my family had a great time! and Cody was so wonderful to deal with. He was very responsive if you had any questions. Would recommend this place to anyone with a big family!
Pigeon Forge is a good place to stay when visiting Great Smoky mountains. There are 1 bedroom at main level, 1 at upper level and 2 bedroom at lower level in this house. Jacuzzi is very good after hiking. The pots and pans in kitchen are not in good status, but usable. No hanger to hang clothes. Need to bring your own Shampoo and body wash.Customer service was good when we asked for extra garbage bag.We enjoyed the stay with friends here.
We loved the cabin! Beds were comfy! Fireplace was wonderful and it was so nice being close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be staying again.
The house has an excellent location. It is large but they need to focus on cleanliness because the house is very dirty, the bathrooms, the kitchen and everywhere.
This cabin was beautiful but you can tell the cleaners are not cleaning it very well we found a lot of trash. The toilet paper holder on the main floor was broken with the toilet paper and holder placed on the back of the toilet. The hot tub could definitely use a fix up. But we did enjoy our stay just wished it was cleaned better.
The location and spaciousness of this property was excellent. We had a lovely time. I understand this property probably gets a lot of traffic and renters but it could use a deep clean once or twice a year. There was something splattered on a couple of walls and dust up high on windows and shades. Kitchen needs better cookware and flat ware. We were able to make it work nonetheless. Just commenting in case property manager would like to know.
Nice house and convenient location but there wasnât enough silverware. We found a pair of socks in the bedding. One bedroom had some fleas. The exterior porsches were dirty.
We were told the cabin had a charcoal grill so we stopped on the way to buy charcoal. Had to take it back because it was a gas grill. However, the gas barely worked. It didnt have a lot of pressure. Wanted to use it two nights but couldn't tolerate a second night dealing with the low heat. We had two other couples with us and it was very roomy and clean. A handle on the lower cabinet closest to the kitchen table kept coming off and we wished there was more seating outside as the seating that was there wasn't enough for six people without two of us having to sit at the picnic table. Which after a time, isn't very comfortable. Also, the right arm of the recliner is either broke or loose. I would rent again for sure. Just a few little set backs.
I would stay here again, it wasnât too bad, close to where I needed to be in pigeon forge, really close to the strip and it was mostly clean and had plenty of beds.
You would think with the amount of beds that parking would be slightly better or at least mentioned during the listing. If you position them correctly you can fit 3 cars but no more and thereâs not really room for another on the street somewhere close. This wasnât an issue for my group but I can see it being an issue for some.
There are 4 separate bedrooms which is nice, one of the beds is in a loft area which is away from the other beds but not quite private, it overlooks the living room.
Some of the communication with the owner via email was also strange. It was unclear to me if I needed to sign anything or not with some of the communication, yes some parts are highlighted but maybe make two documents? You can still send them both but name one of them â3rd party rentalâ and the other âhemlockâ or something to limit confusion
So the cabin looked clean on first glance but the cleanliness was brought into question the more I looked around. There was a cherry stem on the staircase, a toothpaste top on the floor of the bathroom and thatâs just the upstairs. It wasnât filthy but it didn't seem like they cleaned much either
The location is great! Saw a bear right out in front of cabin! Could have had more of a 'spring cleaning', but over all wonderful place. Had a few minor maintenence things (burned out light and lamp wasnt working) but left message and with 15-20 minutes they replied to us and were there the very next morning and fixed things! Was very surprised that it was that quick, cause it was a weekend, but they came in (on Sat) and fixed it!
When pulling up to the cabin I never saw the # stating that it was the correct cabin. I may have over looked this. I just went to the door hoping my code worked and it did. Walking into the cabin it looked nice just a little out dated(which was ok for me). I hosted my family for New Years. First thing my husband wanted was chips and salsa. Went to get a bowl out of the cabinet and immediately had to wash it. As how we had to do with all the dishes as it turned out before use. #1 thing for us when renting a cabin is a pool table. This pool table was so beat up it wasnât even worth playing. Big time bummer for my crew! I stayed in the room upstairs. When my husband lifted the toilet seat there was dried piss on it! GROSS! There was a dried white substance on my pillow case. Iâll leave that for the imagination. My nephews took a bath in the tub as you walk in the cabin and was excited to turn on the jets. Only to find out they didnât work. We were going to cook back strap for New Years dinner on the grill. When we opened the grill to start it, it was filthy. When I opened the dishwasher to load it, it smelled of mildewed dishes. Bug was found in the kitchen one morning upon waking up. Dust is so thick! The window seals and blinds in this house look like they havenât been cleaned in years! Down stairs toilet clogged. Iâm pissed that I even had to pay a cleaning fee for a cabin that wasnât even clean. Embarrassing on my end due to bringing my family here.Definitely wonât be back.

Decent place to stay
Location was very close to all that we wanted to do. The code given to me didn't unlock the door so we had to call for that. The dishes were nasty. We only had 1 trash bag to use. Besides those things, the place was nice.
Definitely would rent again. The only thing wrong our code was not the code that was sent to us. Lots of calls and messages were made to finally get an answer. Made us nervous but worked out in the end
First off the step was broke and a family member fell going up the stairs at check-in. Property manager was contacted and she said she was aware and days later had it repaired. Place was dirty, food and finger prints all over the windows. Ceiling fans had like an inch of dust/dirt on them. Stained ceiling tiles from water damage. Furniture in the main living room was so broken down, it felt like you were sitting on the floor. The grill had a gas leak from the main line and the pile of grease build up under the grill that could cause a major fire. The washing machine does not shut off on its own. You have to time it right when your wash is done and open the lid or it will lock and start a new cycle. I could go on! Very disappointed
This property location is great. Minimal issues getting in an out to the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. The property value paid was good for what we were after, but there are several things the property owner/management should address. The cleaning staff is failing, there is a lot of dirt in this home, potentially years of dirt under couches, fridge, between table surfaces and more. The home has loose trim, dented walls from door knobs, crack drywall (normal), bad weather stripping in doors, deck boards and picnic table are peeling badly and need repaired/painted. Property has a bad propane grill (listing said charcoal), washer and dryer are not good (many issues), ice maker worked sporadically, hot tub was bath tub warm (blower didn't work), and upon arrival our assigned door entry code didn't work. As for Maintenance, upon arrival the AC unit on top floor was not working, I called for help and they were on site within an hour to fix it and was able to fix it. A second call to the maintenance line and they were able to assist us on the door code and got that squared away for us. Yes, the back door was not locked, and we were able to get into the property. Not affiliated with this property, but the neighbors also had issues getting in their unit because of a bad pass code.
All in all, the property worked for us, just had issues with the one year old crawling on the floor and coming up very dirty from the poor cleaning being completed between visitors. The location and readiness of the Maintenance staff to fix the much needed items was great. We would consider staying again here because of its location, but would hope that a few things were fixed and cleaned. Oh the resort pool area is a nice bonus to the property.
The property was large enough for the 13 people who stayed and the issues didnât kill us⊠however, the property had NO view and was in need of a good cleaning and some repairs! One of the cupboards was broken and another was missing a handle. The floors were dirty and made our feet black. The counters had built up grime on them. The ceiling tiles in the basement had large amounts of water damage and some were even missing leaving the exposed plumbing and wiring visible. The toilet on the main floor leaked down directly above a downstairs bedroom so that water was dripping on the bed. Maintenance did come fix this but also stood on the bed with dirty shoes. The decks had cigarette butts and ashes on them. We found wrappers and random candies around the house. Additionally, we found a pull-up in a basement closet and a pair of boxers under the main floor bed.
Our cabin was perfect! Very clean and in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Pigeon Forge. Very close to everything as well.
The location to downtown Pigeon Forge does not get much better than this! Less than a half mile away from all the areas top attractions, The Titanic Museum, The Island, Dolly Parton Stampede! The list goes on and on!
