Cette maison nouvellement construite de 2 étages se trouve à 60 mètres de la plage de sable blanc de Playa Chiquita.
Également niché sur une vue sur l'océan 2,5Acre (1hectar) et l'océan. profitez du son des vagues, du son des oiseaux, des singes qui passent devant la Terasse. Tucans et aras volant par. Un endroit magique entre la mer et la nature Meilleure scène tropicale!

Great location!

The house is so much nicer than it looks in the photos. It's truly just steps to the beach and the surrounding jungle is full of animals. We saw monkeys, macaws, agoutis, iguanas, and many other beautiful birds and butterflies. It's close to many restaurants and groceries. Easy to visit nearby beaches.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

This place was disgusting. We hoped to book a beautiful place and ended up having to move to a new place. The host was a TOTAL JERK. He cursed at me and didn’t listen. His place was gross and unclean. There was trash left all around by the house and all the pans still had food left on them. The whole house looked dirty and I didn’t even want to sit on the furniture. The coffee pot had mold in it and leftover coffee grounds. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!

If you want to ruin your vacation, stay here

I don’t even know where to start. It’s the worst experience of my life. Arrival was terrible, no one explained how to access the house & disarm the alarm that kept sounding. Everything was dirty, not a single clean dish. There was rest of food everywhere. The wifi kept crashing all the time, although that’s not the end of the world, but we needed it to communicate with the owner. The water system broke and we had no water many days. Again, with no wifi, there was no way to communicate this issue with the owner. We had to go to a restaurant to find wifi and notify him. The laundry did not work at all, washing machine and drier both were broken. Imagine staying 11 days washing by hand for a family of 4. The second time I tried to address this problem with Gregory Petin, he did not let me talk, yelled at me and was extremely rude and condescending. The last time my partner tried to call him, Gregory yelled at him and hung up the conversation. Also, the dishwasher did not work. One of the nights there was a tropical rain , and the entire house was flooded. The room downstairs had a huge leak and the bed was completely soaked as well as upstairs. The house is not prepared for rains. At some point during our stay they were able to fix the water issue but we had people coming in and out during our whole vacation, making it uncomfortable to relax. Location was great but overall I don’t recommend this place because of the poor treatment & management of the owner and house.

Beautiful Location

Location of this property was fantastic. Could hear the waves and every morning there was so much wildlife with Howler monkeys, sloths, Macaws, Agouti, hummingbirds, and parakeets all in the trees surrounding the house. Bring binoculars to really watch them. The beach behind the house is picture perfect. Unfortunately the winds had been strong the week leading up to our stay so water was too dangerous to swim in with high waves but can’t do anything about the weather. On calm seas I can see this being even more amazing beach in front of the house. The property was well suited for our family with each of the kids having their own room. There was no air conditioning in the master bed room but at night it seemed to cool off enough. The other two bedrooms have air conditioning so were nice and comfortable. Being close to the ocean you can tell there is lots of humidity and moisture in the air that affects the wood and metal parts in the house and when we first got there you could smell the dampness but once the windows were opened and air circulated through it was much better. Showers were clean but could use some new shower heads. Power glitched a few times the first few nights but otherwise good. Wifi was descent but one night it wasn’t working however the owner had some one looking at it and working first thing in the morning. Owner was always quick to respond. Overall this was a comfortable and relaxing stay for us. A few minor issues but overall still a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for a month and it was lovely! One has to bear in mind that you are in the jungle and there are certain things that go along with that! However you have a sea view and it is a 1 minute walk to the beach. The owner was helpful, communication was good and the place was great for what we needed. When the sea is calm it’s incredible for swimming and snorkeling! When it is rough there is a dangerous space on the right side with a strong current… on those days we simply went to Punta Uva ( a 10 minute bike ride a 3 minute drive) a must see beach anyway! We would absolutely stay again!!

Lovely Home Right at the Beach

We loved our stay at this home. It is nicer than in the pictures. It's down a quiet, private road, well-spaced from other homes. You can see the beach from the deck and it's less than a 2 minute walk to get there. We saw lots of critters right at the property including agoutis, raccoons, green macaws, howler monkeys, and toucans. The only thing that was a bit of a nuisance is you have to go outside and down the stairs to get to the second bedroom with AC. Overall, it was a great stay and we wish we could have stayed longer!

Awesome vacation at the Caribbean See!

This beach house is the perfect location for a very relaxing vacation super close to beautiful beaches. Only a few trees separate the recently built house from the Caribbean See. Coral reefs for snorkeling very close. Monkeys play in the trees as well as all sorts of wildlife. The house is spacious, two levels with high ceilings and cools down nicely at night if you don’t want to use the air conditioning. Great restaurants in walking distance. This was the most relaxing vacation we had in a long time!! Thanks Gregory for being a great host!

Private area, steps from beautiful beach

We are a family of 4 (2 younger kids) who recently stayed 4 nights. This house is literally steps from the beach, and not just any beach, but a beautiful beach. Having younger kids, it was a significant benefit to be able to get back to the house quickly for lunch, and then back to the beach again. We loved the upper deck, where you could see and hear the waves crashing. There are only a few houses on the street and they are nicely spaced apart from each other, lending to the peace and quiet of the area. We were quite comfortable in this house and would stay here again next time we visit CR.

After traveling all CR, I fell in love with this small town and its pristine white Secluded Beach.

We are just on teh bet Private beach of The whole caribbean,inside Gated Comunity.
Sitting on 2.5 Acres in an incredible Wildife Refuge. white sandy beach in front.
Close to Supermarkets and Restaurants.

Gated COmunity, Private beach, only a few people on weekends.
Very Romantic Beach.
Familhy friendly swim in natural pools or Snorkle in an amazing cove.
